Didn't feel like a happy restoration! Looks like it fought you all the way and you glad to see the back of it.

This guy is work very hard to restore the “Door Rollers”.
I’m sure he worked this tool stuff in 2 to 3 weeks. (It’s my opinion)
It’s hardest work with project that I’ve been watched TH-cam shows! He’s best toolmaker!
Hope Myers from Ashland, Ohio is so appreciative with this guy! Great job 😊

Unless this trolley is going to be just a wall hanger, I'd have ground the burrs off your home made pin bearings.

I would have hardened the pins and roller bearing pins...but should be fine if not used on barn doors again ;)

You pulled out every trick in the book and then added a few of your own for this one. I knew you'd get it done because you posted a video, but it looked like it took forever. 👍

You went all out on these.,way to go. I do some slight restoring, nothing anywhere near approaching your level. Always educational for me to watch your videos and learn, plus it gives me confidence in my next project 'tomorrow something bigger' type mentality. I wish I knew someone that did this around me in Florida but alas I don't know anyone. There was a bladesmith I knew that would help me restore some tools and such, but he got dementia and had to go to a nursing home. I did an old Ferrari tool set for a customer that came out really well. Didn't take a ton of work, just scraping, soaking, sanding and repainting. Paid me a couple hundred dollars. Everything I used in that project I learned from you

I would soak them in a tub of water first. I would use lock washers when assembling the pulleys.

*Some beautiful repair work there, that would have been such a rewarding challenge bringing these back. Love your work 👍*

Threw me off by uploading a day early. I love the Saturday uploads. Reminds me of when I was a kid and had the Saturday morning cartoons, except I GET MY FAVORITE TH-cam channels. I have you, Yachts for Sale, Legit Streetcars, Nautistyles and then Yachtbuyer. Simple pleasures. Great entertainment
