- I saw the weather channel storm alert floating around on twitter because people realized how much it sounds like Darkness of the Unknown from Kingdom Hearts 2. I couldn't resist making a Kingdom Hearts styled remix of the song, it fits way too perfectly!

When I saw this, I thought this was gonna be just a mashup. But This went WAY harder than I thought it would! Great job on this! I legitimately want an extended version so I can use it as D&D boss music.
Those staccato notes right before the ensemble drops it immediately left me wanting more. Great work on this, and PLEASE consider making a full version (an ending) alongside an extended mix of this.

Got here from th-cam.com/video/oU5dOsuSz-g/w-d-xo.html after searching what TWC 2006 was (ye ai know it should’ve been obvious)
The fact that this had to be remixed THIS much really shows how the original version does NOT bear any similarities. That whole comment section on my upload essentially boils down to "KH fans when they hear a piano for the first time outside of the game". You can only draw the line so far
The dnb/trance style is what made it sound like KH track to me. The piano was the cherry on top.
