I agree with you, standing inside of a Luxury home with a $300,000.00+ car(s) with a Baseball cap and a tshirt can cheapen the look of luxury of these items.
Most people have the excuse (this is who I am, or this is hot weather clothing, etc…)🙄at least a polo shirt, and some jeans.

Like the idea of having your private garage right next to your unit. Would love to just look at my gorgeous
cars from my living room! While sipping a MACALLAN scotch! But like someone mentioned here, I hope it’s not just ONE car elevator. Because there will be quite a wait still if there are other people who live there trying to get their car parked near their unit. Or out of their space onto the street level. Plus of course the possibility of the elevator breaking down which does happen. Anything mechanical can break down.
There are 4 I believe and they’re super fast. I haven’t heard of any issues in the Porsche building, same developer and these will be better.
A very nice place condos are not the way to go anymore.

1 elevator for 216 units not a good ratio to me. What happens when the car elevator breaks down, where do they park then?
I believe there are 4 in the middle of the building and they are much faster than the Porsche building.

u know how theres 2 meanings to every word. example passed away means died then again means alive and doing well. false floors means escape hatches then again means everything said on floor is a lie

Should I be Bentley. I would be appalled with this woman's attire. Bentleys belong on the streets,not the individual representing them. Think of a coat dress,perhaps a dress suit . It's this thing called professional.
Attire is all subjective. I wouldn’t judge anyone else.

The woman is gorgeous, well informed and sweet. The man is laid back, which is very Miami! I would rather buy from her than an uptight, posh type coming to Miami FL. The sale is all about making your target clients comfortable. They both did a great job.
