and if you accidentally let your drive gauge deplete you can refill it in the olympus colisseum, just enter a tournament and exit and your gauge will be filled
Personally, the absolute best way to level up final form is right after you beat Saix at TWTNW and trigger the cutscene where riku is now your party member. After that cutscene if you go back to the room where it has the entrances to the rooms where you fought Saix and Luxord youll see donald and goofy wonder around with riku and kairi (as they arent attached to you/as party members). You can drive abuse easily by entering that room (unlike before) after killing nobodies and whats great is that for some reason the nobodies respawn ! I tried it. It took me less than 30-40mins to hit level 7 for final. I tried it on the 2.5 HD remix and it works but im not sure if it works in the orginal kh2fm. NOTE: If you want the nobodies to respawn, you have to change different rooms and not just constuntly changing the room you where fighting/battling at. Personally the most further away you want to be in order to spawn the nobodies is the room after you beat Xigbar than work your way up to the point before the room where you meet Xemnas than go back down but DONT ENTER THAT ROOM or a cutscene will trigger.
I trained Valor form in Radiant Garden, in the area outside of Merlin's House. You can just go in a quick circle and kill a bunch of enemies and loop back around to the save point in the house. I did Wisdom form in Timeless River. Going in a loop through all four areas and the Pier area connected directly to Cornerstone Hill yields 54 Heartless EVERY TIME. Combine that with the fact that using the door to return to Disney Castle auto-reverts you, and it's really quick. I trained Master form in Yen Sid's Tower, in the room with all the Gamblers. Just use Oathkeeper and Wishing Lamp and equip the Drive Converter ability and you get a steady stream of drive orbs. If you don't have Drive Converter you can also use Sweet Memories instead of Oathkeeper. The reaction command minigames are CRAZY easy once you get used to them a few times. You can also abuse a trick to stay in Master form indefinitely by purposely failing one of the reaction commands and getting turned into a die/card. When you eventually turn back, your form gauge will be filled back up to full, as well as your health. As for Final form, I used the Computer Room/Basement of the mansion in Twilight Town. Going through the whole thing yields 22 Nobodies, going from the Computer Room to the hallway with the pods, then back out to the entrance of the computer room to the room with the stairs. As long as you have Oathkeeper you should be able to get back to the save point in time, and eventually through leveling Final form you'll get the Form Boost ability on its own anyway, which makes it creep down very slowly.
I found one that yields 23/24 nobodies where you start in the white room and run across the top floor of the mansion through the library into the computer room. It’s really easy because both spots have save points so you can teleport back in and out quickly
Goooood morning twilight town and get ready in the morning with KH2FM.(plays sanctuary) For our first song today it hit the top ofchart for a few month titled: Simple and Clean by Hikaru Utada
who in their right mind would dislike this video? it is efficient, has video accompanying all dialogue, and absolutely monumentally better than casual methods of farming. Good job Bizkit
The Underworld: Cave of the Dead is also a good place to level up Wisdom Form due to all the weak Heartless there...particularly when you go there late in the game. I'll also try that trick in the Cavern for Master Form, so thank you.
For those who don't have FM or 2.5 (in other words, the original KHII): Valor: Just change form and literally wail on anything and everything that's an enemy. Also remember you can use the square button to activate your finisher early. Wisdom: In The World That Never Was, the alley (called Fragment Crossing) between the first savepoint and the skyscraper has literally endless amounts of Shadows. Simply spam magic, and you're set. Master: I would go to Beast's Castle. Almost all of the Heartless there drop big Drive Orbs, which net 3 EXP for Master Form. The three areas I would note are the Secret Hallway (the one near the Thresholder boss), the West Hall, and the Ballroom. If Nobodies spawn instead, just leave the room and return until Heartless spawn. There's probably a better place to do this, but I don't know it/can't remember it. Final: The "Hallway" (Naught's Skyway) after the room you fight Xigbar in has lots of Creepers spawn. It's two rooms to either side to a save point, so have fun. Precaution against Anti Form: If you successfully use any form (minus Final Form), the chances of turning into Anti Form increase. You can't gain HP in Anti-Form, and you can't revert in the middle of a fight (which means if you turn into it during a boss fight or mission objective, you have to ride it out). The biggest kick in the teeth is that no matter how many drive bars you have, turning into Anti Form depletes ALL OF THEM. Even from 9. If you're training any form that's not Final Form, and there are no Heartless/objects around that net high Drive gauge amounts, you'll definitely want some (Hi) Drive Recoveries.
One drive-recovery trick I learnt myself is that if you're in a form when you get turned into a dice/card from failing a Gambler minigame, you revert back to the previous form with a full drive gauge.
For Final Form you can go to the altar of naught and go to the room below (the one with appearing stairs between platforms). That room has a LOT of nobodies. Use magnet and thunder in final form. And when it nears 0, just go to the altar of naught and go back again. That works like leaving a world (but with less load time). It took me about one hour to go from lvl1 to lvl 7!
Pretty useful stuff. In KH2 i used to do the solar sailor in Space Paranoids as it has a party split when you board it and a save point at the end with an exit terminal. Had plenty of heartless to level up all the forms and the enemies dropped drive orbs too. I basically used it for all forms except Final. :)
That Mushroom, dude. I used to level Final Form in the area following Xigbar's fight, because there are a looot of Creepers in there. The distance between save points is pretty short too. Although I didn't know that auto-reverting actually maxed out your Drive Gauge, I just thought it didn't expend whatever you used to enter the form.
You can also get your drive gauge back instantly by going it to Olympus colosseum and entering the tournament (Cerberus cup if I'm not mistaken) and that will insta fill your bars. You don't have to participate either. :)
I usually level up Limit Form in the 1k Heartless Battle. If you time it correctly, and let yourselg get hit a little while in MP Charge, you can go through a few levels I believe.
One trick I found out the other day by accident but it worked really well was too use Final Form in the World That Never Was in the last section just before the door to the final fight with Xemnas, use Final Form, kill as many enemies as possible and then just before you run out of drive form enter the last area with the door and your form will be max again. The more you level it up you will be able to defeat more enemies in more areas before it runs out.
another little trick I just discovered in twilight towns mansion is when you encounter the gambler nobodies while your in drive form try and play one of their games and lose on purpose when sora is reverted back to his normal self he'll still be in his drive form only your drive gauge will be completely restored so if your low on drives in twilight town and dont want to go back to the ship try to find gambler nobodies
I found that similar trick myself in Yen Sid's Tower. Starting from the Sorcerer's Loft you go down the stairs killing Nobodies, skipping the room with the Gamblers and moving to the next room. When your Drive is at about 1 bar, you backtrack to the Gambler room, play the game and lose on purpose. I maxed Final in about 45 minutes doing this, a little bit faster than the video's, but I wasn't optimizing damage so I think I could have done it faster.
SavageDroppinDaBeats if you want you can actually kill the Gamblers for the final form experience once you do all you have to do is go to the room were the three fairies were at and back track every nobodie save for the ones you encounter before yin sids room should re spawn including the gamblers
not sure if it has been mentioned yet, but if you want to do some early game wisdom form grinding (mainly for level 1 critical) you could go back to hollow bastion and kill the heartless packs outside of merlins house. I start with the one directly outside then work my way upstairs towards the bailey
Duuuuude I can not say how useful this was! I never even thought to use the mushroom to level up. And it's gotta be said, that summon trick is genius. :D
I still remember on old ps2 days i would go on a drive form through any cinematic scene of the story, enjoy the change of outfit and then having the drive gauge maxed for free
I liked leveling up the limit form during the 1000 heartless battle. Because i revert back after i lose my mp and quickly regain my drive gauge due to an ability. You quickly are able to revert back into limit form multiple times.
A good and fast early method of leveling Wisdom Form, is killing the Hookbats outside of Beasts Room. When they appear jsut use Thunder, then Reflect their RC Counter. At Form LVL1 you'll have to exit the World after the 12 Hookbats, but once you start leveling Up, you can easily kill the Gargoyles and The other Wave of Hookbat/Gargoyle in the same Room. You get at least 16 kills, 17 if you're lucky.
Another good place is in TWTNW. Right where The Alley in Between is you can go to the next area and there are just shadows and you can kill a lot of them with magnega and thundaga because there are waves of them.
for final form i abuse the fact that donald and goofy leave your party in the final room of the world that never was to skip loading the world map and I just grind the entire castle until I get to the entrance of the castle, then that's when I leave the world and come back to repeat, got to the max level in a little under an hour
There is another place to find gamblers, in port royal the room where you fight Barbarossa the game will either spawn gamblers or some heartless, if they're not there simply walk out and re-enter. This room however only spawns 3 of them compared to Yensid's which has 4.
I have a different strategy for leveling up Limit, right before the final boss in TWTNW, there's a room with TONS of berserkers in it, and with some MP Rage abilities equipped, you can spam Strike Raid or some other Limit attack for some fast grinding, and since using these Limits heal you, it doesn't matter that you need to get hit to refill your MP. Also, since the very next room is a room that auto reverts Sora, you don't need to worry about rushing back to a save point.
I enjoy using 1000 heartless to level up limit form, with the help of some MP rage and damage drive. Limit > rave > take a bit of damage for rage > repeats till deplete > cure > damage enemies and take a bit > limit to recover mp/up > rave > etc. It's fun imo?
I level limit by going to where 1K heartless was by stepping forward to spawn the mushrooms and then using strike raid. If you spam the buttons after the finished you can use it again even though the mushrooms have disappeared. The save point is also right there for easy reverting
got one of the last copies of 1.5/2.5 before kh3 came out n they stopped shipping. Just now really playing due to 3, apex, n cod. currently on, and chose to do limit form last and I probably spent two hours so far grinding. good vid.
there is also the 1000 heartless grind for limit form, thats how i got high level on that. just make sure you have once more/drive damage or something like that (when u get hurt it gives you drive) because its way easy to get drive back to 3 and it heals you to full. its easy to do the 1k heartless event with limit form and makes it quite Entertaining as well. (currently don't know if you can max out limit form on it due to i quit doing it after 35 ish times but that's at least lv 3-4. (i hope this helps)
Excellent guide for leveling everything up. I will admit that I'm having quite the difficulty with leveling up my Master Form in Yen Sid's Tower. I can't seem to get the card & dice nobodies down correctly. I'm always pressing the input at the wrong time and getting turned into a die or card. :/
I got a question about the limit, I've try using the limit skills on different types of enemy and the trigger command is still gray for me am I meant to do something? this happen to most people when there limit exp 3 when I search up.
i figured out that summon exploit a few minutes ago, though i'm playing vanilla so i have to use the enemies in agrabah to hop up drive levels with their orbs
Cool so another trick that I didn't see mentioned in the comments is that if you go to Olympus and enter into the first tournament and then leave it refills your drive gauge completely too. Early on that's the easiest way to farm Valor imo.
+0killerx I mean you can do the Agrabah Mushroom pretty early in the game, the Olympus strat is only fine for first 3 worlds really, so best to wait a little longer.
The gambler games are so fun, I could spend hours doing them it’s like being in a casino 😂😂 when you get that “bling!” sound and munny litters the entire floor it’s so satisfying!
the 1000 heartless battle is actually a great place to grind up Limit form since there are so many heartless that regaining drive is almost instantaneous. just spam limits until you revert, Cure to deplete your MP completely, wail on Heartless until you regain your 5 Drive, then go limit again. I think I made it to Limit Form Lv4 in one go. I used the World that Never Was for my Wisdom and Final Grinding...I thought it was only in KH2US that the heartless became Nobodies after a point within the Castle that Never Was...because I do remember that I was using the City that Never was for fast Wisdom Form grinding...
It's better to equip drive boost and damage drive. Go into limit, use two sonic blades, revert, get your drive meters back immediately since you'll be left with no magic, and repeat.
I'm guessing this is implied, but if you're using the Cavern of Rememberance method for leveling Master Form, you can keep the experience you earned for Master Form, even if you die?
Thats why he screen transitions before dying "Continue" resets you to the state you were at when you entered the room, but resets the entire map's spawns, so he leaves the room with the Drive balls, and then dies, heads back in, and the balls are back
For limit form, does it have to be in the cave of wonders? I tried doing the limit in the video, but for some reason, I can’t continue the limit with the triangle button, or it won’t let me. Then again, I didn’t move away from an enemy to try it, but I don’t see how that makes a difference, unless it actually does? With any of the limits, I can’t seem to finish them with the triangle follow-ups, is there something I’m missing here? Or is it really as simple as starting combat, then move a fair distance away to do the limits? EDIT: I tried going to Agrabah, started the mushroom fight, and did exactly what the video said, but I STILL couldn't finish the sonic blade limit. What am I doing wrong? What am I missing? Please help, thanks! EDIT 2: Wow, so the reason the triangle limit action was greyed out was because I didn't let go of L1 -_- but once I let go of L1 when I started the limit, then I could finish it with triangle.....I'm a dumbass XD Well, I'll leave my comment here, since I -know- hope I'm not the only one who missed something so simple.
I wound up leveling all of my drive forms completely before seeing this. Wish I knew beforehand. Though it's not too bad I guess. I ended up just going to Radiant Garden and going between the Postern and Merlin's House over and over again for pretty much all except Final. Valor I had on Oathkeeper and Sweet Memories, same for Master (Plus the second Drive Converter I had while leveling up). The other two just had Oathkeeper. I got them to level 6 before I even went to Beast's Castle to fight Xaldin. So I didn't have to spend much time on them when I finally got Final form. All that's left now is Summons and Sora himself.
So I've been wondering about drives, but haven't seen anyone talk about this. Could you explain the pros/cons on every drive form? I mean besides the obvious Valor has no magic, Master has no land combos. I've seen people do top whatever drives, and everyone seems to think Master is really bad. What's your opinion?
I believe he's talked about it but here's a rundown. Valor - Valor is a great form considering it's obtained almost immediately after becoming Sora. It has no magical capability but amps up it's physical, meaning you hit harder, faster and with better combos. Valor form is fantastic for mob fights, due to it's aerial combos having hitboxes all around Sora, but when it comes to boss fights it may be less viable if you tend to need to heal a lot, or the boss has a certain magical weakness. The growth ability if High Jump, which is self explanatory and very useful as normal Sora. Wisdom - Wisdom form is generally a contextual form, there are certain places it works insanely well (Demyx Data) and places where it works not so well. Wisdom in contrast to Valor is a purely magical form, employing no use of physical keyblade strikes which can become problematic for players with low MP. MP is used decently fast in this game, and whilst your spells hit harder and are generally powered up, this makes this form largely obsolete if you don't have the money for Ethers, due to the "Shoot" command that replaces Attack being low damage. The growth ability is Sprint, which gives Sora a quick forward dash to dodge attacks, or to simply move around the world faster. Limit - Limit is the most unique of the forms, and probably also one of the more useful. Limit form replaces all Magic commands with mimics of KHI limit attacks(Sonic Rave, Ars Arcanum, Ragnarok, Strike Raid) and these limit attacks will consume a large amount of MP, which means you can use 2 early game and 3 late game before MP runs out. This form proves highly useful in fights where Sora is alone, due to it being the only form that requires no party members. Your physical combos change to a quick but high damaging combo with a devastating Zantetsuken ground finisher. This form is highly useful in plenty of scenarios due to the power of the limits and the fact that you can use it in conjunction with multiple party members, giving you an edge in almost all fights. It's growth ability is Dodge Roll, which if used properly is HIGHLY useful, as it gives you i-frames(invincibility) during it and can help dodge devastating enemy attacks. Master - Master form is a sort of medium between Valor and Wisdom. Employing the use of both magical and physical attacks, they are both buffed up, but arguably not to the extent of either Valor or Wisdom. This form is generally considered to be not as useful as the others, especially Limit, due to its low power and iffy growth ability. Master is useful in mob fights, especially due to it's aerial finisher, but one could make the argument that by the time you obtain it, it's already eclipsed by limit form. It's growth ability is Aerial Dodge, a useful growth ability, but it shouldn't be stressed too much about. Aerial Dodge will parry all mid air attacks aimed at Sora during it's activation, and will help you move more nimbly around the battlefield whilst in the air. If used smartly, it can be very useful to tackle multiple enemies or agile enemies. Final - Final is a form specially obtained in a couple of ways, but the more common in KH2FM being through the "Two Become One" Keyblade. The form is without a doubt the most powerful of all the forms, amping up both of your physical and magical abilities to ridiculously high extents. There isn't too much to say about this form, it requires both party members but that's really it's only fault besides it's relatively fast Drive gauge depletion rate. The form is extremely useful in pretty much every scenario you can think of, and at its highest level makes all other Drives except for sometimes Limit, obsolete. It's growth ability is Glide, an extremely useful ability which at LV3 allows you to fly through the air at high speed endlessly, which is pricelessly useful during most scenarios and is not only and efficient, but actually rather fun way to get around the map. This coupled with Master Form's Aerial Dodge gives Sora complete mastery over the air. And just for fun, Anti - Anti form is a form triggered (generally speaking) by abuse of the drive forms. There are other factors that come into place, which Biz has done a video on, making this form difficult to understand for a casual player. To a casual player this form may appear as a random occurance during fights. Anti form takes away both party members, completely depletes drive gauges, removes all healing capability INCLUDING HP orb drops on the battlefield, and cannot be reverted out of until out of combat or entering a different room. This form is a yin and yang in that aspect, because it is actually extremely capable physically. Fast strikes, long combos and powerful finishers can easily stunlock and destroy opponents, giving you a fighting chance in this form. If learned and understood correctly, Anti form can almost be a blessing, but if not understood it is a curse. Generally speaking anti form will be a curse if triggered unexpectedly, because it will most likely not have the contextual use that you wanted to utilize your chosen drive form for. It has a growth ability, but it is the only growth ability Sora cannot learn, which is Anti Glide. Anti Glide allows you to fly through the air EXTREMELY fast for short periods of time, which allows you to evade attacks easily or home in on enemies to combo them from afar. Being unavailable to Sora obviously means we can't think of it outside of Anti form context, but it is useful in Anti form context.
Maybe because they don't like that the game is in Japanese? It's hard to say but I remember a few years back there was someone in the comments calling Bizkit an RPG elitist for playing the Japanese version of 2.5, even though it hadn't even come out in English yet at that point.
hey bizkit i have a question: i already maxed out limit form but whats the difference of each dodge roll when you level it up. because lvl 1 dodge roll looks like lvl max dodge roll to me.
Thx! man!!! =). One question... some times when I see you, when you go to drive form you press "start" before transform, I really want to know "why"?? xDD I see so many people do that and I don't know why xD It's a cancel for anti-form? what is?
On PS3 load times were horrendous. Bosses would completely recover from being hit by your transformation in the time it took for the form to load in. By pausing after starting to transform you let the form load in. But now on PS4 load times are amazing and this isn't necessary.
I have a little problem.. My drive gauge are stuck at 0 it says Max and then 0 I have tried everything to get it to be normal but it dosent work.. Can't use drive o summon.. Do you have any ide have to fix this?
For some reason neither trains are available to access in Twilight Town for some reason so I can’t get to Master Yen Sid’s castle..even though I recently defeated the 1000 heartless. Any thoughts at all or something I may have forgotten to go back and do? Currently doing crit level 1 run. @Bizkit047
hmm...well sense I don't have KHII HD remix and just the regular one I just farm Valor in The World That Never Was. Then farm Wisdom in Agrabah, same thing for Master. Then, I go back to The World That Never Was and finish grinding Final Form there.
Valor gets EXP for every hit you get off on an enemy Wisdom gets EXP for every heartless killed Limit gets EXP every time you do a finishing move in a limit, basically making sure you finish the combo Master gets EXP for drive orbs picked up, tiny ones give 1, big give 3 Final gets EXP for every nobody killed.
Yen sid's tower is not available after the 1000 heartless fight. I just did it. Train isn't there. Can someone tell me when the train shows up? I'll update this comment if i find out. EDIT: So i continued the game and checked back at twilight town after beating each world and can confirm you have to have been to the world that never was to access the tower. The information in the video is misleading and should be corrected. The money trick works amazingly when you can get there at least.
+GlitchShark after 1000 heartless, you must beat the 2nd round of a couple worlds until twilight town cutscene for world that never was appears for world map. then complete the story to the world that never was first save point. then go back to the station in twilight town.
t understand a word you sayd about limitform what you mean? do i need to hit that doll in that room while uisng Limit from and use it to attack it and hit it many times?
+Rainbow Dash Hitting the Heartless depletes your Drive gauge faster, so you don't hit it. You activate Sonic Blade near the exit of the treasure room to prevent hitting it.
+Rainbow Dash Hitting the Heartless depletes your Drive gauge faster, so you don't hit it. You activate Sonic Blade near the exit of the treasure room to prevent hitting it.
Soooooo, I have leveled up everything BUT limit form, it's getting on my nerves. As a gamer, you'd think I get this by now, but when I start the limit command, the triangle command does not light up for me to use it. What the hell am I doing wrong?
lmao, whatever happened, I got passed it. I'd have to turn the game on to see it what I exactly did, but I believe the L1 button was it. I'm now getting ready to get 2.8...now that i think about it, I might play on critical.
I powered levels through using, Gull Wing and the Exp booster skill. Go castle oblivion with red hp and just farm. Got to level 99 in about an hour. For farming Drives i just went to Beast's castle and got everything in about a day.
critical health is actually less than 1/3 of your hp, so you don't NEED to go red health, but then again managing about 19 health in critical mode can be a pain. also there really isn't much other choice since square killed off the pridelands grinding in the final mix version.
soo i need some help here when i try to lvl up my limit form it will never let me to the back and forth move it will just do one dash and that's it am i doing something wrong
and if you accidentally let your drive gauge deplete you can refill it in the olympus colisseum, just enter a tournament and exit and your gauge will be filled
@Steven Sousa Wow you sure are smart
@@tirtoenricojulio4704 It's a pretty useful tip, dude.
@@uknownada A useful tip that is literally the first thing mentioned in the video.
@@tirtoenricojulio4704 still no need to be an ass about it though
@@ravioli4601 Maybe, who knows.
Fun fact:Using wisdom and then exiting timeless river through the door has the same effect as going to the world map. :D
Yes because timeless River and Disney castle are two different worlds
Timeless River was my favorite place to farm Valor and Wisdom in vanilla KH2 because of this.
Found this out through experimenting and got Fast Run before even doing Port Royal in my most recent run through. What a great place-
Vice Admiral Buizel Bedwell same
Also you can’t exit to world map
That summon one is brilliant
I trained final form in master yen sid towers with the nobody
2FM... that sounds like a radio station for some reason...
True
it is a radio station in ireland :D
Goooood morning twilight town and get ready in the morning with KH2FM.(plays sanctuary) For our first song today it hit the top ofchart for a few month titled: Simple and Clean by Hikaru Utada
who in their right mind would dislike this video? it is efficient, has video accompanying all dialogue, and absolutely monumentally better than casual methods of farming. Good job Bizkit
8:42 I remember abusing that in _Land of Dragons_ in original KH2. Summons maxed very quickly.
The Underworld: Cave of the Dead is also a good place to level up Wisdom Form due to all the weak Heartless there...particularly when you go there late in the game. I'll also try that trick in the Cavern for Master Form, so thank you.
For those who don't have FM or 2.5 (in other words, the original KHII):
Valor: Just change form and literally wail on anything and everything that's an enemy.
Land of Dragons for Master Form, in KH2 vanilla, all the objects spew Drive Orbs when broken
Great video Biz! December can't come fast enough.
It took me about one hour to go from lvl1 to lvl 7!
the kingdom hearts youtubers personalities are different. MAN. I. JUST. FUCKING. LOVE. YOU. ALL
Pretty useful stuff.
Hey guys. make sure to turn your Drive Converter ability OFF otherwise it will convert some of the money into drive orbs.
Unless you're leveling up master form
That's why we have it on, for master form and for gaining drive guage
another little trick I just discovered in twilight towns mansion is when you encounter the gambler nobodies while your in drive form try and play one of their games and lose on purpose when sora is reverted back to his normal self he'll still be in his drive form only your drive gauge will be completely restored so if your low on drives in twilight town and dont want to go back to the ship try to find gambler nobodies
You have done gawrsh's work in this video. Thank you.
You quickly are able to revert back into limit form multiple times.
honestly, thank you so much! all your hard work will be put to good use! great video!!
Right where The Alley in Between is you can go to the next area and there are just shadows and you can kill a lot of them with magnega and thundaga because there are waves of them.
yeah that's what I used since I'd rather get it out of the way early.
Nice
CJAdams97 god damn it
Lithium Flower what
for final form i abuse the fact that donald and goofy leave your party in the final room of the world that never was to skip loading the world map and I just grind the entire castle until I get to the entrance of the castle, then that's when I leave the world and come back to repeat, got to the max level in a little under an hour
Thank you for this! I've seen WAYYY too many videos where people just put text on the screen and say "Do this:" and explain nothing else
That munny trick looks helpful
Wanna know what’s weird I can’t go valor in agrabah…
I level limit by going to where 1K heartless was by stepping forward to spawn the mushrooms and then using strike raid. If you spam the buttons after the finished you can use it again even though the mushrooms have disappeared. The save point is also right there for easy reverting
It's dumb that you have to upgrade limit form to get dodge roll.
Not really, Dodge Roll wasn't in KH2, and it comes back in 2FM with Limit Form because Limit emulates KH1FM Sora
Cloudmonkey it's dumb that the best movement ability from KH1 didn't return in the sequel so they had to shoehorn it in for FM
@@RaihanLDN Dodge Roll is a little worthless when you compare it to Quick Run.
OwN Avenged no it’s not, it doesn’t have the landing animation at the end that leaves you vulnerable
got one of the last copies of 1.5/2.5 before kh3 came out n they stopped shipping.
(i hope this helps)
oh and also make sure you ignore the Reaction commands due to it dosent give you more drive that way
Excellent guide for leveling everything up. I will admit that I'm having quite the difficulty with leveling up my Master Form in Yen Sid's Tower. I can't seem to get the card & dice nobodies down correctly. I'm always pressing the input at the wrong time and getting turned into a die or card. :/
Love the coloured annotations. Nice touch. :)
I got a question about the limit, I've try using the limit skills on different types of enemy and the trigger command is still gray for me am I meant to do something? this happen to most people when there limit exp 3 when I search up.
do you mean you can't level up limit form past a certain level or that you can't execute the limits properly?
Kingdom Fantasy223 Ah I figger it out what went wrong, when I use a skill I forgot to let go of the L1 button to use the trigger command.
Rakuriz
LOL we all failed at using limit form the first time around haha.
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SHARING! :D I was trying figure out why it wasn't working for me for days!
i figured out that summon exploit a few minutes ago, though i'm playing vanilla so i have to use the enemies in agrabah to hop up drive levels with their orbs
k turns out it's not viable - but it made me feel clever for a minute
Whew, got a lot a work to do! Appreciate the video, really helpful! Thanks.
Matt Doyle it's unlocked once you bear the lords, so you don't have to wait for the second visit
The gambler games are so fun, I could spend hours doing them it’s like being in a casino 😂😂 when you get that “bling!” sound and munny litters the entire floor it’s so satisfying!
The last one was really helpful, but the rest I already knew about except for the money part in yen sid tower.
the 1000 heartless battle is actually a great place to grind up Limit form since there are so many heartless that regaining drive is almost instantaneous. just spam limits until you revert, Cure to deplete your MP completely, wail on Heartless until you regain your 5 Drive, then go limit again.
Yeah i did that also, the 1000 heartless for lvl 5, but i used wisdom
Derek Price
you shouldn't be able to use wisdom form in the 1000 heartless battle as you don't have donald or goofy in the party at that time.
Kingdom Fantasy223 Yeah, i forgot it was limit
I'm guessing this is implied, but if you're using the Cavern of Rememberance method for leveling Master Form, you can keep the experience you earned for Master Form, even if you die?
Thats why he screen transitions before dying "Continue" resets you to the state you were at when you entered the room, but resets the entire map's spawns, so he leaves the room with the Drive balls, and then dies, heads back in, and the balls are back
Hey Biz will you ever be doing guides for KH1
Could you post an "exhibition" of all Sora's skills/drives/summons?
So, the limit grinding method is broken in the english 2.5 release
What's wrong with it? I haven't heard anything at all about that yet.
I thought so too, till I realized that you have to let go of L1 button for the reaction command to work.
Holykitsune Realizing this would have saved me 20 minutes of frustration earlier today.
Holykitsune THANK YOU!!! I was so frustrated
Valor finishers only count for 2 hits each. Just stick to air combos, by spamming square and then X a few times.
EDIT 2: Wow, so the reason the triangle limit action was greyed out was because I didn't let go of L1 -_- but once I let go of L1 when I started the limit, then I could finish it with triangle.....I'm a dumbass XD
Well, I'll leave my comment here, since I -know- hope I'm not the only one who missed something so simple.
Can't wait to use these in December!
Great video! It helped me a lot when it came to those pesky form level ups, it was also really well made. Thank you very much!!!
All that's left now is Summons and Sora himself.
do bulky vendors count towards wisdom form?
Hunter Wallace You forgot to mention some stuff, like Valor disabling Guard.
for master form after halloween town 2nd visit you can just keep going in and out of santa's house. exp for days and a lot easier
You can also just enter the cerberus cup and exit, it will give you max drive
Just curious: why do some people dislike videos like this?
Maybe because they don't like that the game is in Japanese?
It's hard to say but I remember a few years back there was someone in the comments calling Bizkit an RPG elitist for playing the Japanese version of 2.5, even though it hadn't even come out in English yet at that point.
that's great. Check out this elitist douchebag, playing the game in its native language. What, does he, like, know the language, or something? Loser
pretty much the same methods I used.
except I did thunder in final form, but that's preference
hey bizkit i have a question: i already maxed out limit form but whats the difference of each dodge roll when you level it up. because lvl 1 dodge roll looks like lvl max dodge roll to me.
I think it affects invincibility frames.
Thx! man!!!
Hey thx a lot!! :D and yeah! in ps4 is sooo fast xDD
limit form won't let me press triangle it just is dulled out I am playing on ps4 idk if that changes anything
That summon leveling is ridiculous. I went from no xp on summons to max level in one stitch summon.
So that trick still works for the final mix. Good to know
I have a little problem.. My drive gauge are stuck at 0 it says Max and then 0
I have tried everything to get it to be normal but it dosent work.. Can't use drive o summon.. Do you have any ide have to fix this?
So which Drive Forms are useful aganist which Bosses?
Your videos are awesome, I'm hoping a guide on the Mushroom XIII is coming soon!
For some reason neither trains are available to access in Twilight Town for some reason so I can’t get to Master Yen Sid’s castle..even though I recently defeated the 1000 heartless. Any thoughts at all or something I may have forgotten to go back and do? Currently doing crit level 1 run. @Bizkit047
You have to progress more to where you go back to Twilight Town to the mansion
never equip the Form boosts abilities or oathkeeper when farming the gamblers in case you fail the dice/card minigames.
+Chasing Chickens Or you can just leave the room and revert much faster
yeah, when you turn into a dice I think you can't. It's better jump around avoiding them so you don't accidentally kill them.
+Chasing Chickens Actually, failing a minigame causes your Form gauge to max out after the form, so instead of Oathkeeper just fail one.
How can you tell what level your drive currently is? And I don't have Final Form yet, so does that mean I can only get them to lvl 6?
Yea once you get final you can level up your drive to level an to check what level they are go to the status menu
Does the summon trick at the end work on KH2 vanilla for ps2?
hmm...well sense I don't have KHII HD remix and just the regular one I just farm Valor in The World That Never Was. Then farm Wisdom in Agrabah, same thing for Master. Then, I go back to The World That Never Was and finish grinding Final Form there.
How do u win the gambler games?
Thx this made me reached all of the forms to max level
Hey in any drive form does it level up by exp or the kills on heartless or nobody
Valor gets EXP for every hit you get off on an enemy
Wisdom gets EXP for every heartless killed
Limit gets EXP every time you do a finishing move in a limit, basically making sure you finish the combo
Master gets EXP for drive orbs picked up, tiny ones give 1, big give 3
Final gets EXP for every nobody killed.
The money trick works amazingly when you can get there at least.
after you finish game
+GlitchShark after 1000 heartless, you must beat the 2nd round of a couple worlds until twilight town cutscene for world that never was appears for world map. then complete the story to the world that never was first save point. then go back to the station in twilight town.
Elite X That is what my comment already said.
Oops, didn't read second part. *facepalm.
Helped me LOTS, thanks for makin this video :-)
t understand a word you sayd about limitform what you mean? do i need to hit that doll in that room while uisng Limit from and use it to attack it and hit it many times?
+Rainbow Dash Hitting the Heartless depletes your Drive gauge faster, so you don't hit it.
You activate Sonic Blade near the exit of the treasure room to prevent hitting it.
+Rainbow Dash Hitting the Heartless depletes your Drive gauge faster, so you don't hit it.
You activate Sonic Blade near the exit of the treasure room to prevent hitting it.
i think i got it now thx :)
Yeah, sorry for posting a comment twice. Don't know how I did it.
Soooooo, I have leveled up everything BUT limit form, it's getting on my nerves. As a gamer, you'd think I get this by now, but when I start the limit command, the triangle command does not light up for me to use it. What the hell am I doing wrong?
animegirl17 Did you trigger the mushroom?
animegirl17 Did you let go of the L1 button?
lmao, whatever happened, I got passed it.
Castle oblivion lol
critical health is actually less than 1/3 of your hp, so you don't NEED to go red health, but then again managing about 19 health in critical mode can be a pain. also there really isn't much other choice since square killed off the pridelands grinding in the final mix version.
How do I level wisdom if i have beaten the game? The places you mention have no heartless anymore..
I usually do that Test of cottage thing in Agrabah
What? Timeless and Agrabah, which I very much mention for Wisdom both have Heartless just fine
thanks for the heads up on the land of dragons method. I cant wait XD
In customization, what type of "attack" do I need for the munny trick? My party keeps killing the Gamblers.
PlasmaFlareon Sora Attack
Kenny Nguyen Figured it out. Thanks though!
soo i need some help here when i try to lvl up my limit form it will never let me to the back and forth move it will just do one dash and that's it am i doing something wrong
i really don't get this i have all my other forms maxed out but limit
After activating the limit press triangle to continue the combo. For Sonic Blade its L1+X then triangle spam.
why not spam thunder, it hits lots of enemies
A lot of this works in the original KH2 as well.
O.O
Dang, i knew about some of these but that summon was new... it's so good haha i'll have to try it
Awesome video! Helped me tons! :)
How do i get mine to absorb the orbs eithout getting close like you ?
Draw
Are you trying to farm your Form stats?
There aren't any form stat farming, it's only levels
Bizkit047 Oh I see nvm. I thought it was something else IN KH2 FM my bad.
This was incredibly helpful, thanks
I'm trying to find peter pan right now i just need his summoning. does anyone know where i can find him or know how to get him?
It’s in a treasure chest in Port Royal. You can find it in the big one after beating Grim Reaper I.
Da summon method does not wrk for me plus im not able to level up to level 3 for all forms does anyone knw y dat is
At some point you stop leveling up until you reach a certain point in the game
This helped a lot to level up my forms for the Cavern of Remembrance. Thanks a ton. :D
I forgot how to obtain level 6 drive form. Can someone assist?
