Dr B, I found your videos during Covid and watched every day (sometimes a few a day) until I caught up. Now I wait each week for a new video to be posted. I've had a consult with you, and will have a follow up when all my tests come in. The knowledge you share with us is a God send. My only regret is finding you 7 years after menopause hit. Had I known what I know today, I would have started HRT while still in perimenopause. It is a travesty that our family Doctors don't inform us of our risks for 3 major diseases when nearing menopause. I've already told my daughters (and sons: the more people know, the better) about the risks so that they can be empowered to help themselves. I really appreciate all that you do for Women's health.
I am so glad that you see the importance of this education, and understand why this is my mission. It is so unfair that women do not get the help they need. And it is inexcusable that doctors do not get an education on menopause. I will work till my death to change things in both realms. Thank you so much for appreciating my efforts. I love having you as my student here at "Menopause University." You are a true ambassador for menopause.
I am 44 , I am experiencing brain fog , insomnia, I have experienced two episodes of hot flushes . My complain is my joint pain , memory loss , anxiety , irritability etc . I went to gyno in my country and she said that I am too young for experiencing such symptoms and she gave me a huge list of tests which are really really expensive . She looked at me as if I was exaggerating and lying . My brain fog is my worst enemy . I hope that I could find someone in my country Bangladesh who would understand my situations. Madam Taylor barbie thank you for putting such valuable info for us . You are helping people like us who have no idea why they are suffering ❤️.
You are not too young to be peri-menopausal, and your symptoms sound classic for it. I can help you with all of this in a consultation. This is precisely the kind of thing for which I do one-on-one consultations. You definitely need one. I cannot tailor things specifically to you in a comment box. It requires much more information than you can give me here, and you deserve much more information than I can give you here. No two women are alike, and addressing your situation requires tailoring all the facts specifically to YOU. I do them all via video conferencing. You can schedule at MenopauseTaylor.ME. I look forward to meeting you and helping you.
Barbie I would be lost without you and all your teachings. I had to go through 3 doctors to get HRT and now my doctor has retired. I have to pay for HRT no insurance. But I will keep going with it. I hope you are well ❤
I'm 54 & I have just started taking HRT. After suffering from debilitating hormonal migraines for 2 years I realised they were estrogen related.. I decided to educated myself on perimenopause/menopause by watching Barbie's videos.. The woman is a true Goddess. Thank you so much I've been liberated by your knowledge in helping me to make the right decision in choosing to start HRT, it has changed my life.. No migraines so far 🤞🏻I feel 18 again!!!! Thankyou Barbie 💖 my Doctor was so impressed by how much I knew about menopause hormones & the HRT positives... X
Thank you Dr. Taylor for clarifying the “When”. As a person with a chronic illness, I often share with other women in similar situations that hormone levels can be greatly affected well before menopause due to chronic illness. HRT was a huge game changer for me as I was diagnosed and treated for a chronic illness!
I'm one of the lucky ones who was able to start hrt after the window of opportunity had closed two years before. I would not have known any of this if not for you!! I have been sharing your educational tutorials with my daughters and in an osteoporosis group I'm in. Again, you are a godsend!!!
Doctor, I have always wondered what your thoughts are on women who live with PCOS. You have been a huge influence in my consideration that they would benefit from early use of estradiol and progesterone, not unlike menopause dosages, in order to compete with their hyperandrogenism, and like the menopause community, PCOS sufferers appear to be an under-treated, ill-regarded yet common segment of our community.
I can help you tremendously with PCOS in a consultation. That way, I can tailor it all specifically to YOU. That's what you deserve. You can schedule at MenopauseTaylor.ME, and I do them all online.
I’m 59 this year I’ve been through menopause since 2012 and have never been on any replacements but have never had any hot flashes I have great heart health I’ve lost 30 pounds and my cholesterol is normal now with keto intermittent fasting the last 10 months I’m going to go get tested again just to check .. great video!
Hi. I am in the same boat as you. Just started Keto to address menopause belly fat but worried it may elevate my LDL with the extra saturated fat. Do you try to stick with healthy fats or do eat saturated fat too? (Worried the red meat and cheese might be a problem with LDL.).
You are very welcome, my dear. Just don't make the huge mistake of thinking that, just because you feel fine everything is fine. The disease of estrogen deficiency are all "silent diseases." Women with the fewest symptoms have the highest incidence. If you want to be absolutely sure of where you stand, just schedule a consultation with me at MenopauseTaylor.ME. I do them all online.
If my doctor doesn’t want me on hormone replacement, because I am 62 and heart attacks run in my family even though I have not had any heart issues, I am supposed to just wait it out and have that heart attack that they are worried about? Don’t I have just as good a chance with hormone replacement is without why would taking hormone replacement, make me even more susceptible to having a heart attack? I just don’t get this.
Hi Barbie! Thank you for all your time and effort educating all us women. I am astonished how many doctors that are against HRT. I had my Gyno appt today. Thankfully, my doctor believes in the importance of HRT for preventing the diseases you mention. I am 50 years Old and have been having hot flashes and mood swings for the last few years. Most recently, the libido is lower, mood swings up. He gave me samples of Bijuva (estradiol and progesterone) 1mg/100mg per capsule. It says plant based FDA approved. I never take any meds so I am little cautious. I hope this is effective against diseases not just hot flashes(it seems to just talk about relief from hot flashes).
Lisa I assume you haven't reached menopause? I'm 48 and having some symptoms of low estrogen and wondering if I should start now? I take progesterone and it helps me sleep so much. But I feel like my estrogen is recently really starting to go down.
@@sonjaforrester9255 funny story, I went one year and one day without a period and then the next day I got it. This June will be one year since that period . Last year my doctor told me he would recommend me starting HRT but at that time I was not ready because I was not educated enough on it. Hope all goes well for you!
@@lisas4189 that is funny I have heard similar stories from some women. So I wonder if I should just deal until I start missing periods. My cycle is not as regular but it still comes.
@@sonjaforrester9255 a couple of years ago my periods came every 4 months and at times very heavy. My doc recommended me going on birth control. I was also having so many hot flashes and night sweats. I was too afraid at the time to do it. Now, I wish I had. You have plenty of Time to decide, according to menopause Barbie LOL.
The only opinion that matters in terms of what's right for YOU is YOUR BODY'S ... not your brain's or my brain's. If you want to assess if Bijuva or anything else is right FOR YOU, schedule a consultation with me at MenopauseTaylor.ME. I do them all online.
It’s hard to fathom just how many women’s lives ( and their families) were seriously compromised as a result of that bogus 2002 HRT study. Thanks for trying to right a wrong, doc.
Not just that but all the medical gaslighting we women get for almost everything. 8/10 times the Dr says stuff like 'it's all in your head' or 'you just have stress' and meanwhile you have stage 4 endo (my story.) or deadly heart issues or brain issues or organ issues etc. But it's all in our heads and we have stress and need to exercise. Medical gaslighting is doing grievous harm to and/or is killing too many women. The gyno/surgeon who finally took my severe cramps seriously and did medical work to check me out (got a hysterectomy and had stage 4 endo), I cried cuz I was heard. I had answers. I ended up telling her these very words: I was going to put on my grave stone "I think I'm dead - but that's actually just all in my head. I need to exercise more. That will fix this."
Gosh, gosh, gosh! I love and adore you! The education you give, on Menopause, is the most important education for me. I DO feel like an expert but know I have more to learn. Everything is sticking to my little gray cells! ☺
Tamsen, I was an absolute delight and honor to do a collaborative video with you. I love your passion to help women learn what they deserve to know about menopause. Keep up your good work!
Thank you so much for the education you give all of us! I'm learning so much from all of your videos and I watch at least 5 videos a day! Love all of your videos 🙂
Thank you for all the education! After 8 years of successful Hrt my Dr has decided that it's time to stop. No changing her mind! I am 63, a nonsmoker, active and not over weight. Parents both had Alzheimer's. After phone consultation, do you help find a source for a prescription? I tried 4 Drs before I found the one who prescribed for me the last 8 years.
Maid of the Mist Annie here.Dr. A bit off topic: but I am so irked at the coveregae of HRT nedicines! The best option for me is not really covered, and currently there is no generic. Luckily I have a bunch of samples from my doctor. I am signed up for co-pay assistance . However this is funded thrrough donations and is currently closed. So here I am, biting my nails & hoping the fund will open up before my samples run out. Also it is first come first served. So I have to check every morning because if it opens and I don't jump right on it, I could miss it my chance. So stressful!
I’m 61yo and post menopausal, and the only symptom I have is lack of libido. I’m a semi Vegan, as sometimes, I have some Kefir, and eat lots of estrogen foods. My uterus are intact and I need to know if I should be taking progesterone to protect the uterus.
I can only help you in a consultation, through which I'll get a lot more information about you (in the 17-page questionnaire), and tailor it all to you.
Giving the different scenarios is very helpful for women who are wondering if they are good candidates for HRT 🙌🏼 and of course I love the comparison of hormones w regard to diabetes and thyroid deficiency. Stop fearing the hormone that has served you all of your lives ladies! Barbie-these ladies also need to hear the phrase “estrogen dominant” explained again (and again)… so many women through that phrase around thinking they can’t take HRT 😫
I just found you & wish I had many years ago! I’m 77 diagnosed with osteoporosis based on Dexa scan and fragility fracture. I regret being afraid of HRT years ago!!! Other than those issues I am healthy. Live a healthy lifestyle & want to continue! Is it way too late for HRT to help me? I desperately want to continue the very active life that I’ve enjoyed. Thanks so much, you’re an inspiration!❤

I am sharing this with my sisters today. Thank you for the clear, concise information. I have learned a great deal and feel so much more confident in my HRT management for the past many years.
I'm half through and am curious.... I JUST began peri & my hot flashes and freezing are constant. The flashes are so brutal I have sweat pouring down my body. The resulting freezing is so bad I can't move. Picture being naked, locked inside the coldest freezer ever, with freezing cold water constantly poured on you like a waterfall. That's how bad my post flash 'chills' are. The flashes last between 10 and 35-40 min and the freezing lasts about 20 min or so. Then the hot flashes begin immediately after the freezing. 24/7. I was planning on somehow getting hrt estrogen asap (via making a gofundme or something).I'm beyond depressed. I have to leave my job cuz these are so bad. Kinda don't even want to live any more cuz the constant suffering is so bad. I dont have insurance and am lower wage so I can't afford a DR or the hrt. I've tried all the non prescription things like black cohosh (made it way way worse), diet changes, more water, deep breathing, layering clothing, and nothing helps. Nothing. Had a hysterectomy, kept one ovary and cervix. So I'm not even sure when actual menopause will hit since I haven't had a period since April 2013. I can't handle this for too much longer. My life went from amazing to living in pure 24/7 hell. I can't imagine living like this for 5 to 30 more years or longer. I just turned 49. I loathe being female. We suffer from puberty til we die of old age :'(
I have been going through hell for over 14 years now No doctor will give me Estradiol I have went to so many Begging for help All they want to do is give me the Menopause cocktail Depression medicine Sleeping pills Pills for anxiety They all say it’s Normal aging Doctors need to be trained in helping women Insane

Thanks to you Dr. Barbie for educating me. Here in Ontario Canada I have had the good fortune of an amazing women’s health clinic called Komer Care which is lead by Dr. Larry Komer. I am not in any way affiliated with this clinic-It is so busy and difficult to get an appointment they do not need advertising. The education I have received form the combination of your book and your videos have aligned perfectly with the care I have received at Komer Care Clinic in Burlington Ontario. With confidence, obtained from my Dr. Barbie training, I have been able to benefit from transdermal Estrogel and a little white pill of Prometrium and am enjoying being back in step with my life. Thank you 🙏
So I’ve been on the HRT for a few months. I can’t say I’m feeling better… maybe sleeping 5 hours instead of 2… and hot flashes gone. But still feeling very anxious…. Like. Don’t want to leave house… I do only if I have too… and depression and lack of motivation… taking the pellet. And sounds like u don’t recommend that? In estrogen and progesterone as well. And a thyroid… it’s VERY expensive… and don’t know what to do. I’m spending so much but don’t feel motivated. Tired all the time…. And literally paralyzed with fear of talking to people. Of the phone rings I just don’t want to even answer. Had the labs… 56 and post menopause…. You’ve said listen to my body. Do I up/down my meds on my own? Can’t stop the pellets… but can not get them again… help! The T does help (I think) with Se… but not much

Dr. B, thank you for all you do. I’ve been on HRT for five years, 1 mg estradiol and 100 mg Prometrium and sometimes still have cramping and maybe slight spotting but now have developed extreme debilitating cramping after orgasm, thankfully this only happens every so often. You are absolutely right! Why do we bridge the gap if we have thyroid hormone or insulin deficiency but not when we became menopausal and estrogen deficient? Just because they think menopause is a stage where we can no longer have babies? But we need estrogen to keep living a healthy life! 😭

Multiples doctors have told me I can not take HRT because I had a blood clot 7 years ago. Bloodwork determined that I do not have a blood clotting disorder. Anita, This is precisely the kind of thing for which I do one-on-one consultations. You definitely need one. I cannot tailor things specifically to you in a comment box. It requires much more information than you can give me here, and you deserve much more information than I can give you here. No two women are alike, and addressing your situation requires tailoring all the facts specifically to YOU. I do them all via online video conferencing. You can schedule at MenopauseTaylor.ME. I look forward to meeting you and helping you.
Menopause Barbie, I am in my early menopause, and I have factor v leiden, and have had superficial blood clots, but never a dvt. Can I take an oestrogen patch? I'm in Australia and my GP is not going to prescribe hrt for me. Is there anything I can do?
Jessica, This is the kind of thing that warrants a consultation, which you can schedule at MenopauseTaylor.ME. I will tailor everything specifically to YOU. I do them all online.
I am taking HRT but had very painful breasts after being on it for over a year I was on 1.5 mg sandrena gel. I stopped it for about 4 days to see if breadts got better, they did but started it again on 1mg breasts are better. Would exercise not keep your heart healthy & strengthen your bones. Btw I really enjoy your video’s
Maxine, Never will exercise or nutrition do what a hormone can do. And breast pain with HRT means nothing ... just as it means nothing with PMS or pregnancy. It's your breasts normal response to estrogen and progesterone. They are merely doing what they've always done. Please consider scheduling a consultation with me at MenopauseTaylor.ME so that I can help you find your best options.
I've covered this numerous time in numerous videos with regard to different contexts. But, I think you might not know the proper definition of "bioidentical." Most people have a misconception about the definition of the word, “bioidentical.” This goes for both doctors and patients. “Bioidentical” merely means that the molecular structure is identical to that of the hormone molecule produced by your body. “Compounded” refers to an industry that is entirely unregulated that makes hormones. Both pharmaceutical companies and compounding pharmacies produce “bioidentical” hormones. The difference is that the pharmaceutical is regulated, but the compounding industry is not. If you want your HRT to prevent heart attack, osteoporosis, and Alzheimer’s, the only industry that can guarantee that is the pharmaceutical industry. If you want me to help you assess and meet your goals, please schedule a consultation with me at MenopauseTaylor.ME. I do them all online.

I am 53 now I have very mild symptoms of my menopause I have more symptoms with my thyroid than anything else but hot flashes are bearable not too bad and I am athletic and I am vegan but do eat chicken and fish, so I always attribute it to my high tofu Fito estrogen diet could this be true?
My dear, you are missing the most important piece of the whole menopause puzzle. It is this: Nutrition is nutrition. Exercise is exercise. A hormone is a hormone. Never will food or exercise perform the duties of a hormone (and vice versa). PLEASE consider scheduling a consultation with me at MenopauseTaylor.ME so that you don't make the fatal mistake of assuming that, (1) because you don't have many symptoms, and (2) because you have a healthy lifestyle ... that you have nothing to worry about. I do all consultations online.
I thought in previous episode (it’s been awhile since I saw it) you recommended women not start HRT if they’ve had more than 10 years total time not using HRT since they were in menopause (one year of no period). Do you still recommend that or have you changed your mind? (Or am I remembering incorrectly…brain fog 🤣?) Thank you.
Oh my! You have either not watched these videos in order or really misinterpreted what I'm trying to teach you. First of all, I never "recommend" anything. I merely teach you the facts and let you decide what's best FOR YOU. If you schedule a consultation with me at MenopauseTaylor.ME, I tailor everything specifically TO YOU and help you decide what's best FOR YOU. Here's what I've taught you: The estrogen window (the first 10 years of post-menopause) is really about aging. The whole issue of the estrogen window of opportunity is about timing. More specifically, it’s about aging. And we do not all age similarly. So there are exceptions to the rule of a closed window being an absolute reason to forego HRT. Simply put, if your body has aged to a degree that taking HRT is more risky than beneficial, it is best to avoid it. But if your body has not aged to a degree that taking HRT is more risky than beneficial, then it may be best to take it.
Hi Barbie. Is it ok to go on HRT at 45 when I’m perimenopause or take the contraceptive pill? My estradiol and progesterone results are veryyy low. I am going through so much anxiety.
Yes. You may use birth control pills or HRT. Birth control pills will serve your needs much better than HRT at age 45! Please do not hesitate to schedule a consultation with me at MenopauseTaylor.ME if you want to go about this properly. There are many things that you need to know in order to avoid burning your bridges. I do all consultations online.
@@Adhara740 yes they will if u smoke/ have any increased risk or history of blood clots. Most are just "okay, you're 50, no more because of age". Beware

Good morning Dr. Taylor. I was wondering if you will discuss the various types of estrogen and progesterone. The patch falls off and the cream is as good as the pump is one day lots the next little. and don't get me started with the progesterone pills. Isn't there an easier way... like birth control pills take a pill a day and move on with your day. Will you discuss these options with your views because I swear that my OB gets a kick back only this and that. No options and if it doesn't work well you aren't right for HRT??? Like what's with that???? It's like my brand or nothing. I swear it's all about the $$$$. Also now that I have an OB and I want someone else too bad no one will take me. I don't get it. we only have 3 in our catchment and I can't go any where else. Money$$$$.
I can help you with all these things and tailor it all specifically to YOU in a consultation, but not in a comment box. You can schedule at MenopauseTaylor.ME, and I do them all online.
Hi Dr. Taylor , Why would my gynecologist want to put testosterone (my levels are undetectable ), but not estradiol , in the pellet ? I’m evaluating the pellet later this month , however , she mentioned still using the patch for estradiol delivery … but I don’t remember why . Something about my current levels being normal .., but that’s because I’m currently on the climapro patch .045 ? The pellet is pricey as it is so I don’t want to pay for 2 delivery systems , when the pellet could satisfy both . I appreciate your advice .
Pellet pushers are making loads of money on a compounded, non-FDA-approved, non-regulated, and non-insurance-covered product. You can't possibly know what's in the pellets. And they like it that way. Most are primarily or largely testosterone. But YOU are Mama Bear. Your hormone is estrogen. And only estrogen can prevent heart attack osteoporosis, and Alzheimer's. PLEASE schedule a consultation with me at MenopauseTaylor.ME. I'll make sure you understand everything and know what you're doing.
I think that’s probably True of any compounded delivery , right? I may go back to the roll on that has both estradiol and testosterone in it … I guess I could do follow up bloodwork after 30 days to ensure I’m getting the correct levels if I want to verify the compounding is offering what they say ?
@@mrohde2067 No, no, no, my dear. You are so greatly mistaken. So much so that there is no way I can possibly help you in a comment box. PLEASE, schedule a consultation with me at MenopauseTaylor.ME. You don’t mention ANYTHING about the carcinogenic properties of Estrogen. I am so confused. Also, NONE of the links on your webpage are working. You cannot open ANY of the webinars, or charts you refer to…are you now REALLY retired?
The webpage links should work. You need to purchase the webinars. I have been retired since 2001. The only cancer that is CAUSED by estrogen is Endometrial Uterine Cancer. I gave an entire unit on n that. It's videos 320 - 339. Welcome aboard to "Menopause Taylor University." You'll find that if you start at the very first video (going by the number after each title), you'll understand absolutely everything. You'll be shocked at what you didn't know, and delighted that now you do know. Each video builds on the last. It's just like school: You had to learn the alphabet before you could read. And nowadays, there are so many overwhelming misconceptions that women mistake as facts ... that you just don't know what you don't know. I respond to all comments here on TH-cam daily.
I’m a nurse for over 30 years and this is great info!

This makes me so happy, especially the confidence and joy you exude. I want that for all women! I applaud you, my dear.

Lucky :(
You are very welcome, my dear.
So if I have mild calcification, am 62, does that mean I should not start HRT? Even though I cannot get rid of this weight or sleep?
If my doctor doesn’t want me on hormone replacement, because I am 62 and heart attacks run in my family even though I have not had any heart issues, I am supposed to just wait it out and have that heart attack that they are worried about? Don’t I have just as good a chance with hormone replacement is without why would taking hormone replacement, make me even more susceptible to having a heart attack? I just don’t get this.
Best video ever! Already got the “it’s contraindicated” by my onc’s APRN. Made an appt with another Dr. And am making one with you asap.
I look forward to meeting you and helping you. If you have your consultation with me FIRST, I will help you avoid burning bridges.
Once again, yeh ! I just feel sorry for all those suffering who can't find their way to your education. It's a rotten shame. Thanks again.
I share your sentiments. Maybe one day.
Hi Barbie! Thank you for all your time and effort educating all us women. I am astonished how many doctors that are against HRT. I had my Gyno appt today. Thankfully, my doctor believes in the importance of HRT for preventing the diseases you mention. I am 50 years
Old and have been having hot flashes and mood swings for the last few years.
It’s hard to fathom just how many women’s lives ( and their families) were seriously compromised as a result of that bogus 2002 HRT study.
Thanks for trying to right a wrong, doc.
Many, including my mother. I think there should be a class action lawsuit against them.
I ended up telling her these very words:
I was going to put on my grave stone "I think I'm dead - but that's actually just all in my head. I need to exercise more. That will fix this."
So true. I often wonder if the WHI will ever die. If it does, a lot more women will live. Thank you for doing your part to save women's lives.

Yes, it is definitely stressful. And some countries have shortages or stock outages of HRT products. Many women are biting their nails.
We suffer from puberty til we die of old age :'(
I have been going through hell for over 14 years now
No doctor will give me Estradiol
I have went to so many
Begging for help
All they want to do is give me the Menopause cocktail
Depression medicine
Sleeping pills
Pills for anxiety
They all say it’s Normal aging

I’ve been on HRT for five years, 1 mg estradiol and 100 mg Prometrium and sometimes still have cramping and maybe slight spotting but now have developed extreme debilitating cramping after orgasm, thankfully this only happens every so often. I am wondering if HRT has anything to do with this?

Multiples doctors have told me I can not take HRT because I had a blood clot 7 years ago. Bloodwork determined that I do not have a blood clotting disorder. One doctor’s solution for my menopause symptoms was an anti depressant and the other doctor said Black Cohash was the only thing I could take. Is this true? I wish I can give you a big hug one day xoxoxo
Yes. You can put your progesterone in your mouth or in your vagina. It works the same in either place.
When do you suppose they'll ever change all of the very scary warning messages on all HRT Rx products?
They won't as long as women are mistakenly telling other women that HRT for menopause is a poison that will cause Breast Cancer and kill you.
You don't hear anybody saying that insulin or thyroid hormone are poisons that will kill you.
You don't hear men saying that testosterone will kill them.
I feel so fortunate finding your channel,I’ve learned a lot so far.I just turn 54 ,I am peri menopausal ,I am healthy,I exercise, eat healthy, don’t smoke, and suddenly I am noticing a lot of spider veins and varicose veins in my legs, could that be related to hormones? I am not on HRT and if I start can that make it worse? Thank you

Hello Dr. Taylor, I have a question about IUD. I'm a post menopausal women about 1 year ago I had removal of prolapsing fibroid w/diagnostic hysteroscopy. I would like to use IUD as a component to my HRT. Would I still be a good candidate for the use of IUD considering I had previous fibroids if yes would you recommend I have an ultra sound before to make sure I don't have any current fibroids? Thank you Dr. Taylor!

Is estrogen replacement appropriate in the peri-menopausal woman whom still has estrogen (assumed healthy individual). I ask because estrogen levels have reduced compared to norms. I have heard you suggest a certain amount of estrogen is required to protect and provide the health benefits from OP, Alz and CA. Some suggest estrogen is appropriate post menopause. As a peri- menopausal woman I still feel confused about when to start.
You can start HRT at any time. The whole idea is to "bridge the gap" between losing your own estrogen and replacing it adequately.

Is there a video where she talks about bio identical HRT? Or is it all the standard HRT?
I've covered this numerous time in numerous videos with regard to different contexts.
But, I think you might not know the proper definition of "bioidentical."
Most people have a misconception about the definition of the word, “bioidentical.” This goes for both doctors and patients.

Exercise is exercise.
A hormone is a hormone.
Never will food or exercise perform the duties of a hormone (and vice versa).

Here's what I've taught you:
The estrogen window (the first 10 years of post-menopause) is really about aging.
Thank you! I was just coming back to delete my comment because I watched 287. 😁
Does it cause weight gain? It seems when I take Progesterone and estrogen I gain weight.
Menopause causes weight gain. It's one of the most prominent symptoms of estrogen deficiency.
So if I take it I will lose it?
Is poor blood circulation as a result of Estrogen deficiency as well?
Not typically. That's something you should evaluate with an internal medicine doctor.
Thank you . I am not sure if I have cold flashes or poor blood circulation or both

Money$$$$.

Hi Dr. Taylor ,
Why would my gynecologist want to put testosterone (my levels are undetectable ), but not estradiol , in the pellet ?
