Piece of French is the best channel for me to learn new vocabulary on a wide variety of things. I like how she explains the culture too at the same time. I haven't found any channels as good as her's when it comes to lifestyle vlogs specifically for French learners.

The answer is, I watch too many YT videos 😅! In reality, there are some of them I watch weekly and some of them I watch sporadically! My watching tastes change over time and so I have favorites within my favorites. As for the categories you mentioned, I will be making a part two with all of them! I realized the video was going to be too long halfway through filming if I included them all. 😅my goal is to produce and distribute part two within a month.
I like your first recommendation. His program is very rich, I believe. He sounds like a professional tutor. He is real good in teaching French, in my opinion.
