Just found this video as i was looking at a similar cart from Jegs and was hoping to find a review, thanks for sharing this. The drawers not opening without the top left slide being opened bothered me so I swapped the left and right portions of the tops around and now I can open the drawers with the top section closed.
ive got what i believe to be, the exact same cart. the only difference is mine is black. its EXTREMELY top heavy and ive had it tip over on me once. What ive done to remedy the issue is put a bunch of rotors on the bottom shelf of the box.
So there isn't any harbor freights or cheap china import tool stores in the U.K. We are lucky here is the states to have pawn shops and flea markets also for tools.

Thanks for the video..I have been looking for a car for my sockets, ratchets, extensions etc. I would need the top to fully open though.

having a cart is nice but don't put too much in it or it ends up having the same issues as your main box, i keep very little in my cart
you may want to check the sivels wheels and you may have to grease it
