    A restrictor in the return line will be beneficial. Prevents all oil from drain out of turbo and at the time raises pressure. If diy tuning install fuel system first to make sure that's good and then install turbo.(sorry to contradict) that way you have a base that if too lean can be corrected beforehand. That way less dangerous once boost is there!

    A while back I had to enlarge that hole for an Anderson pipe and ended up using a circular grinder with the disk and got a nice round hole. Don’t really remember if it was 5” but something of that sort. You work your way stating in the center of the hole and work your way out until it’s flush with the panel. And like you mentioned, finish it with the hose or similar. Great videos and keep them coming!

    Wouldn't need to remove the down pipe to do spark plugs if the down pipe 90ed up out the hood after the turbo. Lol jkn. Looking good brother keep it up!

    Awesome video. My OCD would have to swap those exhaust clamps around so they all went the same way and maximized clearance/looks and still be able to put a tool on them. But big thumbs up. Car looks killer

    I believe u should have all motor and trans mounts in new condition. Always start at ground zero before modifying especially a turbo kit. And I told u to get/leave everything loosy goosy!!! Take ur time brother! After heat cycles though things will stay stationary

    Should have gone live with the install, Marked it not family friendly, (lol) and just let the camera run.
    Oil pressure is low because it has an additional outlet, the clearances int eh motor allow for that specific oil pressure, Now it has another avenue of release. Im thinking once it warms up, oil pressure will build. An aftermarket gauge instead of the Ford traditional on off gauge would be ideal.

    I did a 03 cobra bumper on my 92 foxbody. My pipe didn't line up either but, You have to get the inlet pipe re welded to make the fog light work! It will be worth it in the end! I did not have to jack the engine up to make the down pipe work! I did it wrapped! Get some stainless steel bands for the wrap, don't use the wire! Follow me and check it out! ;-)

    I had VERY low oil pressure reading via my stock gauge as well. Put a mechanical gauge on it and it showed a healthy pressure.
    Turned out the stock sending unit was wrong year model unit and/or was bad cause when I replaced with new correct unit my stock gauge showed healthy pressure again.

    Vent both valve covers so you don't blow seals. I'm speaking from experience :(

    what ever you do dont run the engine with out the o2 sensor on that microsquirt ecu , it runs of the o2 and map sensor if you are using it.

    Just a heads up in case you notice oil smoke. The first ON3 install I did the engine had a high volume pump and it was putting to much oil in the turbo and passing the seal on the exhaust side. I swapped to a stock volume and it fixed the issue.

      You could always run your high volume and put a restrictor before the turbo.

      OdinTheFurious guys have done it.... but you should only need a restrictor with a ball bearing turbo.

      The other issue is then the oil return was -8 which is not big enough imo. Better off making your own -10 out of AN line. I talked to a couple shops that specialize in turbo’s and both told me they don’t recommend high volume for that reason btw.

    You guys are going to want to change the rubber tube connected to the throttle body/intake. It will collapse under any load over 3,000rpm losing major power and run like shit.

    I have the same issues with oil pressure on my V2 vortech. It takes forever to registered oil pressure since I put the charger on

    Now would you recommend installing this system with or without the motor in? My motor is pulled right now but idk what is more easier to do.

      5PointSlow usually when u paint a car u spray all the edges the color it’s going to be before you assemble it. At a quick look in the video it looked white on the edge, making me think either it was a used white fender or it was a white car beforehand. I didn’t see the painting video so my bad. Relax fanboy
