I really like the shape & style of your exhaust pipe 👍......Kinda sucks that you have to go with a wider crank for clearance though. My same exhaust bolt recently stripped..For a free, easy fix, I was gonna switch from a bolt to 6mm threaded stud (should have done long ago so it wouldn't strip) & use some strands of copper wire & red locktite to hold stud in place....Sixtyfiveford TH-cam channel shows how to do it. Basically just put some strands of copper wire in the bolt hole....If that don't work then 6mm heli coil. Strands of copper wire is easier than having to take off cylinder again & drill,tap...
The real none secret is no exhaust gasket no exhaust gasket to fail. I stopped running exhaust gaskets years ago. Zero issues I run a little high temp ultra Grey. Bonus feature your pipe don't loosen up. But port face and flang must be flat.
I'm new to this, and I've got a question. 'Noticing that youre going to have to get the wider cranks to pedal... If you got a good enough of a bike engine, couldn't you just delete the cranks and pedals, and put a straight bar through the bottom bracket, to put your feet on? Just run with bike, then hop on n pop the clutch to start?
Nice video. Looking forward to the next 👍
Heck yeah

Thanks for the recommendation
Agreed!, I use no gasket just a little bit of high temp gasket maker and it’ll seals just fine! Ultra grey is the best
@@willthornton1439 I’ve had better luck with ultra copper ultra grey is made for intakes
@@keeganhache6667 we’re probably talking about 2 different things then my brother

Yes you could but then it’s not legal anymore
@keeganhache6667 OH!! I see, because at that point, its no longer a "bicycle"?

Great gasket I've been using them for quite some time now and got the idea from someone else on TH-cam 😊
