first target and third target will feel natural, focus on brining your knee to the second target and snapping . thats all you have to do. but timing is very important
@@alejandrovassallo4995 as you see the second target knee and as you snap swing your same side are behind you. This will help you spin, as you do that turn your head to see the third target and kick. Don’t kick the first target, think as your swinging through it then knee to second and snap(swing your arm behind you) look at 3rd target and kick
