- Morgan Brennan sits down with James Chadwick, Ancora Alternatives president, and Jim Barber, former UPS COO--Ancora's pick to become Norfolk Southern's next CEO--to talk the proxy fight, the aftermath of the 2022 East Palestine derailment and their calls for change at Norfolk Southern.
Jim Chadwick is wrong about "sweating the assets" being the proper way to run a railroad. Stripping a company down to nothing is not a game plan for the future. Ancora just wants to line their pockets with money from this deal, and then they'll be long gone in a few years.
Trust me I can do it . What a answer for the activist ceo.
The only profits they would make is selling everything that’s not bolted to the ground.
Jamie Boychuk is no good. His only activity is to get rid of as many assets as possible, and he's not a seasoned railroader who really understands the business. Jim Barber....ran a company with truck drivers....completely different skill set than running a railroad. These guys are no good. Alan Shaw should stay in his position. He's the right person for the job.
What a joke! Does anyone actually believe them?
Not the same as ups at all, how can training a railroad employee which takes 1 to 4 years vs a ups seasonal worker who has to pick up a box? The skill set and knowledge is different
😂 No layoffs in 18 months. Who's actually going to hold them to that, you think CNBC is going to do it?
YALL DUDES IN THE WRONG BUISNESS.TAKE BOYCHUCK AND YALL GO TRY AND TEAR DOWN ANOTHER COMPANY.
These 2 guys are company destroyers. Their interested in lining their pockets and jumping ship. PSR is a killer of railroads. Seen it
A railroad and UPS are barely comparable. These Ancora windbags and their nominees are jokes.
Ancora just cares about making more money
CNBC host worse thug's in USA history 😅
Explain?
