Martin did a little of drama there. He was a F1 driver, pretty sure that he know that at this circuit tyres temperature is critical. If the driver push hard in first and second sector, he will lost time in third sector. We have to wait until the end to know who is fastest

it´s so weird hearing that kind of happiness from Sebastian, even though I watched this live, oh how the time has changed, it´s such a shame it didn´t end up differently the 2017 season, only if he had no reliability issues and the crash in Singapore wouldn´t happen, he would have won the title by 24 points

I'm a Williams fan and is great to see an original rival Ferrari back on the front row. Looking forward to see Stroll complete his first grand prix of the season. But man the difference between skill with Hulkenburg and Palmer. Palmer shouldn't even be in f1
I honestly think Palmer is the worse driver on the grid, just shows how good the Renault is this season by Hulkenburg's performances, if someone like Alonso was in Palmer's place the Renault would be the 4th best team on the grid behind the big 3, Williams would be close but Stroll is shite too

Raz Everyone improved on their second flying lap, but Kimi ran wide on the final corner. I believe he would have had pole had he not done that. He finished 0.059 behind Seb. Very unlucky

If it´s true that Mercedes is starting to sink against Ferrari (we´ll see through the season though), and considering that Bottas´ contract with Mercedes is of just 1 year (until or unless he renews it) because Totto Wolf has an eye on Fernando Alonso, then everything is getting ready for the Spaniard to come to Mercedes, find himself again in a car that is not as competitive as it should be and continue his soap opera with new colors where he left it in McLaren. More radio messages of annoyance, missing one race to take his part in 24h LeMans and such. Season 3 from Fernando´s soap opera: "No matter the color, reality will remain the one it is. I´m jinxed". That would be funny if it happened.
I do hope that Ferrari is back. Looks like an interesting grid in the first positions.

Why did they remove the mini sectors beneath the timing, I really liked those, they helped understand what was going on and there is no reason I can think of to remove them
VikzillaPlayz, the mini sectors during live sessions were messing up the live Timings thats why they don't display them anymore during Qualifying. They recently posted a video were they included them afterwards so they are still there, just not live

What a performance by Ferrari so far this weekend. Bottas looking like Rosberg. Delivering a clean lap when it counts. Lewis seems like he doesn´t really fit with the difficult circuit.
Looking forward to a very intense battle between Mercedes and Ferrari today. Anything can happen in the race especially the first corner can bring up the safety car immediately.

When the formula changes so does the championship... I'll be happy when there's more consistency in Formula 1. I'm a Ferrari fan and I find it outrageous that McLaren isn't even sniffing a win let alone completing a race. Give me good ole V10 or V12s, active suspension, active aero and big tires and let some other racing series develop hybrid technology. I'd like to see a series where turbo charged small displacement engines go against normally aspirated large displacement engines.

guys I got I very nice idea how to improve the game, I rembered hoiw ross brawn said, that we should have the best drivers in the world and I and Nasr totally agree with that, so wy not bring a F1-R team, a team only for rookies, mangaged by the f1, the team will not be able to score points but the drivers will, once this system works u can expand the team to 4 cars wich would be amazing, I know everything is possible, so pls make some room for the best!
New rules after the Russian race:
1: The poleman of Q3 will gain 5 points.
2: The driver of the day in the race will gain 10 points
3: The driver with the fastest lap of the race will win 15 points

He felt that he only needed one, Vettel took two because I think he thought that the tires weren't ready.
That was the strategy. I don't know if it's up to drivers or team.
Miroslaavi Vettel and Raikkonen both done the out lap and immediatly the lap time in all the Q sessions, then Ferrari told to Vettel to try the Mercedes's strategy, so he has done the out lap and one more lap before the real attempt. Ferrari and Pirelli are getting on really well this year, and we can see it by the tires's wear and heating.

im absolutely fed up of these races only being about two teams! the sport is becomin absolutely stale! the real racing happens only in the mid pack.......... i want to see all teams to have equal chances of wining.... only then we can see real racing.
