You should see some of his other places. There are counter tops cut in half just pushed together and he complains about the swelling on the cut because that's obviously the renters fault. Lol
Way back when no counters meant a smaller table for the counter, NOT to be compared to a four person round like table, I made it work and was thrilled that I had a respectable place.
Funny how a lot of comments people saying they don't like the drop cealing tiles. They're not the ones paying for the renovations. I remember when you bought this. You were considering getting rid of it but then realized it it wouldn't be worth it with the cost to repair the drywall cealings. Like you've said many times on rentals you don't have to fix everything like you would a flip.
@@investfourmorewow. Did you say that in your head as if it makes sense? PAINTING ceiling tiles instead of replacing them? That is truly a slumlord "fix".
@@investfourmore of course you aren't willing to work. You have others to do it for you while expecting pay for things you don't do. Lots of hard work involved there.
You have no idea. This con artist is wanting $300k for a run down shed and blames people less fortunate than him for "trashing" his places when they were trash to begin with.
Rear - has absolutely no appeal kind of nasty looking... of course it's not a garden spot?? The front isn't much better.. we do a lot better because of the wonderful weather we have out here.....Laxvespa-LosAngeles ...
That is very nicely clean. That's how you do it. I would think about getting rid of those ugly drop ceilings. However. Otherwise it looks great
Glad they cleaned it so well. Not a fan if drop ceilings but not too bad.
I expect property will drop in the near future for more opportunities.
One audio stream at a time please. Mute recorded audio if doing voiceover
You think he did that on purpose?
@@brandongorrondona69on purpose? No. Too lazy to actually do it properly? 100%
Great place. What is the name of the town? It looks kind of charming.

How did the tenant leave the apartment....by the front door hopefully....
I think the one bedroom is nicer.
Since it would work best for a young couple, or a single person.
Did I miss the living room? I don't think I did. Wow, how is that a 2-bedroom? where is the living room?
The small space past the kitchen, before the hallway, is the living area.
Who draws up the floor plans on the kitchens with the mis-matched and out of place cupboards ? lol

No stove or counter?

Don't want to put in the top tier work but expect the top tier pay is one of many reasons why these kinds of landlords are awful on multiple levels.
It's nice to see how a good tenant leaves things, but I guess the bad ones give you fodder for TH-cam :-)
What’s up with the seams in the ceiling drywall in the 2 bedroom?
@@ronstahl3293 they are painted ceiling tiles

@lysergiclogic ahh. More you should do this but I'm not willing to do any if it myself.

Nice to see. They left it like they had never even lived there which is great.

That building really needs a power wash.
Could you mute the original audio when doing a voice over please? 😉
Fantastic apartments
Looks crappy.
