@@wooterrackz2699 That depends on the country. It's easy to get citizenship in Sierra Leone. It's actually not that hard to get citizenship in Ghana. If you don't know how to stay out of trouble for 3 or 4 years then you don't have citizenship anyway. It is difficult to get citizenship in some African countries, but it's earlier to get in other African countries.

@@YogaNinja76 Thanks for your comment. I was born in Jamaica and immigrated to the United States in my mid teens. I was shocked when I came to the United States because not much was taught in American society about the gift, contribution, history, and achievement of the African diaspora cultures and its people. I grew up learning about Africa and black people in Latin America. I grew up learning about Marucs Garvey, Malcolm X, Patrice Lulumba, Walter Rodney and many others of their greatness and contributions. In the United States we were denied the true history of self and African people. As such it’s time to Unlocking Our Voices, which means to discover/rediscover who we are as a people. Institutionalized racism is a powerful and real thing in the United States and around the world. As people of the African diaspora, lets unlock our voices and discover one another and our beautiful cultures that can uplift us socially, politically, economically, and spiritually.

Afrika is not a country. It consists of 54 sovereign nations.
Each has its own laws and processes with regards to repatriation. They are all not painted with one brush.
Several countries have citizenship for those who can prove blood ties to any of the ethnic nations found within same. Others have right of abode policies and processes towards citizenship.
Folks who are truly interested are advised to do their due diligence and avail themselves for what is currently in place to help meet individual objectives.

@Alphanso Worth Afrika is not a nation. It is 54 of them.
The continent itself will never be a unitary state.
Some countries may choose to cede their nationhood and sovereignty to merge into a new entity,; see EAC to EAF.. Other countries are headed in the opposite direction, with further balkanization or secession from within; see Naija or Cameroon for national example,or ECOWAS with its current impasse with the Francophone breakaway countries, for regional example.
Ultimately it will be up to the respective populations themselves to determine how they choose to move forward. All 54 of them.
      Their decisions will be respected.The
So you are free to say dream as much as you wish. You are not from any of those specific nations and will not be directly affected enough to consider all that it will take to get many of the other populations to cede their nations. I'm fact apart from EAC, you would be hard pressed to even show us a region with countries prepared to do so.
Egypt? South Afrika? Cameroon? Naija? Mali? Guinea?
These examples alone represent different regions that already have countries that will not cede their nationhood or sovereignty, let alone their borders.
They are not doing so in a micro level with regions. So back to your day dream of it ever occurring in a macro level as a continent.
The day dreams of some present nightmares for others.

I understand that there's different cultures in each of these boundaries just as we're in the Americas because of colonialism that separates us and drew boundaries between us as a people..Africa can speak with one voice on the international stage particularly when it comes to trade and international affairs with respect to each and every culture on the continent..the emerging of each economy on the continent will give the resisting few no choice but to comply with the one Africa order just as it was when the AU signed the free trade agreements some countries was on the fence and now they all in line..its gonna take some work but definitely possible we jamaicans don't recognize the word impossible in the dictionary..have a good day.

Others have right of abode policies and pathway to citizenship for those from the Diaspora who come and avail themselves of same.
The continent is not a country. It is 54 of them, each with its own process and laws when it comes to repatriation.

Black people are migrating to African in mass numbers. Its not a bad idea. If many of us go there we can build large homes for $20,000 and pay taxes that actually go towards the community. If millions of us moved there we could stimulate the economy of the entire continent. Having all those houses built creates lots of work for workers in Ghana.
Imagine the progress if we are already living in Ghana that makes it easier for us to go and help other countries in Africa like Ethiopia. We could build everything that we have going on in the US and live comfortable, peacefully without all the killing and stresses of Us life. We could eat natural from the earth. Not to mention all the beautiful tropical beaches that are nicer than the Caribbean.

His administration needs to create policies that will incentivize diasporans to return who have the know how in the critical areas needed to create sustained economic growth & employment opportunities. In 2019 " The year of Return" brought 1.9 billion usd in revenues to Ghana from the diaspora, which was felt across the whole economy from bottom to top.

Many Black Americans are skeptical of coming there because of the blatantly obvious treatment from even Africans themselves. People are afraid of being ripped off because the human nature that is used to being oppressed will reciprocate these feelings with deflection.
So to here someone addressing these concerns from a place of sincere caring is refreshing.
