    I loved number 7, Centering Labels. I thought it would be less helpful, but in the end it does make it look nice. Surprised me a little.

    Loved them all. No matter how much experience one has in Excel, there is always so much to learn since we only learn enough to get our job done and miss out on other possibilities within excel, especially pivot tables. You are a great teacher.

    Hi Leila, my favorite is No 8: Custom Sorting Pivot Table Fields. 😉 Pivot table are so quick that i need to build up my confidence in trusting it ...that is... is it going what I want it to do... is it including all my data. etc.

    Thanks SO MUCH. I love #10. I often had to copy/paste the pivot table info into a new table so that users don't click on to get extra worksheet that would confuse them.. This tip is GREAT!!! I mean, all 10 tips are great! Thanks so much :)

    All great tips. My favorite was the "type to sort". I'm always trying to drag items, and find it very cumbersome because it doesn't always move well. This is a much more exact method!

    I love that layout "Field list" that is more in a column rather than in a square. What I also like is the b utton "Defer Layout Update" so you dont mess your data next to your pivot table!!! Gr8 video thank you!!!

    As someone that lives in Excel at work, I already knew most of these. That said, thank you for the last tip! The number of times I have had that explore data thing create another sheet is too much for me to want to admit haha 😂 It may just have driven me into the madhouse at one point.

    My Fav is No.4 because of its useful applications. I did something similar just last week to use one slicer to control a chart. Say a slicer has three regions A,B,C. You click on A and it graph shows data from A only with a dynamic header using =UPPER(TEXTJOIN(",",TRUE,4:4)). But it would be nice if you could do a much more detailed video to show various ways in which you can customise to solve different scenarios.

    Tip No 3, 4 and repeat all item labels. I always had to create a formula to do it:) You are the best!!!! Thank you. By the way, is there any video showing me how to automatically insert data into cells based on start date & finish date? I have a calendar per day (in columns) and need to automatically divide the amount from one cell and insert it into the days (multiple cells) between a start and finish day. Many thanks! Kania

    Tip #1 is my fav! It helps to quickly preview the recommended pivot tables or even inspire you to review other better reporting formats. Tip #9 is a close second! So many times i needed mom% and yoy% quickly and I had to do clumsy edits but not anymore!

    #10, but only because I didn’t know you could just double-click for details!! We use the show details function almost daily, and we always right-click and select Show Details…this will be a nice change!
