Little late with this premiere as I noticed an error in the intro! Hope you enjoy!! Oh and here's the linke for my newest covers album 💕 jenniferglatzhofer.bandcamp.com/
Jen, I was SO hoping you would do a reaction video to this beautiful piece. You should have your own TV Show, with your humour, knowledge and eloquence. I would so watch that.😊 Thank you so much for your great videos!❤
Part of the reason you are without a doubt my favorite reactor is your genuineness. This was a collaboration unlike any other I have heard. As I am listening and feeling all the feels, and a few tears added simply because of the heavenly mixture of yumminess, your expressions matched mine. This was just magical!!!! I have actually watched this reaction several times. You are a jewel, Jen. Never stop sharing and teaching us. Love ya
@@JenniferGlatzhofer same. My greatest hope for you as a fan is that they eventually do a European tour. Or at the very least, you make another swing to the US and can see them live. It really is breathtaking to watch them perform live.
Yes Jen! As soon as they dropped this, I couldn't wait for your reaction! Voctave and Broadway causes all my adjectives (and my English degree, lol) to go out the window. This was pure perfection and doing Babs proud. I've been obsessed with Tituss's voice ever since 'Little Mermaid' OBC. I had multiple pause, lean back and sigh in my chair because eargasm! Like you, I can't wait to see who else they bring on for this project for more impeccable serenades. From a wannabe Kate 😉🎭
i love how titus is belting like no bodies buisness and them u can hear kate obliterating the idea that high notes are difficult while she soars in the rafters haha
always love your reactions to Voctave! They also did a ton of collaborations with awesome people for their Broadway and Mainstreet vol 1 album. You absolutely need to react to : Someone Like You feat Jody McBrayer (video) and Being Alive feat David Phelps (audio only) and Prince of Egypt medley (although audio only...its a masterpiece!) ❤
I've loved "On a Clear Day You Can See Forever" for nearly all of my adult life. My fellow and I would just sit and inhale this song while we'd listen to Barbra Streisand.
Once again Voctave! Absolutely stunning! Not easy either! Thanks for doing this one because I had not yet seen it. Thanks as well for your analysis! Your Tennessee friend! Low bass Kenneth
Jen,love how genuine you are! I also learn a little something everytime I watch you. Thanks!😊 You are wearing the shirt that I actually voted on when Voctave ask their fans which of the listed choices we liked. I bought one when I saw them in February.
Titus is definitely paying homage to Barbra Streisand's version in the pronunciation and some of the dramatic phrasing at the end. "Mmmoooooooooore!" Beautiful performance!
I first heard this song by the fabulous Barbra Streisand and I can hear her voice in nearly every phrase sung by Titus. Voctave are their own unique, perfect selves. It might be nice to compare the two. This takes nothing away from Titus’s version, rather an homage to Miss Streisand, in my humble opinion.
We have all seen Jen pull stank face when the singing is good, but we know she finds something especially delightful when she does The Claw of Pure Joy. 19:41
The clashes! Karl doing bass things! Voctave weaving all around! Tituss being supreme! 😛 Seeing Tituss on your channel makes me feel like you should have a specialty week for Schmigadoon/Schmicago songs! That would be so fun! Also, can't wait to see what other friends Voctave has in store for us! (I think I put on exclamation point on every sentence!!)
Barbra Streisand! I was thinking the same thing I heard this song but where. Then it hit me that's the name of the movie! He is doing a beautiful job but Barbra Streisand still did a better job. I have this song on a playlist I feel silly trying to remember it lol

You can't hear hear music expressed like this, without being completely moved and humbled. It literally takes your breath away.
A master, singing with a room full of masters, being analyzed by a master...highest-level there is. Incredibly beautiful.
I love that the final note At the end titus went from vibrato to straight tone to match the group
This is from the 1965 Broadway show of the same name with lyrics by Alan Jay Lerner. Also was a 1970's movie staring Barbara Streisand.
Sung by the greats, Barbara Streisand does a version of this that is very good.

Oh thank you so much!
His voice is pure silk. I love the background harmonies. Voctave does it again! Great reaction Jen
Tituss is the king of control
This is just gorgeous! Thanks for reacting, Jen.
A long time ago, I was taught to "revel in the dissonance" Tons of major and minor 2nds...not to mention 7ths.
Was so happy to see this. Was even happier to see your comment on the Voctave Patreon post. Far too underappreciated.
Oh I absolutely love them!! Absolutely incredible 😁

Beautiful reaction! Huge Voctave (and Voiceplay) fan here- I was crying when you were!
So glad you did this reaction. They also released a Disney Lullabies video. I’m kinda surprised that not too many have reacted to it yet.
Stunning! Voctave is always amazing, but this is the first I’ve heard Tituss. Wow. This is so beautiful.
Tituss is amazing, right?! 😁
So glad there’s a reaction out for this because it’s SO GOOOOOD AHHH
It's so goood!!!

Me, too! I swear my son, a true bass, wants to sing like Kate, too!
@@beckybirdsell2290 I'm currently a Tiffany, but working on expanding my head range even more. 🤓
That's their first collaboration in this series? Way to set the bar WAY up there! @voctave

Tituss can tell a story with his voice like nobody else!! You should do a reaction to him singing Quiet.
No, Barbra Streisand can too.

It's such a shame Tituss has such a limited range. 😂 💗Voctave
Too much talk.
sounds like Nat King Cole
