That is awesome Andy, congrats on the new job, great news, sounds fun, I was shivering with you, it looked chilly, it was nice to see you out enjoying yourself.
Thanks! Every day a new challenge come up. Keeps it interesting. It wasen't very cold but the humidity was high. That just goes right through you and chills you to the bone. Thanks for watching! Have a great weekend.
Thanks! I would have to get permission to film on the property. With all the customers coming in and out, I really need to pay attention to my surroundings. Thanks for watching!🤝
I have one of those aluminum collapsible shovels that's a hide a seek master, I can never find it when I want to take it with me on a outing , it's unbelievable I'll find it when I don't need it , put it where I'll know where its at then when I need it I go look for it and it's never there and the cycle continues lol. You're very proficient at the flint and steel my buddy that's something I haven't tried yet but definitely have to get geared up eventually. I did get a couple of tins to make Char cloth liked your description how to do that this morning get job just do it while you're on a outing great idea. Great cook up , noting like Kam and eggs all good outdoors on a open fire . Congrats on the new job , the company got a good man there their property is going to be top notch at all times. Sounds like a great job to be honest a lot of different task to keep the job from becoming boring. Thanks for taking us along hope you have an awesome weekend my friend
I always keep a bit of cloth with my fire kit, when my char is getting low I add cloth to the tin and toss it in. The new job is great, there's always something new in the building that needs repair. Keeps me on my toes.
Anything cotton works well. Old rags, T-shirts, dish cloths, etc. I just happened to have old jeans that I was going to throw away. Decided I'd put them to use. They work well.
New job sounds awesome 👍 and another great outdoors video!
So far it's great! Always something new to do.

@Anndyinthewoods yes I thought of that aspect. Probably the idea is best left alone.
Perfect little lunch hike. Congrats on the job move. What does the missus think of your new position?
Thanks! She loves it. The property is minutes away so I quite often get home before her. (first one home cooks dinner)🤣🤣

Is denim the best to use for making charred cloth?

something is missing-Where is your chair?
The chair is in the sled, I just knew I wouldn't be there for long and decided not to set it up.
