- ET spoke with the ‘She’s All That’ stars at the premiere of the adaptation of their ‘90s classic, ‘He’s All That,’ which begins streaming on Netflix Aug. 27. Rachael dished on bringing her daughter to the premiere and her ‘A+’ boyfriend, Kevin Mann.

@@anys2793 It was probably the same, the camera used in the movie makes your face look softer and smoother. In real life makeup doesn’t look like that and that’s fine. We have pores and skin texture.
The new one is a disappointment but the original one is like fine wine, just like these two original actors they’re still so beautiful!

@@addicted367 it isn't. The thing is that there's a lot people that can't stand the reality these days, of how kids, teens, uses a lot of the social media for everything. And that's the reality whether we like or not. But for some people that's annoying and can't... Let's say, adapt.
@@ambrizaaron it isn't about teens' interaction with social media or people being against the "new teen reality". The movie was badly acted and poorly written. Plain and simple. It looks like a low-budget production. If they had gotten a better script and actual professional actors to play the characters it would've been way better.

Although one of the antagonists, She’s All That was one of Paul Walker’s early hit career movies.

@@dazem8 omgg Jennifer love Hewitt and her are some of the most beautiful women in Hollywood. I miss those days. Back then, it was more natural and their beauty was real.
I can say with honesty she's also one of the nicest people you'll ever talk to. I wrote a book recently about the Josie and the Pussycats movie, and she was an absolute delight in interviews.

Was really looking forward for a Freddie Cameo, but Matthew was great! Hes still the same.
Wish Rachael was in more mainstream films /shows. I know back in the day the movie industry was fickle and the majority of the rom-com stars careers died out but I think out of that era, she deserves the level she had back then, love seeing her cast in light/comedy projects. The last thing I remember her in was in Psych as Sean’s gf and I loved seeing her in my favorite show.
She's been doing a lot of movies for Hallmark Channel the last five years or so.

The original dance sequence is a classic. Idk what the new one was all about. They could have at least had Mathew Lillard recreate his moves with his song.

I know this movie did not get the best reviews, but I have to say I really enjoyed it .When Matthew Lillard busted it out in the last scene I lost it ! Loved all the Nods to the original , Addison Rae exudes pure happiness and beauty.
New version isn't a patch on the old one. Its good but chemistry is better in the original and way more insight into supporting characters
Agree! The only part I truly loved was watching Mathew on stage dancing. I was screaming! The movie is weird. All the social media this and that. Alot of it just got bunched. And felt mediocre. But it was cute. But the original is definitely better.
Definitely! This one was just a vehicle for a TikTok star with no acting ability to get recognition, a poorly written script and no soul. Even if a lot of 90s movies were corny, they were at least authentic and not just a way from some social media star to get more fame.
I would've prefer a continuation or somewhat reunion between laney and zach than what was released

She hasn’t aged a bit!!! I loved the first movie and I know that this new one isn’t going to be as nostalgic as it was. I will say that I don’t have high hopes for this new film and I will probably cringe at most of what you call “comedic & callback” scenes.

Everyone is commenting she looks the same or she hasn't aged like aging is a bad thing. Her age shows and there's nothing wrong with that. She was beautiful then and she's still beautiful now.
And yeah Rachel and Matthew being a part of the movie is nice but I agree that not much people would feel any nostalgia. There is a vibe that earlier movies have that is hard to replicate. And the first one drew audiences of a wider demography. This movie looks like the target audience is teens. He's All That may not become iconic but it may still be interesting to watch. It looks fun atleast.

I watched the first one in the theatre & watched the new one. It wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t even on the same level as the first. The main actress is cute and bubbly but she really was a bad actress, the rest of the cast, you could tell who was a professional actor bs social media influencer. Made me nostalgic for the dead era of Movie Stars and real celebrities. Now it’s Reality stars and influencers who are being called celebrities.

Just disappointed that Rachael had such a small part in the movie , considering she was the lead character in the first one.
