Can Red Dead Redemption run on R5 5600g?? (+ 10-15 fps when not recording)

I just discovered that When I don't record with OBS, The Framerates increase by around 10-15fps~ on all the presets. Kinda Weird considering that I'm Recording with the Use of my cpu and not the Igpu.
