As a commercial lighting supplier, this is the most efficient way to get a company to respond positively. Do research, targeted inquiry, simple request. Nicely done!
Don’t forget to tell people this is an odds game lol. When I first started my interior demo biz I spent the first 5 months doing this exact same thing. 1 out of 15 companies will actually follow up and send info. Call 50-60 companies 5-10 will respond and only 3 or 4 will take you serious (in my area anyway)
Hate to kill the vibe I really do, but all the reputable builders have already bid it out before ground was even broken. Some of the GCs you really going to have to watch out for, out of state ones will really try to pull some fast stuff with local smaller guys. I respect the hustle though!!!
I'm on a lot of people's bid lists and I get invited to bid several projects everyday. My problem is I want to make sure that every general bidding on that project sees my number. How can I find the other generals that are also bidding the same project so I can maximize my estimating time?

Try anything, vendor lists are golden!
Dang!!! Why didn’t I ever think of this. In thought they put that number on there for future build outs. I’m trying this next

Once they email you blueprints, what’s next? In my case, they sent me multiple plans. How would I make a formal bid. I’m new to the busniness
That’s fire tip
