- Single Section Sunday is back again and today we are showing the oh so popular floor plan by the name of the Drake. Coming to your a new style here at RRC, we went with a contemporary exterior, western interior, as well as our all new black cabinets. To compliment the black cabinets and give that western flare we did rustic wood accents throughout the home. One plus to add with getting a Single Section is that you get full size appliances, including a full size dishwasher as oppose to when you get a tiny home. The nice thing about the Drake is that it is the largest one bed, one bath available. The bedroom is big enough to accommodate any size bed that you wish with ample room left. There is no lack of storage in the home and the bathroom is a great place to point that out with the built in three door linen cabinet. The Drake continues to be one of the most popular floorplans that we have due to the many features and open floor plan it boasts. The Drake is on sale today for $125,000. The price includes delivery and tiedowns within 100 miles (additional freight charges apply for farther distances), a/c and heat system installed, manufacturer's warranty, plus a 7 year extended service contract.

Wow that extra 383sq ft makes a big difference. I just can’t do the 399sq ft it just feels like a decked out shed.

You almost hit the nail on the head! I can see the Drake with oak floors, same black on black cabinets. More of a modern look. No barn wood. 🤔🤔

This would be even better with a shed roof, which would make it look more modern and less like a single wide.
Awesome saddle stools and color scheme, decor, etc. Love the chairs as well. Sweet spot of a size for sure. Love tuning in and so glad we didn't have to wait until Tuesday! 💗💗🐈🐈🐈⬛🐈⬛
That’s what I want! Something where it’s one big room for kitchen, living room, Art studio all in one space. I love the bathroom opening to both sides. The only thing I would change is a nice big soaking bathtub.
I'm with you 100% on everything you said. I'm a folk artist, and that extra space is perfect. And I'd gladly get rid of the second bathroom door to fit a soaking tub in there

When I win the lotto, I am going to buy the Drake as my art studio. It's a beautiful open space. Love the Black accents/cabinets. The decorator did a beautiful job as well...those saddle stools are gorgeous. You do an awesome job presenting these homes.
This model would be the perfect art studio; but it's too expensive for anything other than a home. A 30ft. Yurt or Dome would be much better as an art studio for a fraction of the cost
The living and kitchen areas are very roomy! Love all the storage! Love this home.

Beautiful house. I would rather have a little less kitchen area and get a loft, but there are other models that have those things. I do love the exterior and layout though. And the price is so reasonable and affordable. You're a smart man Mr.Tiny! You keep on addressing what people need and want and are helping people retire and live comfortably!
Would LOVE to see the Drake in a cabin style! It would be PHENOMENAL at the Lake, the Mountains or just a very "back country" style setting!

The Drake is an excellent floorplan. Plenty of elbow room for a single person or couple.

The kitchen is always the heart of the home, and this one actually has enough room to cook, bake and even make pasta (which I do a lot). GREAT floorplan.

Nice home for sure. love the kitchen. I personally like a separate utility room for washer dryer. The front living area looks very large, nice!
Mr. Tiny, I'm a senior, and when I get ready to downsize, the first things that go are my excess pots and pans, dinnerware, and silverware. I won't need a HUGE kitchen, or want one. I want more living space so I have more places to sit and relax, read a book, or watch tv. I want a bigger living room, and less kitchen. Oh, and the windows......way too many. I'm not climbing ladders to clean those darn clerestory windows. Raise up the regular windows to a decent height, and make them so they open and close. I love fresh air. A small front porch would be nice. No lofts. I'm not climbing stairs. Can you design something for us seniors that aren't as spry as we used to be. Thank you. Oh, and 399 sq. ft. isn't big enough. I like this size, but maybe with a smaller kitchen you can add a second bedroom??
I really like this one. Though I would omit the hallway pantry and use it as a coat closet instead 😁

A nice home with a workable layout. I would prefer higher windows above the sofa area but I imagine that would be an option.
Love it! The only thing I would change is all the wood inside would be hickory stained instead of the darker wood and maybe butcherblock countertops thru out...

Nice home. I would like to see a walk in closet, loft since I work from home, and possibly two bedrooms. I'm ok with losing some of the kitchen space
I would at least like a loft. But the Crawford he showed a few weeks ago does have 2 bedrooms It's over 900SF though.
I like the Drake but I would want my company or friends going through my bedroom to get to the bathroom. I like the ventilation in the ceilings. God bless u always 🙏.

I love the layout of the Drake! I think I’d rather omit the island and just put a big dining table. I’d like to see it in a modern aesthetic, because the black cabinets look so nice.

I love this house, it's beautiful. The bathroom is gorgeous, but I don't like that you have to go through the bedroom to get to the bathroom. Change that, and this house is spot on!

Mr Tiny love your homes I have a question when the home in place can you put a complete covered porch all round the home and what model would that work on and how wide of a deck and porch could be done with a carport or garage was wondering if possible or has already been done thank you so very much for your time one more question has any been done with a combination soaking tub and shower combination

I wouldn’t mind losing the porch to trade it in for a tub as well as a separate shower. I would like to see sliding doors in the bedroom, taking the place of the windows.

That's like the perfect size. The only thing I don't like about these tiny homes is the front door. I don't like the hinges being on the outside. Makes it way too easy for someone to break in. I prefer the hinges on the inside for safety purposes.
