Definitely one of my faves. I’m not really a modern kind of person, but the interior was impressive. 🙌🏼😍

Love the size of the living room. Would have to make a couple of changes but overall I like it.

Overall nice place. With a few adjustments, I could do that.

Хороший домик. В кухне - столовой удачный интерьер. В традиционном английском стиле.

Wacky wall between the living and dining room makes good firewood.

Only thing i didnt like was the sink in the kitchen island otherwise, very nice. Could live in this easily.

In regions where there is extreme snow falls with this roof what causes possible ice dams. This is what is referred to as a roofers nightmare.

Am I missing it, where is the utility room for the hot water heater, incoming electrical, HVAC? Love the design, wow!! I'm looking at getting something like this as I come into retirement - need a 1 level on a pad type layout like this one has. BOOKMARKED!

Very nice design and use of space. How big is the “office”?

Bedrooms and bath a bit tight. Roof pitch not great in climate with a lot of rain

I love the floor plan but see too many changes I would like to do. Master bedroom needs to come out to the side equal to its master bathroom and outward some to living room wall Kitchen island needs the dishwasher on it too, so I would not have the LR/eating areas divider at all leaving a more open concept to the home with longer island to accommodate the dishwasher. A laundry room that wide is unnecessary too but does have storage space and its exterior door leads to nowhere unless an attached garage could be placed there. The multiple roof lines add what I see as a messy expense. Guest bedroom needs to be larger too with a closet. I love the living space, master bathroom (smaller higher window by the tub please) and its closet. The office would be a bunk bed room for the grands and office in the Master.

Liked everything except the cooker in the kitchen is in the wrong place. I would put the cooker and fridge on the same wall where the fridge is now. Then put all the other stuff from the fridge wall over to where the cooker is now. If that makes sense.

What's up with these houses with no train gutters?

Odd that the dishwasher is not by the sink. And don’t like the washer dryer right next to the front door.

I know the different siding materials add interest, but a house like this looks like it started small and rooms were added on one at a time over the years. The large laundry room doubles as a place for coats, and the office would be useful for those that work from home. The fireplace should be replaced by a gas unit. The pantry tries to make up for the almost total lack of upper cabinet in the kitchen.

Why can’t you show and narrate a video of the actual house rather than a computer animated version with the breeze gently moving the outside greenery or the flicker of the fireplace?

Affordable? HA! Housing is way overpriced. Housing bubble needs to pop and crash housing values by at least 50% to be affordable. 60% is closer to it.
