If the police did wrong, best believe they will find any way possible to say they did everything by the book. They will find someone to inform on them whether its true or not. And most importantly, they will fabricate their story to supposedly show they were totally in the right during the raid. I mean lets be honest, how many times have we seen police do wrong and cover up their mistakes. Perhaps the raid was wrongly executed (might be the wrong word to use). Hence, the man was protecting his home and whatever he had anything. Regular looking cars with regular looking people in plain clothes not announcing they're police🤷🏽♂️My condolences to the officer doing his job but just maybe Gonzalez didn't want to get robbed. Regardless if he was doing wrong, he has a right to defend his home.
And how's that informants life been after all this? Did he change his life, go back to drugs,or ever been arrested again?
If this guy is a confirmed gang member and validated Mexican Mafia member releasing him should be out of the question.
Yall release pedos and killers all the time. This guy im not to worried about tho
He looks like the aged version of the leader of the Mexican vatos in the kitchen scene of “Training Day”.
He is a made man actually. So it would go beyond him being a leader of a gang. If he were let free he can actually establish rules and orders.
murder is murder no matter who you thought it was right???
Could be Manslaughter
They make excuses for human detritus
Free Jesse Gonzalez NOW 🙌🏻
Let him Free, i bet he was set up.
Wow it's crazy how ordinary people get to sentence ordinary people based on their opinions
District attorney withholding information that could prove the innocence of a man? Sounds legit
What part of the story said he was innocent?
@@omi_godcriminal might get released in CA right on par
Durr hurr
Not innocence.
@@DOJAx707the pre-textural narrative and fictional story he/she/they/those over there/cysts have playing on repeat in their minds when they face the truth.
How are you gonna believe an informant? Do you know what an informant does? They tell other people for their own benefit. You can’t just automatically believe the word of someone.
He knew who they were with red and blue lights
Don't fuckin hide evidence..let him out, he didn't know it was the cops..
He was defending his Castle no matter how you see it.
Free Jessie G.
kind of feel the whole lights and sirens rules out a rival gang trying to come get you.
There’s no lights and sirens on a drug raid. Where have you been? Lol.
As well as the facts. Fact, he shot a cop, not a rival gang member. What you may or may not have thought is irrelevant, because in reality, he murdered a cop. That said, I'm guessing that the defense can't use the 2A "castle doctrine" because the killer is either ineligible because he is a felon or some other reason.
Thats b/s.there was alot of corruption back then.
Like deontay wilder said, TILL DIS DAY 😢
Failure to address themselves as law enforcement hes innocent plus dirty jailhouse snitch to keep him in ? Hes gonna walk free that man
