I started looking at tiny homes four years ago and have now come to love the Park Models the most. They have everything i would need, unfortunately on a fixed income, i could never afford one. But its still fun to watch and dream. Kind of like getting the Sears and Roebucks catalog back in the day!😊
This Tiny House is one of my favorites!! The owners did a splendid job with all of the custom features! I love the lighting on the trees and walkways at the end! Very nice!

Beautiful inside and out. The only thing I would change is adding solar panels and a small wind turbine on the roof. Texas is sunny and sometimes windy. Why not cut propane costs by using alternatives sources of energy. P.S. That shower is gorgeous.
This house and set up is fab! Very cozy. I like the flow of the home, I loved the fireplace outside and the shower. I also like the combo of a first floor bedroom and loft. Would love to see a fire in the outdoor fireplace next time.
I like the layout of this home. You don't have to go through the living room to get a beverage out of the refrigerator. Really makes it convenient if you're sitting on the back porch.
This looks like a good lot! stones/pebble driveway, etc. Escape is also good. lol! hustle and bustle, at least in big cities, has become a lil' something special these days.

Wow! I love this one. The only changes I would make would be putting in a walk-in bathtub/shower in the bathroom, screening in the porches and changing the gray tones to brown tones. Now does anybody have $100 grand to lend me? LOL!
I clean air b&bs and w that master key box on the front door & other things @ the home tells me they rent this out. Which is nice! They are sharing it w others that need an “escape”. Im going to have to find it, rent it& escape Lol
I love this but I wouldn't have the kitchen facing the deck, that would be my sweet spot, that's where I would put my lounger facing out towards the water and I would just put my feet up and fall asleep right there looking out at the Beautiful view with my sweet pets, 🤗..no significant other presently..but that view is amazing, I would want to enjoy the Full Beautiful view of that...I would want the kitchen maybe where the sofa is next to the washer & dryer, or even where the table is, I really don't like walking right in the door smack into the kitchen🤨😬🙄 My Favorite part is Definitely the extended porch to the left of the door where the 🔥 fireplace is on the outside
Am going to start looking for Land. I don't like siding but brick . The couch outside is awesome. Like that my son's will be happy 😊 for me and my cats will too
I love the grey on grey with the suttle hints of blues throught out the home. I tell you Mike these homeowners are really bringing their A game! This house looks way bigger than 399 sq ft. And I love the carport as well.

That’s one way to have a carport and it’s a place there too well that is so beautiful to see that way I love the lay out that way and now a fireplace on the ten foot Porch and a tv as well
Pretty house and OMG what a view but I think that's from the garage to the house maybe there should be a walkway cover instead of leaving it open cuz then you're in the elements walking from your car to your house
The owners did a beautiful job of decorating. My only wish was that the washer/dryer were covered somehow. It's not esthetically pleasing to see them in the living room. I'm not sure how it could be done though. Can people go into the lake?
I would have put the washer/dryer in the storage shed. That would have freed up space for a pantry or storage closet. Back in the "old days," if you were lucky enough to have a washer and dryer, they were in the garage or carport. It's not like you spend your vacation time washing clothes, and it's not inconvenient. With space at a premium, they're really wasted in that location. Otherwise, I really like this place. The setting is so nice.
Wow! I love what they did! Love all of their touches they added to their tiny home. I especially love all the lights they added. I'm a twinkle lights person, so I would do the same thing with adding lights! Love it!
That kitchen is amazing. When I first saw it I thought "That kitchen is too big for a Tiny home". Going floor to ceiling really opens that area up and makes it pop. Love that I can see the tv from the sink, inside the kitchen.
This was a lovely home inside and out. However I do have some comments about the interior that could be added. Why are there no double sinks in the bathroom? The washer and dryer, without a door to hide them detracts from the lovely livingroom.

I used a tension rod & curtain to cover a washer/dryer & open pantry in a rental I was in for 2 yrs & it worked well. More appealing.
