If you're having trouble with the Lexaeus Absent Silhouette boss battle, this video will show you how to not only take him out, but totally wreck him while not taking a single point of damage yourself. Step one: reflect
One thing that helped me for this fight was to replace the cure magic on my shortcuts with potions. If you cannot cast reflect on this guy, especially at the end of the fight, it is a death sentence. Since cure consumes all MP, it would be prudent to stock ethers, but mix in a couple high potions for if you mess up.

As long as you know how to counter and respond to each of his attacks, he’s easy as hell.

I love how you talk to the viewers, that helps a lot, so you have a video on the syth guy, I keep forgetting his name but all the videos I see on him nobody talks and that don't help me one bit
I finally beat him. It took like an hour because the first time I got him to 1 HP and I couldn't get a finisher and I died. Then I couldn't get the reflect combos the right way, these battles take a lot of strategy! Eventually I beat him.
Pretty good tutorial. I have beaten all of the silhouette fights (crit mode) although they took a few hours to learn, pretty easy once you know what to do and when. This is all prep for me to Speedrun the data orgs lvl 1 crit

Great tip on using Ethers when he charges up. I never thought of that and couldn't figure out why he was wrecking me. I realize now that I was running out of MP and couldn't use reflect about half way through the fight. Doh!
