Very cool! We will keep that in mind when it’s time to replace or upgrade. Building-out a new studio right now, so the turntable hasn’t gotten much love as of late. Thanks for watching and don't forget to subscribe if you haven't yet.
Definitely check this one out, very pleased with it over here! Not too pricey and checked all our boxes. Thanks for watching and don’t forget to subscribe!
fluance. is considered to be the turntable player that is most correctly tuned already from the factory .. all you need to do is balance the tone arm to set the correct tracking Force
I have a Garrard Zero100 about 40 years old I'm thinking of changing. It hates and always has a record with a bit of a warp. On the subject of ridiculous names ( Australia) Ford Falcon XY GT HO 351 Phase 111. Was a great car, still is and now sells for a pile. But proves a point how to sell. Give it lots of names and numbers.
Thanks for watching! It is the stock/OEM stylus and we are currently using it with a modest Sony STR-DH130 and DPI floor-standing speakers (sorry, I can’t find the model # of the speakers). Don't forget to subscribe iff you haven't yet.
Thanks for watching! Hmmm, well looking at both of these our thoughts are.... it seems like the XUSB is designed more for DJ / scratching duties because of direct drive, pitch controls, color scheme and usb connectivity. Both turntables come loaded with the same cartridge, so hard to guess if they'll really sound much different at the most basic level. With no real world experience with the AT-LP120XUSB, the suggestion would be if you wants to DJ, sample from records and scratch- go with the XUSB (especially if you need USB connectivity). If you simply want a good Hi-Fi player for listening to records (and have a decent system already that supports the RCA outputs) then go with the AT-LPW40N. Don't forget to subscribe if you haven't already!
I’ve tried to set these up to speakers, followed instructions, found it easy to set up. However it’s like it won’t turn on and it doesn’t spin? I don’t know if I’ve left something out? Did anyone else have the problem?
That is odd... if you've followed the instructions completely and it isn't working, my suggestion would be to contact Audio Technica for support... unless someone else here has had this same experience. I'll let others chime in with any additional suggestions based on their experience. Thanks for watching and don't forget to subscribe if you haven't yet!
Thanks for watching. Not totally sure because we don't have hands on experience with the lpw50, would be theorizing... but curious as well! Thanks for watching and don't forget to subscribe!
Very good video! Hope to see more turntable reviews, small suggestion would be speed up the words quicker and be more natural, it gets kinda annoying with the pace
Nice! Let us know how it sounds! We don't have first hands experience with those particular speakers from Klipsch, so keep us looped in. Thanks for watching and don't forget to subscribe!
I just bought one and the right channel is dead on arrival. I have seen others having quality control issues with this model. The tone arm feels flimsy and it all feels a bit cheap. The cue lever is ridiculously close to the arm. I do like the solid feeling on/off/ speed knob but I read some have found it comes off. That does not surprise me, given my general impressions. I eventually bought an ATLP5X which was £3 cheaper and am very happy with it.
Thanks for watching! Nope, no Bluetooth feature (or any digital circuitry at all), but Audio Technica does make some turntables that do. Don't forget to subscribe if you haven't yet!
There are some people said this machine is slightly faster than the standard 33 RPM. It's tests about 33.9 revolutions per minute. Is it true? Is there a way to fix it?
Hmmm…I can’t scientifically verify whether that is true or not, but it wouldn’t surprise me if it wasn’t set perfectly at 33RPM! I personally haven’t noticed sped-up playback on any of my records, so this is a non-issue for me. I imagine that if it were off by 1 RPM, one would have to swap some parts or modify the player itself. Hope that was helpful!…...
in fact the real speed it is 33 1/3 rpm but they say 33 so 33.33 compare to 33.9 means only less than 0.6 more of a turn in a full minute! simply negligable...
I bought this two years ago and sounds so beautiful. I love it.
Great to hear! Thanks for watching and don't forget to subscribe if you haven't yet!
I bought this equipment and it really sounds beautiful. My old equipment was a Tchnics SL-D3.
Thanks for watching and glad you agree that it is a winner! Don't forget to subscribe if you haven't yet.
I’m glad you mentioned the forgettable name near the end. This makes me wanna try one out tho
Great video!
Thanks! Don't forget to subscribe!

Course!! Keep it up
The microlinear stylus for that cartridge makes a significant difference to the sound.

Looking at one of these myself. I haven't had a turn table since mom & dad's big console in the 70's. I have no clue what I'm doing.
Definitely check this one out, very pleased with it over here! Not too pricey and checked all our boxes. Thanks for watching and don’t forget to subscribe!

Which one is better the AT-LPW40WN or the Rega Planar one?
We wish we could say, but at this point we've never directly compared the two.... if you find out though, let us know!

I am also thinking of buying this one or "dual cs440"..
Still very happy with it! We'll post an update if anything changes. Thanks for watching and don't forget to subscribe.
Which amplifier and speakers did you pair it with? Also is that the original stylus or it has been upgraded?

I'm debating between AT-LPW40WN and AT-LP120XUSB....any suggestions?

This Audio Technica and Klipsch duo is exactly my plan. Please tell your experience!
Great team up, I bet it sounds fantastic
Would anybody please let me know the correct size of the belt for the AT-LPW40WN turntable (in centimeters if possible)? Thanks in advance!
Thanks for watching! I'm not sure on the belt size unfortunately, if I find it I'll throw it here in the comments. Don't forget to subscribe!

I just wondered, can you play these without speaker ?
Thanks for watching, No, you'd need to get speakers to plug in in order to listen.
