This is a great house. I love the small office. I also liked the way the laundry room was designed. I hate “passageway “ laundry rooms. There’s always clothes and baskets on the floor making it challenging to walk through. But here you have recessed the laundry area so, even if there are piles of clothes, you could still walk through. I also appreciate that you have a floor plan at the end of your videos. None of the other house videos do that. Sometimes it’s easier to see where everything is with a floor plan - more so than with the 3D plan.
I love this plan. I might want to move the second bedroom closet to the right and put the washer/dryer on the outside wall to vent the dryer. Love the outdoor spaces and all the storage!
Spacious is the word for this one. There's more than enough room for everything. It includes large versions of things that other planners sometimes omit, such as the entry, the pantry, the laundry room, and spaces for HVAC and hot water; and it even has an office/studio.
Absolutely! Having ample space for all those essential areas really makes a difference in functionality and comfort. It's all about maximizing the layout! Thanks Bobrogers.
I see the obsession with this house it is absolutely gorgeous I love everything about it and if I had the money right now this would be on the top 5 choices it just needs a wide back porch to sit under during rainy days or colder ones with a fireplace ❤️🤗🥰
In the laundry area by the door, I would have a closet instead of cabinet and shelfs. The closet would store the broom, mop, vacuum cleaner, and other cleaning items. I never see floor plans with an area to store those items.
There is a lot to appreciate about this solidly designed home. The office is my ideal of a home office space. The entry is also bright and inviting. I would beef up the entry storage to accommodate winter outerwear. The lack of good sized windows in the common areas feels odd to me. This home would make a lot of people comfortable and happy.
Thank You Tdouwd, for sharing your thoughts! It's great to hear that you appreciate the design and functionality of the home. Your suggestions for improving storage and window placement are definitely valid!
@@ArchCBlueprints Thanks for the feedback on my feedback. As someone whose first place was a dingy basement apartment, I always keep an eye out for windows LOL!
Very attractive outside☺️ Seems 2 B much wasted space inside that could B used 4 needed storage all through the floor plan; can never have 2 much storage😉 Would redo interior color choices 4 more neutral throughout(especially kitchen) TY 4 nice ideas.
I like the green tile in the kitchen, but the green countertop is too much plus the two shades do not coordinate. I like the color choices and the bedroom ceilings. I have no desire for a bathtub. Just give me an easily accessible shower. I agree about the spaciousness of this design.
This is lovely. All it needs is a back porch for grillin and chillin!
Thanks for your feedback Dianerusian.

Thank you so much Adeleaiken for your thoughtful feedback! We're so glad you enjoyed the small office and recessed laundry area.

I prefer a design where the common areas have windows.
Thanks for tip.
Beautiful

WELL JUST TURN THE DESIGNATED SMALL LINEN CL. AS THAT CLOSET FOR THOSE THINGS....
With just those two small windows, the living area would be too dark for me.

Thank you for your insightful comment! I appreciate your feedback on the storage and color choices. It’s always great to hear different perspectives!
No shower capability in 1st bedroom. This is a definite "no-go" for me. I also had shubs, ugh!
SO JUST HAVE THE DRAWINGS CHANGED INTO A SHOWER IN LIEU OF THE TUB. " DON'T THROW THE BABY OUT WITH THE BATHWATER " .

I wouldn’t consider 1800 sq. ft. as small.
WAY too much wasted space in this house
