Love your videos! Building my first new home and have learned so much from you. Loved springing my lighting, switches and outlet placement questions on the builder…it helps that I’m an electricians daughter so I know more than average but you’ve pushed me over the top!
Just recently found your channel and your videos and advice are so helpful! I see now why it’s important to do my own research, and also bring in a designer early to review my paper plans before submitting them to the drafter & structural engineer.
Liz, one of your videos showed up in a search and one hour later I’m exclusively on your channel 😅 Feels a bit stalkery now that I mention it 😂 Great content! Thank you for the education ❤ Your content is to the point, clear, coming from somebody who works in the kitchen and understands the room’s needs and most importantly, your tips are about function and having an easier time in an actually “lived in” home ❤ I was looking for a video of pros and cons for having the sink in the kitchen island. If you ever run out of content ideas, I’d love to hear your thoughts on this! To be honest I’m asking from the point of view of someone who’s going to cook, entertain and parent sometimes in the future 😅 Thanks again for the great content! ❤
I’m sure I’ve talked about this in several videos. Strong opinions. I’m a sink in the island 🏝️ girl when possible. Even if it’s just a prep for washing dishes and keeping 👀 on the other side🤣😇. I won’t have one in my next island, but my view is elsewhere. There’s no right answer👩🎨🤪
brilliant and the 1st tip was everything. I hate bothering ppl and so now we are at the tellend and because I was shy (and yes things change as you go through it!! YOU ARE RIGHT too bad I did not see this then!! ) Yes to next tip took over our lives and that shocked us. We had no idea how much was involved. Next time I hire you
Thank you so much. I'm planning my new home. I've been twice to my builder to change bits in the house plan. My family thinks I'm worrying over small things, but this home will be cut and assembled on-site. Once the plans are finalised, I can't change them, so I keep watching, going to shops, etc. I need to get it right for me.
@@lizbiancoismydesignsherpa I love your honesty. It makes me feel better about how long it took me to pick things.... and if you as an expert also can't decide well then I feel better

Thanks a lot for your reply ❤
@iuliacornea824 I forgot DALS too.
Love your videos. Would love to hear your thoughts on moldings - size, style and chair rails. Should they stay or should they go? Thanks.
Are you peaking at my scripts 🎥? I’ve been thinking of ways to incorporate. What would you like to see?

Correct widths - styles - miter vs butt joints pros and cons. Your favs are welcome.

Good for you!💪 don’t let anyone talk you out of revisiting the plan, over and over!
can't wait to see how your home turns out. AND so curious if you went slim shaker
Still haven’t committed! It’s driving me batty!🤪

Totally normal! The choices are endless and they all look better than what I had🤣🏡
A great talk thanks
Thanks for watching! I never know if anyone cares to hear about the “boring” stuff!🙏
Can I ask if this your actual home?
You can. And it is a fixer we have been waiting to start for a loooong time!
Ugh, 20 years with a light switch in the wrong side of a door hinge, or door!
