Thank you Lama. our daytime life is like a dream where we fuse name and form, mentalitity and materiality. Our personality is made of everchanging five aggregates of physical form, and mental feeling, perception, volitional formation/habits, and consciousness. seeing their impermanence we do not cling to or hate them or make them real or concrete. This is the way of freedom from suffering, fear, ignorance and delusions of mind.

(Giggle)...at first.... this video was seeming a gossamer slippery dissipating disconnecting series of images ....til I remembered " The Matrix" and Richard Buckminster Fullers' " Geometry Of Thinking". THIS however ..what she is reporting....is having to do with a direct experience. Makes one think of the wonderful colour of soft pastel olive Jade green wall Buddist monks face when meditating. The colour is so focused it's extraordinary.

    Beautiful speech, very inspiring.
I found it a bit tending n to nihilism instead to a correct middle way.
Since many Westerners are watching, i suggest to make a part 2 to explain better the topic in order to prevent dangerous nihilism.
    Thank you

Meditation on your message should come from spontaneous awareness. Not from scripted message. Buddha never would agree with this teaching
