I believe One FC has higher level striker vs UFC whose 8 sided cage, no yellow card rule, favors grapplers.

@@cy4624 With ONE, it's about the tradition of martial arts as a whole. Originally as ONE FC, they were strictly MMA. The "rebrand" to ONE Championship puts the focus on several disciplines; kickboxing & muay thai, as well as MMA. While the UFC is primarily about "the show." It's about who's marketable more so than who is good. Don't get me wrong, the marketable fighters in UFC are also good, but you have fighters who put "the show" over fighting. Maybe that's because UFC doesn't pay a lot. Or maybe that shows an amount of loyalty to ONE athletes. I can't wait for ONE to come to America.

It's the only org.. not to have tournament because that way they can choose who fights who. They select the most marketable Fighters , who are always fed stylistically favorable match ups to hype them and protect them from style that beats them..
From Chuck Liddell being fed wrestlers with no striking knowing his greatest asset is reverse wrestling to mcnugget being fed midgets, spent big names, and protected from grapplers. He faced 4 grapplers and was choked out by 3/4 and was getting beat by Mendes before he gassed from 2 week notice.

one thing that i dislike so much about one championship is, sometimes, they don't show the fighters' info on the screen during the fight. what are they thinking? people will stick around to find out who's fighting or what? why the inconsistency?

At 14:00, or straight after, that fight should have been stopped. The guy was praying for the ref to step in, he wasn't even pretending to fight back.
11:05 - "He could make coffee nervous" - I don't get this line, coffee can and does cause anxiety so surely you would want to replace "coffee" with an anxiolytic like Valium or something. "You would give an aspirin a headache" - here's an example that makes sense because aspirin is a painkiller that can cure headaches.
Coffee makes you jittery because of caffeine so she could make coffee jittery/nervous Is I guess what he meant

The Lee siblings are simply overrated.
This is my first time seeing him.. very very low fight iq. Opponents punches were telegraphed and he dipped head to the left with *every single punch*.. and Lee still just ate them until he went down. Was annoying to watch heh.

I'm a father of 3 at 33 yrs old and have a background of fighting. The man Bruno pucci has NO BUSINESS in the fight game PERIOD!!!!! I would win in the first round too. So this is where Ben Askren come from 🤔
i like Brandon Vera he's got it but wow so many outstretched fingers which caught Igor a few times with no Referee calls.. bad reffing.. Vera controlled the distance well but how he did it with fingers is shit.. wished in this instance he'd got penalised or smashed for it. he should know better by now.

There is only one thing wrong with ONE MMA rules. Knees to the head of a grounded opponent. That should fall in line with eye gouging and ball grabbing. If not for that I would let my kids watch. UFC is like nickelodeon and ONE is cartoon network. At the end of the day knees to the head of a grounded opponent can kill a man. That's my rant.
