Windows 11 Exterprise.
After selection of blank rows, I have entered '=' symbol in formual bar and selected the below active cell as you shown but got results upside down.

You're welcome, I will be happy to solve your problem.
I meant the office version.
Please try what I am saying. After the cells are selected, just in the formula bar type =A1
(name of the cell in the top row, f.e in video I write C3) and then press Ctrl + Enter, mean don't click anywhere with the mouse.

I have followed as you said and tried multiple times. Getting results in bottom to top but not top to bottom as you shown in video. I will try again.
