In this video, I sat down with Ramesh Siddavatam, Senior Director Centre for industry Academia partnerships at MIT-WPU. A veteran who has been with some of the biggest names like Deloitte, Convergys, Royal Bank of Scotland and BITS Pilani. He brings a unique mix of both HR industry experience of 12 years as a recruiter and academia experience heading placements, internships and industry-academia partnerships.
Ramesh sir has been instrumental in enabling and contributing to industry and Academia for the past 23 years.
