Evening Sheila you are so good at showing people how to correct a mistake I am sure more people will try this pattern lol changed over to my zing circular needle now and so much better so I will be whizzing along . Next going to start a Aran cardigan only takes 400 grams that my next mission Haha lol Happy knitting tonight with lots of hot cuppas and maybe a biscuit lol Sandra xxx
Hello Sheila, I haven't attempted the bubble stitch but I do think it, it's a lovely stitch and will hopefully try it one day. Anyway, is this how you would pick up any dropped stitch? I sometimes loose stitches when I knit socks as they are so tiny and they practically run away down as I'm trying to catch it and I then struggle to know how to get it back up and in the right order. 🧶 🏃♀☕ Margaret x

You are as busy as i am Sandra, the Zings are probably much better as i know i can knit a lot faster with them, the wool just slides off the needle..
Your way is much easier than what I was doing. Thank you for sharing this with us!

A crochet hook is best if a dropped stitch makes a ladder Margaret easier to pick up..the bubble st is easier than most people might think...
I find a crochet hook helps
It can be done with a crochet hook too Lesley, i find a hook best when you have dropped a stich a long way down..
