I’ve been in the music production world before and me being in the church band as the lead guitar player. We got to play with some large mainstream bands and their managers came around and told us that we couldn’t singed about the blood of Jesus or the name of Jesus. We go up to play and our lead singer “says I don’t care if we get kicked out and if we don’t ever play here again. But how many of y’all are thankful for the blood of Jesus” then we played nothing but the blood and then the rest of our set. If I remember right 50 people got saved that night which is awesome for the kingdom of God. We haven’t been invited to play with that band again or at that venue. Stay woke people the end times are here and Jesus is about to come back.

Also, they're very careful to make sure that even in their music videos, they are honoring God. In one of their music videos, they have this scene where they're standing on these disk like platforms on water and they purposely made them visible so as to not look like they were on Jesus's level, walking on water. I love their humility and commitment to God.
They are Baptist. Very conservative in their theology. It's baptists who first made a stink about "Christian" rock in the 70s when all the hippies started singing in Calvary chapel bringing their secular music into the church. Just saying, that's the history of it. As time went on, it became acceptable. Now Baptists are singing it, but their theology is still sound.
Actions speak louder than words. Do you say the name Jesus in every single conversation you have? No. Why? It's not necessessary and it wouldn't make you any more or less Christian.
Peter denied Jesus 3 times and came back to the Father with power. Yes it is sad to see another soldier fall to the love of this world but let's remember to add her to our prayer wall and lift her up to Yahweh. I have compassion for her because I was heading down a similar path as her but thank God I have returned back to Jesus.

I also noticed her saying “He” in reference to God as a default. “He was portrayed as a woman.” She knows God is beyond human sexuality and gender and is complete in every aspect of goodness possible. Including some that we associate with femininity in our culture.

I read The Shack years ago before I was a real Christian and even then I was disturbed by that book. Everyone loved it but it gave me the creeps because a child is murdered in that shack and the fake woman god has the main character confront the horrible memory to find forgiveness and it didn't sit right with me. It's cleverly deceptive because it's shrouded in the concept of forgiveness. Plus even then I knew God was not female because he was called a Father.

HOWEVER, when Jesus presents Himself to people does He come in the form of a Woman? Does He come in the form of a Chinese man? No. He comes in His own form. If the movie wanted to show the love of Christ through these characters as BELIEVERS in Christ than that would have been fine. I tried to think she just didn't know how to respond . But every time her songs come on I find myself feeling uneasy and change the song. The Holy Spirit will continue to give discernment and correction to those who seek it. Thank you for helping people see this issue clearly. I hope she has a turn around and full surrender to God. jdaunno1 I can take it back even further. A few months ago, she did an interview on a Christian show called the Wally show. In the interview, she promoted a book by a lawyer who‘s name is Bob Gof. That’s where she got the idea to reconnect with her child like self. She said that during her time of rest, she carried around a Mr. potato head doll in order to reconnect with her 8-year-old self. I knew something was up even before all this. I kept seeing ads and billboards of Lauren Daigle and was suspicious of it. Why so much promotion of herself? It was weird. And a lot of people liked her song “You Say”. I always felt uncomfortable about it. In the lyrics she says “you say I am strong when I am weak” but that’s not true. God is our strength when we are weak. Not us.

If you didn't know, the Old Testament or Covenant contained 613 laws including the 10 commandments, if you sinned or broke one of the laws, a blood sacrifice was needed to wash away sins. The New Testament (Covenant) resolved this need of a blood sacrifice by Jesus dying on the cross( becoming the Lamb of God) the perfect sacrifice for mans sins. You are confusing the Old Covenant with the New, completely ignoring the single most important part of the Bible: Jesus's sacrifice for our sins. Exactly! I don’t know why we start acting so shocked when these people-Christian musicians and preachers- reveal themselves. Most of this Christian music on radio says nothing about Jesus or God, but we sing along to it blindly because the person says they are Christian and have a nice voice. It’s best to read the Bible for your self in order to discern these things. We spend more time reading books by other Christians than the actual bible

One problem is the Christian church has created a position that God didn't include in the New Testament and that is Worship Leader. With that man created position we have opened the door to idol worship. Every church now has a position which exalts the musical or singing talent as a valid or even exalted gift. "Worship" leaders are the local idols while these musician and singers are the national idols. We should no longer call our local church singers worship leaders. The members of Christ body are all to worship Him in spirit and truth. Not led by others who perform our worship but corporately we all exalt The Lord Jesus in one accord. I don't know if anyone else heard my thoughts on the matter it's just the adulterous idol singing has me so turned away from so called Christian music I dont even play it on the radio.

Actually it was song and worship that went ahead of the ark of the covenant. David was known for his music, psalms and worship. So the leaders of worship were descendants of I believe is the tribe of Levi, but I accept correction on this, I do agree that we should not view these people as idols but it is scriptural to have people leading the church in song and worship

As the centuries passed people started to organize things. In the organization people created what services look like today. The old testament accounts don't apply. The new testament gifts God gave to the church are people used to build up the church. Worship leader isn't one of them. No where in the New Testament will you or anyone else ever find this gift, title or responsibility given to a person. It is a created office and exaggerated gift. No where does scripture describe worship as a gift. Worship by Christians to God is our reaction to being alive in Christ, saved from wrath, being found guiltless and filled with the Holy Spirit. Worship leaders in churches lead to human exaltation. There is only one platform in the church that is a high office and that is the preaching/teaching office and it comes with a warning.

I remember years ago that the Christian music artist, Pat Terry, said that he knew some people in Nashville who could write Christian songs that would sell, but they really did not know the Lord. That was back in the 80's. The same problem exists today -- the commercialization of religion.

A couple of things I've found out with this whole Daigle debacle are: She doesn't mention Jesus even one time in her appearance on the latest awards show. She gets this massive platform just like Tebow or others but doesn't even take the opportunity to mention His name or give Him credit. I heard her with my own ears give credit to music. Not God, not Jesus... Music. First red flag. Then since the infamous interview has she come out to make her stance clear and to stand with the Gospel? I'm not saying to come out bashing the LGBTQ community at all but to stand on what the Word of God says about sex outside of God's plan? Anyone heard a follow up interview or anything? I haven't. Third I recently read an article from Billboard.com from October of this year and was amazed to see what those in the secular community are taking from her music. So many Christians think she's bridging gaps and making the (non-existent) gospel message she holds to more palatable. But do you want to know what they are really taking away from her lyrics? Here's a quote: "Daigle's success has reached far beyond Christian music. The album's first single, 'You Say,' a sweeping ballad about finding strength in God (or somebody, anyway-- interpret the 'You' as you like) has spent 13 weeks on the Billboard Hot 100, and pop radio stations are playing it across the country." So she is making Christianity palatable by leading her listeners to embrace whatever impersonal force or false god or maybe just a boyfriend and not feel the slightest bit uncomfortable about their lack of relationship with Jesus or the One true God. Is that the Gospel of Jesus Christ?! Is this the message He came down to deliver and die for? I think not. I do pray for her and all of those who claim to love Jesus but never read His word, never seek Him in His word to get to know Him but rather chase experiences that institutions like Hillsong produce just to give you flesh bumps and tell you, 'you are enough' and attack those who try to warn and exhort them in love. Jesus wants more for us! The Gospel holds the answers to life... We cannot keep this truth from people because THAT is unloving and self-serving.

To add to your point about her praising the power of music, she recently visited the children’s medical center in Florida. In her social media posts about her visit, she talked about little boy she met and gave praise to music therapy for his healing instead of God.
Lauren Daigle lost her grandfather a few years ago and she testified that her grandfather was having visions of Jesus which filled her heart with Joy and she thanked God for her grandfathers peaceful death. There are many Christian songs that don't have the name of Jesus in the lyrics that doesn't mean it's not of God.

Wow. You are really working hard to distort her words. I went to the actual clip you referenced. #1) She is not saying she believes God is or isn't a woman. #2) She talks about Jesus (so yes, she did say his name) in this clip. I'm not saying The Shack is a good movie, nor is it completely theologically sound. I did read the book, and though flawed, I think it pushed some of my preconceived notions of God on their ear. God is so much bigger than my mind can comprehend. I wish Christians, if that is indeed what you claim to be, would not constantly rush into bash other Christians. We are all flawed. We are all sinners, saved by grace. There is no one worthy, no not one.

Just for thought though, what if she is not actually “a fraud” per se, but rather someone who has stumbled on her way and found herself among the world and gotten lost in it? Perhaps she is struggling and being pulled in many different directions and finding the way more difficult than she expected it ever would be, but in her heart God and Jesus still reside. The only one who truly knows is her. But one thing is certain, and it is that she needs our prayers and needs our help in finding her way back to her Father and her Savior, and all of ours, and back to glorifying God and Jesus. I will be praying for her, rather than trying to tear her down further.

He was giving them the example of the unblemished lamb and pureblood was an example of the innocence Christ would make when giving up His perfect sinless body for us. As none of us as sinners and broken blemished bodies could save this world. The bloodshed before christ's time was a symbol of the blood Christ would shed for us. A sacrifice As some of them would not be around to see His birth and death for them/ it was an act of atonement. Sad that it had to happen at all but it had a purpose.

This video was put together by a stranger, but all should watch it in its entirety, and then each reach their own conclusions. And then, yes, we love each other, regardless of differences in opinions. But remember, we all heard the salvation message at some point from a stranger we did not know, but truth was understood, and salvation received, and it is up to us, when listening to messages, to discern and judge its validity according to God’s Word. I am a musician and singer myself, and I really liked Lauren’s voice, even thought to myself, wow, finally a Christian singer who sounds really nice, but just like many, I fell into the trap of just hearing the pleasant sounds, and not actually listening to the message the songs brought, and the unbiblical words she herself spoke which is exposed in the video. This “stranger” put together this video to help open the eyes of those of us who may be blinded by the love of music, and hopefully we’ll look beyond the pleasant sound, and really focus on the message being shared, making sure it is truth, because in the end, souls are being lost with messages out there that are watered down, and the true author of salvation, Jesus is put in the background, when in fact it should all be about Him, and Jesus should be front and center at all times, not some wishy-washy, feel good, politically correct lyric, which in the end, point people to self-help, new age, vague, mind clearing, humanistic garbage that leads them to hell. The “secular” is not shy about boldly sharing its counterfeit lies, and accusing and stating that the Gospel is nothing but a fairy tale. So, we as Christians must be even more bold and vigilant to observe any subtle attempts of the enemy to reduce the glory our Lord so obviously deserves. God is a big God, and deserves all the glory and honor that He has coming. Do I pick at lyrics, yes I do, because I want to speak out only that that is scripturally sound, not manipulate and “prepare the atmosphere” to con those souls who desperately need Jesus, into thinking they have this false sense of security, “their own thing going on with God”, and that He is ok with sin, that they’re saved, anything goes attitude, all in the name of making everybody happy, well, it is time to realize, not everyone is going to be happy, truth shakes peoples worlds, as it should, it shook our world once, and thank God we chose to side with truth, if not, where would we be without Jesus, lost and destitute. Truth is being exposed here, but let us continue to pray for Lauren's eyes to be opened to her deception, and if there is any deliberateness in her actions that are anti-Christ, then let her find deliverance from the works of the enemy, and pray that she find the true salvation of her soul, not the humanistic works doctrine found in her lyrics.

Ive been struggling with my faith as of recently but came upon your channel and I have to say there is great truth here for all christians and people who thirst for knowledge.
Thank you for this video. I quit listening to CCM (Counterfeit Christian Music) awhile back when I started to see so many errors. When I did my research I noticed NONE of them did not put a plan of salvation on their websites. It’s terrible. Also I looked at artist that I used to listen to in the 80’s to see where they are now. Most of them are into yoga, gay, divorced because of adultery, completely lost and following the world. They do not hold onto the rock which is the Word of God, but instead follow their own ways. It’s like Matthew 15:8-9, “These people draw near to Me with their mouth, And honor Me with their lips, But their heart is far from Me. And in vain they worship Me, Teaching as doctrines the commandments of men.’ ”” Even that, they don’t really honor Him with their lips.

I found their appearance quite worldly; nose rings and short skirt. After looking them up on Google, found all may not be believers (if any) and at least one is openly gay. Where is the conviction?

In my lost life I had a girlfriend who dabbled in the music industry. She used to tell me about a producer she met who lived in LA. He apparently professed to be "Christian" He candidly claimed that near everyone he met in the entertainment industry was a satanist of some sort. This problem doesn't end once you cross over into the Contemporary Christian Music scene, it actually gets even more intense. All that blatant heavy metal, gangsta rap etc shows overt wickedness is just a show really. The real evil hides behind a veil that says "Christianity" to hides its evil agenda. The modern church system is the same thing along with all the political leaders who like to use word "Christian" as camouflage for their membership in occult, masonry, witchcraft and even Catholicism. The more souls they deceive into false conversions or outright denial of Christ, the higher these artists move up in their craft. Lauren is the "pretty girl nextdoor" with the seemingly down to earth persona. It seems! No.she is a wolf in sheep's clothing" A snake! My concern is the young people who are deceived into a false gospel and may end up in hell, thanks to this little witch. I used to love music now I hate it. Great video. I remember standing outside on my porch talking to a friend about Lauren Daigle before all this came to light, because I liked one of her songs and i heard it surpassed some secular songs in the charts. Then all of a sudden it hit me, like real hard and I told my friend, I'm thinking something isn't right. I'm thinking this is all going to her head and I'm thinking all this praise and congrats to her is leading her to a different path.

When she tells the story of her Granddad passing away, she says he said he saw Jesus, not anyone else, she said Jesus. If shes for the dark side why would she mention that? Who knows if they were against those things but the editors took that out? That said, I do believe Lauren is very deceived and in love with the world. Also, the burning bush is because He is a consuming fire.. He was also a pillar of fire when leading the Isrealites by night. Another bit of information I want to add is that everything in the bible (from Genesis to Revelation) has to do with and points to Jesus the Christ, so everything has a meaning behind it, nothing is without meaning or purpose.

She does not write based off scripture, she writes completely secularly, only just about hope and positivity that humans are able to do themselves, NOT through the glory of God. 5. Now that she has WORDLY success and fame, she clearly is on the fence about if she's a Christian artist or a secular artist anymore, since she knows she doesn't need the Christian charts anymore to be where she's at now. This is why she probably never mentions the word Jesus. 6. She says she sat on a balcony and basically meditated and got inspiration to write. She does not mention prayer, or inspiration from the Lord whatsoever. 7. Now she flat out denies she's a Christian artist. She basically makes it super obvious she's a secular artist that writes "beautiful" music for hopeless people and uses their testimonies to boost her image further and give glory to her, NOT God/Jesus. 8. She needs to get taken off the Christian charts ASAP, needs to be declared a secular artist with her own words and let it be known instead of constantly sugar coating and beating around the bush about her walk with God whenever she is asked. 9. People need to stop feeding into her ego/pride and keep telling her that HER music saves them, not God. These people need to go listen to REAL contemporary Christian live artists that actually make REAL music based off scripture and glory to GOD, not themselves. 10. God doesn't want secret/double agents, he wants genuine Christians who has 0 issues being proud of their faith and walk in him. She has ABSOLUTELY turned into an idol in the 21st century and the Internet, where people literally are worshipping her and NOT the word of God. Not always, my husband wasn't a believer at all when I met him. He started listening to 104.7 the fish Christian station here in Atlanta and loved her music among others and before long he was wanting to attend church and got saved shortly thereafter.

I could never put my finger on it, but from the time she made her first music videos, I always felt something was off about her. When she would sing certain songs, It almost felt as if she was upset and resentful of the fact she was singing those songs. She seemed annoyed singing rather than excited. When I would see her interviews in the beggining of her fame, she never gave honor to God or thanked God. I have heard rumors in the music industry that artists are pushed to do christian music because its easier to succeed and get well known there first. Then the artist can cross over to pop or other gendres to do the music they want to do. Im not surprised. Snakes and wolves trying to creep into the church. Its important to be in tune with the Holy Spirit and have discernment!
First of all the Shack was never created as a documentary or a bible story made into a movie. The shack has God coming in the form of a woman in the moment because the lead character needed a mother figure just like we sometimes need our mothers or fathers. It was NOT saying God is a woman. Secondly the movie was Not going against scripture because it is actually just a movie with some biblical truths mixed in with a fictional story. It does a great job of promoting the importance of unconditional love and faith. When we lose a child we grieve and so does God. There is more real truth than fiction in the shack. If anyone has a problem with it go and read Romans with a pure heart and then you will understand.
I’ve been in the music production world before and me being in the church band as the lead guitar player.
We got to play with some large mainstream bands and their managers came around and told us that we couldn’t singed about the blood of Jesus or the name of Jesus.
We go up to play and our lead singer “says I don’t care if we get kicked out and if we don’t ever play here again. But how many of y’all are thankful for the blood of Jesus” then we played nothing but the blood and then the rest of our set.
If I remember right 50 people got saved that night which is awesome for the kingdom of God.
We haven’t been invited to play with that band again or at that venue.

It's baptists who first made a stink about "Christian" rock in the 70s when all the hippies started singing in Calvary chapel bringing their secular music into the church. Just saying, that's the history of it. As time went on, it became acceptable. Now Baptists are singing it, but their theology is still sound.

I read The Shack years ago before I was a real Christian and even then I was disturbed by that book. Everyone loved it but it gave me the creeps because a child is murdered in that shack and the fake woman god has the main character confront the horrible memory to find forgiveness and it didn't sit right with me. It's cleverly deceptive because it's shrouded in the concept of forgiveness. Plus even then I knew God was not female because he was called a Father.

I tried to think she just didn't know how to respond . But every time her songs come on I find myself feeling uneasy and change the song. That’s where she got the idea to reconnect with her child like self. She said that during her time of rest, she carried around a Mr. potato head doll in order to reconnect with her 8-year-old self. If you didn't know, the Old Testament or Covenant contained 613 laws including the 10 commandments, if you sinned or broke one of the laws, a blood sacrifice was needed to wash away sins. The New Testament (Covenant) resolved this need of a blood sacrifice by Jesus dying on the cross( becoming the Lamb of God) the perfect sacrifice for mans sins. You are confusing the Old Covenant with the New, completely ignoring the single most important part of the Bible: Jesus's sacrifice for our sins. One problem is the Christian church has created a position that God didn't include in the New Testament and that is Worship Leader. With that man created position we have opened the door to idol worship. Every church now has a position which exalts the musical or singing talent as a valid or even exalted gift. "Worship" leaders are the local idols while these musician and singers are the national idols. We should no longer call our local church singers worship leaders. The members of Christ body are all to worship Him in spirit and truth. Not led by others who perform our worship but corporately we all exalt The Lord Jesus in one accord. I don't know if anyone else heard my thoughts on the matter it's just the adulterous idol singing has me so turned away from so called Christian music I dont even play it on the radio.

This shows how the early church was done. There was an attitude everyone was involved in the service. As the centuries passed people started to organize things. In the organization people created what services look like today.
The old testament accounts don't apply. The new testament gifts God gave to the church are people used to build up the church. Worship leader isn't one of them. No where in the New Testament will you or anyone else ever find this gift, title or responsibility given to a person. It is a created office and exaggerated gift. No where does scripture describe worship as a gift. Worship by Christians to God is our reaction to being alive in Christ, saved from wrath, being found guiltless and filled with the Holy Spirit.
Worship leaders in churches lead to human exaltation. There is only one platform in the church that is a high office and that is the preaching/teaching office and it comes with a warning.

Contemporary Christian Music most of it never mentions Jesus Christ. They suggest the name by saying He, which is a pronoun. Scripture says that if we are ashamed of him, he will be ashamed of us before our Father in Heaven.
A couple of things I've found out with this whole Daigle debacle are: She doesn't mention Jesus even one time in her appearance on the latest awards show. She gets this massive platform just like Tebow or others but doesn't even take the opportunity to mention His name or give Him credit. I heard her with my own ears give credit to music. Not God, not Jesus... Music. First red flag. Then since the infamous interview has she come out to make her stance clear and to stand with the Gospel? I'm not saying to come out bashing the LGBTQ community at all but to stand on what the Word of God says about sex outside of God's plan? Anyone heard a follow up interview or anything? I haven't. Third I recently read an article from Billboard.com from October of this year and was amazed to see what those in the secular community are taking from her music. So many Christians think she's bridging gaps and making the (non-existent) gospel message she holds to more palatable. But do you want to know what they are really taking away from her lyrics? Here's a quote: "Daigle's success has reached far beyond Christian music. The album's first single, 'You Say,' a sweeping ballad about finding strength in God (or somebody, anyway-- interpret the 'You' as you like) has spent 13 weeks on the Billboard Hot 100, and pop radio stations are playing it across the country." So she is making Christianity palatable by leading her listeners to embrace whatever impersonal force or false god or maybe just a boyfriend and not feel the slightest bit uncomfortable about their lack of relationship with Jesus or the One true God. Is that the Gospel of Jesus Christ?! Is this the message He came down to deliver and die for? I think not. I do pray for her and all of those who claim to love Jesus but never read His word, never seek Him in His word to get to know Him but rather chase experiences that institutions like Hillsong produce just to give you flesh bumps and tell you, 'you are enough' and attack those who try to warn and exhort them in love. Jesus wants more for us! The Gospel holds the answers to life... We cannot keep this truth from people because THAT is unloving and self-serving.

Lauren Daigle lost her grandfather a few years ago and she testified that her grandfather was having visions of Jesus which filled her heart with Joy and she thanked God for her grandfathers peaceful death. There are many Christian songs that don't have the name of Jesus in the lyrics that doesn't mean it's not of God.

Just for thought though, what if she is not actually “a fraud” per se, but rather someone who has stumbled on her way and found herself among the world and gotten lost in it? Perhaps she is struggling and being pulled in many different directions and finding the way more difficult than she expected it ever would be, but in her heart God and Jesus still reside. The only one who truly knows is her.

He was giving them the example of the unblemished lamb and pureblood was an example of the innocence Christ would make when giving up His perfect sinless body for us. As none of us as sinners and broken blemished bodies could save this world. The bloodshed before christ's time was a symbol of the blood Christ would shed for us. A sacrifice As some of them would not be around to see His birth and death for them/ it was an act of atonement. Sad that it had to happen at all but it had a purpose.

We are a temple of the Holy Spirit. According to Jesus Christ and Paul. We are the church. The problem is people think they can only find God in a church building and if that were so Jesus Christ failed as a savior. If the world can’t see Jesus in us we are living wrong.
You should actually study it for yourself. Be honest and sincere with your seeking and Jesus will show you the truth.
This video was put together by a stranger, but all should watch it in its entirety, and then each reach their own conclusions. And then, yes, we love each other, regardless of differences in opinions. But remember, we all heard the salvation message at some point from a stranger we did not know, but truth was understood, and salvation received, and it is up to us, when listening to messages, to discern and judge its validity according to God’s Word. I am a musician and singer myself, and I really liked Lauren’s voice, even thought to myself, wow, finally a Christian singer who sounds really nice, but just like many, I fell into the trap of just hearing the pleasant sounds, and not actually listening to the message the songs brought, and the unbiblical words she herself spoke which is exposed in the video. This “stranger” put together this video to help open the eyes of those of us who may be blinded by the love of music, and hopefully we’ll look beyond the pleasant sound, and really focus on the message being shared, making sure it is truth, because in the end, souls are being lost with messages out there that are watered down, and the true author of salvation, Jesus is put in the background, when in fact it should all be about Him, and Jesus should be front and center at all times, not some wishy-washy, feel good, politically correct lyric, which in the end, point people to self-help, new age, vague, mind clearing, humanistic garbage that leads them to hell. The “secular” is not shy about boldly sharing its counterfeit lies, and accusing and stating that the Gospel is nothing but a fairy tale. So, we as Christians must be even more bold and vigilant to observe any subtle attempts of the enemy to reduce the glory our Lord so obviously deserves. God is a big God, and deserves all the glory and honor that He has coming. Do I pick at lyrics, yes I do, because I want to speak out only that that is scripturally sound, not manipulate and “prepare the atmosphere” to con those souls who desperately need Jesus, into thinking they have this false sense of security, “their own thing going on with God”, and that He is ok with sin, that they’re saved, anything goes attitude, all in the name of making everybody happy, well, it is time to realize, not everyone is going to be happy, truth shakes peoples worlds, as it should, it shook our world once, and thank God we chose to side with truth, if not, where would we be without Jesus, lost and destitute. Truth is being exposed here, but let us continue to pray for Lauren's eyes to be opened to her deception, and if there is any deliberateness in her actions that are anti-Christ, then let her find deliverance from the works of the enemy, and pray that she find the true salvation of her soul, not the humanistic works doctrine found in her lyrics.

Thank you for this video. I quit listening to CCM (Counterfeit Christian Music) awhile back when I started to see so many errors. When I did my research I noticed NONE of them did not put a plan of salvation on their websites. It’s terrible. Also I looked at artist that I used to listen to in the 80’s to see where they are now. Most of them are into yoga, gay, divorced because of adultery, completely lost and following the world. They do not hold onto the rock which is the Word of God, but instead follow their own ways. It’s like Matthew 15:8-9, “These people draw near to Me with their mouth, And honor Me with their lips, But their heart is far from Me. And in vain they worship Me, Teaching as doctrines the commandments of men.’ ”” Even that, they don’t really honor Him with their lips.

Sad this book "The Shack' is sold in Christian book store. I won't listen to her and many others. Most Christian radio workers are also leading people in false doctrine. Some of the things they say sometimes is off the mark.

I came across a very popular buddhist/eastern religion book. As I read it the part that captured my attention was when a river was compared to our journey in life.( which is spirit of error)

Valerie, your truth statements are fallacious and logically flawed. "have any understanding of the Faither"? Why did Jesus give us an example of who the Father is and what He stands for and what His commands and precepts are? And......you have used the most basic flawed argument with the "do not judge" trump card. We are in fact commanded to defend the faith, argue for the faith and study to understand. And if you don't make a "judgement" how will you know when truth is being put forth or when error is being put forth.
When error is found we are commanded to correct it within the Christian brotherhood.

I found their appearance quite worldly; nose rings and short skirt. After looking them up on Google, found all may not be believers (if any) and at least one is openly gay. Where is the conviction?

In my lost life I had a girlfriend who dabbled in the music industry. She used to tell me about a producer she met who lived in LA. He apparently professed to be "Christian" He candidly claimed that near everyone he met in the entertainment industry was a satanist of some sort. This problem doesn't end once you cross over into the Contemporary Christian Music scene, it actually gets even more intense.
All that blatant heavy metal, gangsta rap etc shows overt wickedness is just a show really. The real evil hides behind a veil that says "Christianity" to hides its evil agenda. The modern church system is the same thing along with all the political leaders who like to use word "Christian" as camouflage for their membership in occult, masonry, witchcraft and even Catholicism. The more souls they deceive into false conversions or outright denial of Christ, the higher these artists move up in their craft.
Lauren is the "pretty girl nextdoor" with the seemingly down to earth persona. It seems! No.she is a wolf in sheep's clothing" A snake!
My concern is the young people who are deceived into a false gospel and may end up in hell, thanks to this little witch.

Great video. I remember standing outside on my porch talking to a friend about Lauren Daigle before all this came to light, because I liked one of her songs and i heard it surpassed some secular songs in the charts. Then all of a sudden it hit me, like real hard and I told my friend, I'm thinking something isn't right. I'm thinking this is all going to her head and I'm thinking all this praise and congrats to her is leading her to a different path.

Are we not meant to pray for her and love her instead of burning her at the stake? When she tells the story of her Granddad passing away, she says he said he saw Jesus, not anyone else, she said Jesus. If shes for the dark side why would she mention that? Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation; and every city or house divided against itself shall not stand. Surely as long as God knows whats in your heart, you don't need to worry too much about whats in everyone elses.

Everything He does has a reason or meaning behind it; He never does anything without a (meaningful) purpose to it.
Also, the burning bush is because He is a consuming fire.. He was also a pillar of fire when leading the Isrealites by night.
Another bit of information I want to add is that everything in the bible (from Genesis to Revelation) has to do with and points to Jesus the Christ, so everything has a meaning behind it, nothing is without meaning or purpose.
Also, it was the Holy Spirit that came as other things such as in the form of a (gentle) dove, not God the Father.
Also, God the Father would never come as a female because that would sow confusion... there are many pagan religions that believe god is a female or there being a female god along side the Father.. such as Mother Nature or a mother god or Heavenly Mother.

Well I did find an interesting website from this. But what I mostly noted was the hate and childish comments. Have you been praying for her or just judging her? Do you think condemning her is going to draw people closer to God or closer to arrogance. Even if she is making money and is a Christian novice, she brought me closer to God. My relationship with Him is real. When I was backsliding one of her songs snatched me, almost dragged me back to Him... JESUS CHRIST. NOT THE DEVIL. So if the devil is trying to use her for his good. It's so simple, she is a normal person who went to church when she was younger, grew up in the Christian faith, that's it.
1. She started in a wordly way : American Idol.
2. She used the Christian charts as a springboard to boost her fame and career enough to be recognized with today's media capabilities.
3. She sings about hope and positivity. Not about the gospel.
4. She does not write based off scripture, she writes completely secularly, only just about hope and positivity that humans are able to do themselves, NOT through the glory of God.
5. Now that she has WORDLY success and fame, she clearly is on the fence about if she's a Christian artist or a secular artist anymore, since she knows she doesn't need the Christian charts anymore to be where she's at now. This is why she probably never mentions the word Jesus.
6. She says she sat on a balcony and basically meditated and got inspiration to write. She does not mention prayer, or inspiration from the Lord whatsoever.
7. Now she flat out denies she's a Christian artist. She basically makes it super obvious she's a secular artist that writes "beautiful" music for hopeless people and uses their testimonies to boost her image further and give glory to her, NOT God/Jesus.
8. She needs to get taken off the Christian charts ASAP, needs to be declared a secular artist with her own words and let it be known instead of constantly sugar coating and beating around the bush about her walk with God whenever she is asked.
9. People need to stop feeding into her ego/pride and keep telling her that HER music saves them, not God. These people need to go listen to REAL contemporary Christian live artists that actually make REAL music based off scripture and glory to GOD, not themselves.
10. God doesn't want secret/double agents, he wants genuine Christians who has 0 issues being proud of their faith and walk in him. She has ABSOLUTELY turned into an idol in the 21st century and the Internet, where people literally are worshipping her and NOT the word of God. She is an extremely dangerous fraud who is still young and peaking in worldly fame/success. She simply is using God. She thinks God is a female....
And now she doesn't even wanna be labeled as a Christian artist..... BIG SURPRISE there

She can do what she wants she's grown, I just think the deception of it all is wrong. And if you see some of her interviews she never had the want or desire to have been in the Christian realm at all. She should have just stuck to her guns instead of fooling people. A label does not save you or anyone, it's the blood of Christ and US recognizing his word and she has not even been able to answer simple questions about what the word of God says as far as homosexuality being a sin. She said that she couldn't find it in the Bible and she wasn't sure if it was a sin or not. This is just misleading oh, she doesn't want to offend people because she wants money. Not always, my husband wasn't a believer at all when I met him. He started listening to 104.7 the fish Christian station here in Atlanta and loved her music among others and before long he was wanting to attend church and got saved shortly thereafter.

I could never put my finger on it, but from the time she made her first music videos, I always felt something was off about her. When she would sing certain songs, It almost felt as if she was upset and resentful of the fact she was singing those songs. She seemed annoyed singing rather than excited. When I would see her interviews in the beggining of her fame, she never gave honor to God or thanked God. I have heard rumors in the music industry that artists are pushed to do christian music because its easier to succeed and get well known there first. Then the artist can cross over to pop or other gendres to do the music they want to do. Im not surprised. Snakes and wolves trying to creep into the church. Its important to be in tune with the Holy Spirit and have discernment!

First of all the Shack was never created as a documentary or a bible story made into a movie. The shack has God coming in the form of a woman in the moment because the lead character needed a mother figure just like we sometimes need our mothers or fathers. It was NOT saying God is a woman. Secondly the movie was Not going against scripture because it is actually just a movie with some biblical truths mixed in with a fictional story. It does a great job of promoting the importance of unconditional love and faith. When we lose a child we grieve and so does God. There is more real truth than fiction in the shack. If anyone has a problem with it go and read Romans with a pure heart and then you will understand.
