    I just sold a property in Portland and I'm thinking to put the cash in stocks, I know everyone is saying it's ripe enough, but Is this a good time to buy stocks? How long until a full recovery? How are other people in the same market raking in over $200k gains with months, I'm really just confused at this point

    • @MarcelPhilips
      @MarcelPhilips ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, a good number of folks are raking in huge 6 figure gains in this downtrend, but such strategies are mostly successfully executed by folks with in-depth market knowledge.

      @@MarcelPhilips It all depends on how long you're willing to hold for, stocks might likely tank further, but making serious gains in this downtrend wouldn't be a problem if you're a pro.

    Good interview David. A comfortable discussion about some of the most uncomfortable issues we face right now. Bill Gates is what all super rich people should be, a fine example of how to build a better world for our future generations at a time when greed has taken control of far too many people who should know better. Compare the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation to the Clinton Foundation; Bill seeks to save the world while Clinton does everything in her power to destroy it.

      Exactly. It’s the people behind the Paris Accord who have an agenda to control and tax that need for climate change to explicitly be a man made human driven phenomena. CO2 provides the best route to establishing that. Science hasn’t got a chance against today’s propagandists in high political office.

    there is some basic inneficiencies in the logic of giving away the money you earned ! in essence a successful bussinessman is very irrational. You make enough money to live without working, and you keep working hard ! and then after all that years you give away your money. ! It s much much better if you spend your money. Spending your money has the same effect of giving away your money, but you are not fooled by you entourage and infinite people asking you money. Totally disagree will Bill ! But it s not his fault. The american people are so hypocrite , in public , because they are terrified from not being politically correct ! And here in europe we are having the same problem now ! it s a form of medieval inquisition !

    Two great minds, inspired by the University professors, who gave them everything they needed to succeed, end up thinking that it was the US soil that gave them all the food they needed to prosper. Complexity is when you know who to vote for, when you know simple things like what is a crime? Am I criminal? If so, why? What makes me a criminal? Say, my thoughts are too negative, my lack of knowledge is my enemy. So, if you think your Government steals from you, then let's analyze the Finance. behind it. If you think that the war was too costly with Iraq, then let's be antiwar, peace action, if you think you drive violently, then you need to be imprisoned, because, most likely, someone has suffered a loss. Hillary Clinton won every way, because America is too violent for immigrants not vice versa...

    How do you solve the problem of smart people who lack the morals to tell stupid people in power when they're being stupid?

    Mr Bill Gates has turned from a corporate villain to a guy who's gonna save the world. He is the opposite of what Harvey said

      MINDS in Motion I think he’s grown over the years to become more humble. Gates between 1980-2000 was not known for being a nice guy, more a smart workaholic who drove employees 100 hours plus a week. But it was also a different role in his life as creating and building Microsoft. It’s easier to be nice when your retired. I do admire all he’s done and don’t mean to take away from it with my comments. Mainly I’m bored and can’t sleep

      MINDS in Motion I wonder what the truth would be on his typical work week. I doubt he sleeps more than 6 hours. He probably uses PR to give the more wholesome image to change his appearance in the public eye. Someone like him to get what he’s getting done would have to be an aggressive driver.
      I bet his saying is similar to others I’ve heard recently. “If you don’t don’t come in Saturday, don’t bother coming in Sunday or Monday either.”
