Actually I have done all the techniques to stop that shitty sleep paralysis which is active n regular in me for past two years .... Then I find out that my life style is soo bohring ...I don't really doo any workout ...like fully introvert, no communication with others... Soo I thought of changing my life style and I'm regularly going to gym, and started socialising with ppl in positive way... Then after I rarely experience sleep paralysis... The thing is keep ur self occupied,don't overthink,don't use phn before sleeping for abt an hour.... Chill all the time... That's it
