I'm a bunny owner and getting such news whilst traveling is a bunny owner's worst nightmare and immensely heartbreaking. So so sorry for your loss Sophie and David. Take time to grieve please. For me personally, it's been so anxiety inducing that I get my buns a wellness check-up before I go on any long trips. Instead of boarding my furbabies, I've also resorted to getting a pet sitter so that they're comfortably at home with familiar surroundings with a pet cam so I can view them daily and automatic pellet dispenser so that they've got food at regular intervals.❤
Dear Sophie, so sorry about your loss, I know what you feel - my 8 y old cat died 6 days ago . Cannot stop cry and nothing can help. Work is help a little. TH-cam also helps to distract. Hope some days this pain stop and memory fades but do not believe that it happened soon. Be hard and strong and find a support from your husband and family. ❤😢
