- I trying playing this drift game again today with a steering wheel which turned out to be a difficult task. The drifting physics don't work well on steering wheels, however on mobile devices the drifting is pretty good. If you play mobile games then it's a good drift game, just not when you're on PC using a sim setup. Torque Drift also makes you wait hours when you want to upgrade your body kit parts on your car and there's too much paid content in the game. Again if you play this on a mobile phone - then it's a decent drift game.

I appreciate you guys reaching out, speaking from my point of view, I played Torque Drift in 2020, 2021 and now in 2022. Within those 3 years I feel no difference in physics and that's fine. Not every game has to be good on steering wheel, people seem to enjoy Torque Drift on mobile devices which is good, I'm just not a mobile gamer myself.

I used to play this game when i didnt have a sim setup but since i have a sim setup for drifting, I moved to assetto corsa drifting. I still come back to this game torque drift every once in a while. I maybe had like hundreds or thousands of hours on it idk. Thank you for all the good memories torque drift! You are the one who pulled me in to drifting!
This is my favourite drift game on mobile together with CarX. At the start is tuff but after a few upgrades to (insert main drift car here) it becomes insanely fun. To earn more more money, do the sponsor challenges. I recommend you to do it after you have a import rank car or higher
the drifting gets better after some tweaks and upgrades to a car,also some grinding.

The game has been with me in mobile since it was still early, pre 500k or lower runs era. I would say it is a good game to kill time with from time to time, it gets boring with the same repetitive parts available to upgrade. Haven't spent a dime (sorry GMG) on this game, since it is not that hard to earn. But i do like thier concept during the 1v1 runs as there is no need to worry about lag during the tandem runs.

This game is hard to master but once you did ,it's really satisfying.
I’d say that about CarX,
You don’t need a fully modded car to drift,
The drift physics in CarX are just 1 million times better, because it’s more predictable and smoother.

Goosie, you gotta try the tandem competitions, they are fun, first you record your lead run alone (they have that so noobs dont ruin yours), then you chase your opponent's lead and try to score points, winner is the one with more points combined

Yo! To make this game a bit easy, there's a settings where you set the car physics to max to low. I hope this can help whether you know it or not

Hey goosie you have to progressively upgrade a car at a time and check settings for steering wheel I thought the same your in the early stages as you progress it'll get better

Hello I really like your videos but I wanted to ask you something, I see you have been drifting without a USB handbrake about 2 years ago and i am wondering how you did it. Do you use braking only to enter drifts or do you have a button on your G26 that you use for handbrake? Ty for noticing and I hope you answer.

I'm a torque drift player and I can tell you on mobile if you learn the game it's a really fun and chill game
As one that drifts a r35 nissan on Trouqe its rough cuz the diff and angle brakes n stuff needs upgrades but once you get everything down its fun

Goose, I think you messed something up in your settings at least for the pedals... The car shouldn't accelerate while being off throttle. At least not all the time. The cars are keeping the revs up a little too long when you go off throttle imo but in your case it literally never left throttle, so maybe have a look on some settings other users run on your wheel (found in the official TD Discord in the settings channel). The setting for 'extra handbrake' is for touchscreen users I think yo make a second handbrake appear on screen so that you can have it on both sides or whatever. I had some issues regarding throttle with my fanatec too, but I managed to fix it with the help of discord :)

How the game plays depends on the experience of the player. I have drift experience from multiple games plus real life stemming back 5-6 years. I hopped on this game, learned it quick, and now I can throw down and tandem like it’s nothing.
The most of the ones saying it can’t drift are probably new to it and don’t know what the hell they’re doing.
Torque drift is good in some cases but the online lobbies are bad. It does take some grinding but it’s decent
when i started it was a little hard but now i really know how to drift like fr but i only have two cars
