What if Pink Diamond isn't actually shattered? But possibly just hiding on Earth and observing as a way to stop the other diamonds from "terraforming" Earth. Basically, she faked being shattered or another possibility is that she WISHED to be shattered and save Earth. (Basically, like a suicide as a deal with Rose Quartz and they both probably loved Earth). I would also like to think that Rose Quartz was more of just a pretty face or cover girl for the war. So she could give a sense of strength and leadership from being at a very high position as someone who was maybe a general of sorts for Pink Diamond. But those are just my ideas and sorry for making it super long.
But everybody does get the jest of what I mean. The diamonds basically changing the planet to suit their needs. I do wonder what that word would be for them. Gemaforming or something to that nature? I don't think that Blue Diamond will be redeemed... she's also upset that Pink Diamond is shattered, she would not trust Steven and the Crystal Gems also... If AquaMarine DOES return, she will be angry and Topaz for turning against her, She will be furious that Steven isn't Rose. and She would freakout.
I think it's more likely that Pearl (crystal gem pearl) is the one that killed Pink, she has a likely connection to pink as her flightsuit thing has a pink diamond on it and so far the only pearls we have seen belonged to diamonds, and like we hear in the trial, who could possibly get close enough to shatter a diamond? Why only their personal circle, I.e pearls, and sapphires, and in regards to someone covering it up, well yellow likely would have covered it up so as to maintain the status Quo because if gems heard about a Pearl (one of the lowest tiered gems we have heard about ) being able to shatter Diamond, then that would cause chaos and further rebellion. In short I think that. Pearl shattered pink diamond. yellow diamond covered it up. But that's just what I think.
It couldn't have been Pearl. Zircon said whoever shattered Pink Diamond was close to her and had the authority to cover up the murder. Only the Diamonds themselves have that kind of authority.
+Storm Bringer777 That's why I'm thinking it was either one of the Diamonds (most likely White D), Rose and Pink D collaborated to stage/fake Pink's shattering, or someone shapeshifted into Rose last minute and only Pink D witnessed the real culprit. Maybe mind control was involved. Some theories suggest Pink D has those powers (wouid sort of explain where Steven's mind control powers come from) and used them on a Rose Quartz to inflct her own demise herself and live on as the Rose we know. That's a very good theory. I honestly think when Pink Diamond was in Korea, White Diamond had come to visit her. Pink thinking White was just visiting to see how things were going, her guards let her through, not knowing her true intentions. That was when White dealt a very fatal blow to Pink. After that, I think she shattered all of the gems who were protecting her just to make sure there weren't any loose ends. After that happened, Rose must've saw Pink Diamond on the ground who was on the verge of death. I bet she even tried to heal her, but either it wouldn't work or Pink didn't want her to. Pink might have believed that the gems as a species deserved a better future without the Diamonds ruling over them and entrusted Rose with ensuring a future like that could happen. Eyeball said she saw Rose shatter Pink Diamond, but I think what she really saw was Rose standing over Pink Diamond after she passed on. Rose is framed for Pink's murder, White no longer has to worry about anyone being suspicious, and the Gem Homeworld is completely furious with Rose. It's the perfect crime.

blue becoming a crystal gem would give the crystal gem's and all the others an opportunity to actually found out what happened to pink , find out how White diamond is (if she is alive or not 😮), and see if yellow had a part of the shattering
Imagine if Blue Diamond did become a crystal gem. She'd probably know about corruption. She could potentially help Steven with curing all the corrupted gems on earth, along with blue diamond's court, the crystal gems could have two armies. And don't forget about Jasper with her cured could come with Jasper's redemption arc.
But maybe Steven brings the Crystal gems to home world like he took bismuth out of lion and brings them to Home world to help cause Steven didn't seem to keen on leaving Lars to have the Crystal gems help on his journey but this is my theory it could always be false
I think it would be really interesting to see blue Diamond getting a redemption arch but I highly doubt it she was made to be a sympathy villain besides we're still wandering if jasper will ever get uncorrupted and redeemed and for all the other corrupted gems

Can I ask something, how did Rose get pregnant? I know how babies are made, but if Rose is a gem and gem are just holograms with mass, than she must not have the same reproductive systems as we do. I know that Rose is a part of Steven and that's how he's alive, but still how is she supposed to carry a fetus in her stomach if she doesn't have the same systems as humans? Who's to say she doesn't have a uterus or a vagina, they don't eat so no stomach. She doesn't have her period so no eggs. I'm very confused.
So with that idea of shape shifting, how was she able to shape-shift a womb for 9 months? Most Amethyst shape-shifts all of the time, but she can barely do it for more than an hour or 2.
I think it was stated that she did shape shift a womb. Amethyst btw has shapeshifted a stomach/digestive system. It is permanent. I guess Rose just did something similar to that.
I think Pink Diamond was either a secret Crystal Gem or starting to sympathize enough with them to surrender Earth to them, which led to her Shattering. For one thing, why else would a Diamond Shatter another Diamond? Listen to Sadie's Song in the context of it being an allusion to Pink Diamond. The "hot pink limousine" could refer to the palanquin, all of the show-stopping abilities may refer to the awe-inspiring presence of a Diamond, the chorus about "being a star" could mean she was a Crystal Gem. Even the "dazzled like a stage magician" line could mean the Shattering was an illusion.
I've got a theory that'd involve this happening, actually. It relies on a couple of assumptions, at least the details, but I think it's viable. See, we've seen Yellow Diamond (I will just refer to the diamonds by their colour from now on) destabilize a gem. We've seen Blue affect (and destabilize) gems' emotions. We know that those are 2 out of 3 components of, well, corruption, the third being the destabilization of the mind. Now, considering it looks like White has got her gem on her head, it would make sense that she can manipulate gems' minds among which memories. Why is this important? Because there were witnesses saying they saw Rose Quartz shatter Pink with her sword, and if it's the same sword we know that's impossible. So, as Zircon said, someone with supreme authority would have to cover it up. Someone like at least one of the Diamonds. Or, one of the Diamonds with anothers' knowledge. But why would they do so? I think Blue shattered Pink. Accidentally, or perhaps in a fit of rage, somehow she caused her shattering in front of her entire enterage. If this came out, that would not only destabilize gem society but it completely and utterly crippled Blue. The guilt just crushed her, causing her to be completely and utterly unable to fulfill her role as a leader. So, White removed Blue's memories of the event and changed the memories of all of the eye witnesses to seeing the wanted rebellion leader Rose Quartz shatter their beloved Pink Diamond. Now, I want you to try and imagine this reveal. What you said in this video, it happens. She possibly temporarily but still joins the crystal gems in pursuit of the truth, having developed a complete and utter distrust for the other Diamonds as she KNOWS they're hiding something from her. She gets developed as a character, she grows as a character and develops her relationship with the crystal gems. Then they finally discover the truth, they discover that Blue herself shattered Pink. The reason Yellow wanted to just get rid of Rose Quartz, of earth, and wanted to rush the trial, it wasn't for her own sake. It was so Blue would never find out about the truth that had broken her before, that she'd never get the chance to. That White changed the memories of all those gems, to prevent the destabilization that may demand Blue's shattering too. Where it goes from here, I'm honestly not sure as it could go ANYWHERE, but I like to think there'll be a happy ending for everyone.
I think it'll be more than even your fine video said. I think there will be two themes to the diamonds: 1) The shattering of the fear of fusion that white diamond is perpetuating on Homeworld, and 2) The forgiving of the Crystal Gems. A.G.

I'm still in the camp of Blue getting shattered by White while trying to protect Steven after she finds out White knew about Pink asking Rose to shatter her to hopefully end the war. But I like this theory of a redemption where we get more Blue diamond on screen, character building & etc (thats always good)
Theory: The Homeworld civil war: Since white diamond set up the shattering of pink diamond and yellow covering up for her A civil war will go on between yellow's court and white's court against a army consisting of the Famethyst healed corrupted gems and blue diamond's court. Rose did attack pink but only poofed her to prevent her from actually getting shattered by yellow or white Eyeball thought she was shattered.
If Blue Diamond does rebel against the other Diamonds, I want it to be in the most dramatic way possible: 'Yellow stood, watching the large blue arm raise into the air. She knew at this point Blue was beyond reasoning. The large hand turned in her direction, before slowly lifting up its middle finger, then vanishing into space. As Yellow stood in shock, the voice of Padparadscha echoed across Homeworld, "Look out! Blue's going to escape!"'

It would definitely be a interesting turn in the series. I actually have my own thoughts and theory on how this story will play out. My theory is White Diamond is behind everything, but Rose knowingly took the blame and kept the secret from the Crystal Gems to keep them self, because anyone who knew the truth was in danger. But also Yellow Diamond knows the truth, because she and White Diamond have similar rigid and calculating mind set, so they agreed (Or yellow was intimidated into agreeing) and Pink Diamond had to go, but kept it from Blue Diamond (because she and Pink Diamond had similar caring mind sets). I believe that eventually Blue will find out the truth and turn against White (She may align with the crystal Gems, or she may confront White directly), which will lead to White trying shatter her to. But Yellow tries to save blue at the last minute, because she actually cared for Pink, and still cares for Blue.
I think she will. And there's still a few things that Blue Diamond isn't aware of. When she mentions during the trail that Rose shattered Pink with a sword, We know from the Bismeth episode that Rose's sword doesn't shatter gems, just disrupts their physical forms. And I still want to know what is in that locked chest in Lion's mane. I have a slight speculation that it could be Pink Diamond. Keep in mind I said slight, I'm not saying definite. But there are still a lot of things that don't add up yet and still a lot answers left unknown. I am definitely looking forward to seeing how the next part plays out.

1:30 I liked the Rose shattered Pink angle too. But at this point its just not feasible. THE WHOLE REASON why it doesn't make any sense is because Rose, a KNOWN Rebel could not have gotten anywhere near Pink. Not for a simple reason as: "there are too many guards that would have seen her", rather: Pink's Sapphires were CONSTANTLY watching Rose via their Future Vision. ANY plan that involved Rose being at, near, or even slightly involved with Pink's shattering and the Sapphires would have known about it and tipped off Pink long before the plan even started. THE WHOLE POINT of the Trial was that NO RECOGNIZED REBEL could EVER get close enough to Pink for ANY reason. Let alone shattering her. Rose was too well known to be apart of ANY plan involving Pink. EDIT: Suggesting otherwise means suggesting that the Rebels found away to avoid Future Vision. Which is possible. I mean Our Ruby broke Our Sapphires Future Vision. But there just isn't enough evidence to suggest that is the case.

one thing I noticed one blue diamond said pink diamond was shattered by a sword but I remember it being noted that Rose's sword turns a gem back into their gem form and out of their physical form, it can't shatter a gem.
Ok, have a bit of a theory here. White Diamond is a fusion of all the diamonds which would make sense considering We have not seen even a little bit of white diamond and barely even a mention of here. Also considering the practice bot that Steven blew up by reflecting it's power back at it only had 3 different attacks. The second part of the theory. Look at the earth created Amythest being so different from a lot of the homeworld gems EI: Lapis, Pearl,Ruby,Saphire, and Peridot. Their personalities are that of people who came fro the homeworld. But Amythest all the ones we've seen have been much different. On top of that the song Yellow diamond sang to blue diamond. Seemed to want to get rid of everythign Pink Diamond created even her one colony she was going to make. Perhaps Pink Diamond was more of the compasionate of the Diamonds considering the diffrent range of emotions exibitied by the diamonds. Yellow being anger,Blue being sorry, and the we have pink being compassion or Empthy. Which would explain possible why steven started crying when her felt Blues emotions becuase a gem made under pinkdiamond would exibit some of her powers much like the gem's in blue's court show water based powers.
I think both zircons have a cause to join the crystal gems, or at least turn against the authority. Blue zircon was saying how her loyal service was betrayed to defend a hopeless case, she got poofed for doing her job. and the prosecuting zircon was in the favor of Yellow Diamond, but she got poofed too. She seemingly won but she was still hurt. Im into the idea of the two zircons going to earth and having a good ol time.
If Blue diamond does join the crystal gems, as you said they would have a massive army with Blue's Court, The Famethyst and possibly the rose quartzes, that's a very effective force And that's not even counting a the possible corrupted gems who even if they aren't all healed could make for a possible wild card
There is one thing I find interesting, and one point I hope comes back to light in another episode. Blue Diamond claims that Rose Quartz used her sword to shatter Pink Diamond, yet Bismuth said that Rose had her sword specially crafted to NOT harm a gem's gemstone, and only effect their projected form. Did Rose use a different sword to shatter Pink, and had the sword we know crafted later? Or is something else going on over Pink's death?

What If a different Rose Quartz shattered Pink? I mean, there were TONS of Rose Quartzes in Pink's room, what are the chances that at least two of them look almost the same? And Gem placement can't be all that unique, can it? what if two Rose Quartzes, ours and another, worked together to shatter Pink? Another thing, in "Bismuth", Bismuth mentions that Rose's sword only poofs gems, not shatters them. Maybe Rose didn't shatter Pink. Maybe it was some gem we haven't met yet! This show gives out so many possibilities in each episode, it's hard to keep up!

I think it's more likely that Pearl (crystal gem pearl) is the one that killed Pink, she has a likely connection to pink as her flightsuit thing has a pink diamond on it and so far the only pearls we have seen belonged to diamonds, and like we hear in the trial, who could possibly get close enough to shatter a diamond? Why only their personal circle, I.e pearls, and sapphires, and in regards to someone covering it up, well yellow likely would have covered it up so as to maintain the status Quo because if gems heard about a Pearl (one of the lowest tiered gems we have heard about ) being able to shatter Diamond, then that would cause chaos and further rebellion.
In short I think that. Pearl shattered pink diamond. yellow diamond covered it up.

Some theories suggest Pink D has those powers (wouid sort of explain where Steven's mind control powers come from) and used them on a Rose Quartz to inflct her own demise herself and live on as the Rose we know. That's a very good theory. I honestly think when Pink Diamond was in Korea, White Diamond had come to visit her. Pink thinking White was just visiting to see how things were going, her guards let her through, not knowing her true intentions. That was when White dealt a very fatal blow to Pink. After that, I think she shattered all of the gems who were protecting her just to make sure there weren't any loose ends. After that happened, Rose must've saw Pink Diamond on the ground who was on the verge of death. I bet she even tried to heal her, but either it wouldn't work or Pink didn't want her to. Pink might have believed that the gems as a species deserved a better future without the Diamonds ruling over them and entrusted Rose with ensuring a future like that could happen. Eyeball said she saw Rose shatter Pink Diamond, but I think what she really saw was Rose standing over Pink Diamond after she passed on. Rose is framed for Pink's murder, White no longer has to worry about anyone being suspicious, and the Gem Homeworld is completely furious with Rose. It's the perfect crime.

I think it would be really interesting to see blue Diamond getting a redemption arch but I highly doubt it she was made to be a sympathy villain besides we're still wandering if jasper will ever get uncorrupted and redeemed and for all the other corrupted gems

Can I ask something, how did Rose get pregnant? I know how babies are made, but if Rose is a gem and gem are just holograms with mass, than she must not have the same reproductive systems as we do. I know that Rose is a part of Steven and that's how he's alive, but still how is she supposed to carry a fetus in her stomach if she doesn't have the same systems as humans? Who's to say she doesn't have a uterus or a vagina, they don't eat so no stomach. She doesn't have her period so no eggs. I'm very confused.

I think Pink Diamond was either a secret Crystal Gem or starting to sympathize enough with them to surrender Earth to them, which led to her Shattering. For one thing, why else would a Diamond Shatter another Diamond? Listen to Sadie's Song in the context of it being an allusion to Pink Diamond. The "hot pink limousine" could refer to the palanquin, all of the show-stopping abilities may refer to the awe-inspiring presence of a Diamond, the chorus about "being a star" could mean she was a Crystal Gem. Even the "dazzled like a stage magician" line could mean the Shattering was an illusion.
HOW CAN HUMANS BREATHE ON HOMEWORLD IF ITS "Dwindling in resources"
I've got a theory that'd involve this happening, actually. It relies on a couple of assumptions, at least the details, but I think it's viable.
See, we've seen Yellow Diamond (I will just refer to the diamonds by their colour from now on) destabilize a gem. We've seen Blue affect (and destabilize) gems' emotions. We know that those are 2 out of 3 components of, well, corruption, the third being the destabilization of the mind. Now, considering it looks like White has got her gem on her head, it would make sense that she can manipulate gems' minds among which memories. Why is this important? Because there were witnesses saying they saw Rose Quartz shatter Pink with her sword, and if it's the same sword we know that's impossible. So, as Zircon said, someone with supreme authority would have to cover it up. Someone like at least one of the Diamonds. Or, one of the Diamonds with anothers' knowledge. But why would they do so?
I think Blue shattered Pink. Accidentally, or perhaps in a fit of rage, somehow she caused her shattering in front of her entire enterage. If this came out, that would not only destabilize gem society but it completely and utterly crippled Blue. The guilt just crushed her, causing her to be completely and utterly unable to fulfill her role as a leader. So, White removed Blue's memories of the event and changed the memories of all of the eye witnesses to seeing the wanted rebellion leader Rose Quartz shatter their beloved Pink Diamond.
Now, I want you to try and imagine this reveal. What you said in this video, it happens. She possibly temporarily but still joins the crystal gems in pursuit of the truth, having developed a complete and utter distrust for the other Diamonds as she KNOWS they're hiding something from her. She gets developed as a character, she grows as a character and develops her relationship with the crystal gems. Then they finally discover the truth, they discover that Blue herself shattered Pink. The reason Yellow wanted to just get rid of Rose Quartz, of earth, and wanted to rush the trial, it wasn't for her own sake. It was so Blue would never find out about the truth that had broken her before, that she'd never get the chance to. That White changed the memories of all those gems, to prevent the destabilization that may demand Blue's shattering too. Where it goes from here, I'm honestly not sure as it could go ANYWHERE, but I like to think there'll be a happy ending for everyone.

Since white diamond set up the shattering of pink diamond and yellow covering up for her
A civil war will go on between yellow's court and white's court against a army consisting of the Famethyst healed corrupted gems and blue diamond's court.
Rose did attack pink but only poofed her to prevent her from actually getting shattered by yellow or white

I actually have my own thoughts and theory on how this story will play out.
My theory is White Diamond is behind everything, but Rose knowingly took the blame and kept the secret from the Crystal Gems to keep them self, because anyone who knew the truth was in danger. But also Yellow Diamond knows the truth, because she and White Diamond have similar rigid and calculating mind set, so they agreed (Or yellow was intimidated into agreeing) and Pink Diamond had to go, but kept it from Blue Diamond (because she and Pink Diamond had similar caring mind sets). I believe that eventually Blue will find out the truth and turn against White (She may align with the crystal Gems, or she may confront White directly), which will lead to White trying shatter her to. But Yellow tries to save blue at the last minute, because she actually cared for Pink, and still cares for Blue.

I think she will. And there's still a few things that Blue Diamond isn't aware of. When she mentions during the trail that Rose shattered Pink with a sword, We know from the Bismeth episode that Rose's sword doesn't shatter gems, just disrupts their physical forms. And I still want to know what is in that locked chest in Lion's mane. I have a slight speculation that it could be Pink Diamond. Keep in mind I said slight, I'm not saying definite. But there are still a lot of things that don't add up yet and still a lot answers left unknown. I am definitely looking forward to seeing how the next part plays out.

I liked the Rose shattered Pink angle too. But at this point its just not feasible.
THE WHOLE REASON why it doesn't make any sense is because Rose, a KNOWN Rebel could not have gotten anywhere near Pink. Not for a simple reason as: "there are too many guards that would have seen her", rather: Pink's Sapphires were CONSTANTLY watching Rose via their Future Vision. ANY plan that involved Rose being at, near, or even slightly involved with Pink's shattering and the Sapphires would have known about it and tipped off Pink long before the plan even started.
THE WHOLE POINT of the Trial was that NO RECOGNIZED REBEL could EVER get close enough to Pink for ANY reason. Let alone shattering her.
Rose was too well known to be apart of ANY plan involving Pink.

Ok, have a bit of a theory here. White Diamond is a fusion of all the diamonds which would make sense considering We have not seen even a little bit of white diamond and barely even a mention of here. Also considering the practice bot that Steven blew up by reflecting it's power back at it only had 3 different attacks. The second part of the theory. Look at the earth created Amythest being so different from a lot of the homeworld gems EI: Lapis, Pearl,Ruby,Saphire, and Peridot. Their personalities are that of people who came fro the homeworld. But Amythest all the ones we've seen have been much different. On top of that the song Yellow diamond sang to blue diamond. Seemed to want to get rid of everythign Pink Diamond created even her one colony she was going to make. Perhaps Pink Diamond was more of the compasionate of the Diamonds considering the diffrent range of emotions exibitied by the diamonds. Yellow being anger,Blue being sorry, and the we have pink being compassion or Empthy. Which would explain possible why steven started crying when her felt Blues emotions becuase a gem made under pinkdiamond would exibit some of her powers much like the gem's in blue's court show water based powers.

I think both zircons have a cause to join the crystal gems, or at least turn against the authority. Blue zircon was saying how her loyal service was betrayed to defend a hopeless case, she got poofed for doing her job. and the prosecuting zircon was in the favor of Yellow Diamond, but she got poofed too. She seemingly won but she was still hurt.

There is one thing I find interesting, and one point I hope comes back to light in another episode. Blue Diamond claims that Rose Quartz used her sword to shatter Pink Diamond, yet Bismuth said that Rose had her sword specially crafted to NOT harm a gem's gemstone, and only effect their projected form. Did Rose use a different sword to shatter Pink, and had the sword we know crafted later? Or is something else going on over Pink's death?

What If a different Rose Quartz shattered Pink? I mean, there were TONS of Rose Quartzes in Pink's room, what are the chances that at least two of them look almost the same? And Gem placement can't be all that unique, can it? what if two Rose Quartzes, ours and another, worked together to shatter Pink? Another thing, in "Bismuth", Bismuth mentions that Rose's sword only poofs gems, not shatters them. Maybe Rose didn't shatter Pink. Maybe it was some gem we haven't met yet! This show gives out so many possibilities in each episode, it's hard to keep up!
