    Awesome, people like myself suffering from (IBM) inclusion body myositis could really benefit from the work out. I attend aquatic therapy twice a week.

    Hey, asking for my relative who is new to this plantar fascitis pool excercises, are shoes required to be worn?

    • @fitmotivation-poolfit-videos
      @fitmotivation-poolfit-videos  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      No. Shoes are not required to be worn in a low impact pool workout unless your relative had diabetes and sensitive. If your relative were to start exercising regularly, they may want to consider protecting their feet with a pair of water shoes.

      Sure. As long as you have successfully completed your rehab and you have been cleared for exercise

      Water shoes are recommended for shallow water exercise to support feet from the impact and protect the from rough or slippery pool floors..

    • @fitmotivation-poolfit-videos
      @fitmotivation-poolfit-videos  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I understand. It is frustrating. But if not for your exercise dedication...your weight gain would likely be much more significant. Therefore, giving up is not really an option. Instead partake in exercise activities that make you feel good. If you enjoy exercising in the pool, the Poolfit app has a wide variety of workouts, including HIIT & Tabata. Consider trying it. poolfit.tv/
