    I love when someone is brave to show how you do a project and learn on the job taking the viewers with them. Thank you so much.
    I do agree with someone who mentioned about the backing track that was distracting.
    You and your project are enough. We come to watch and listen to you. You are enough, have faith in yourself.

    Wow! Great video and great commentary! We make 2 part resin epoxy jewelry where we encase beach sand, but only recently through videos like yours became aware of UV resin, and all the possibilities that come with it. We bought ring blanks and several things you linked. There’s a few things I’d like to mention you might not be aware of?
    UV protective goggles….(keep your eyes safe!)
    Did you know they make magnetic glitter gel nail polish? The glitter particles are magnetic and come with a magnetic wand that lets you shape the particles into shapes while floating in the ring! Also an Amazon.
    Again…great video! Well done! 😀

    Hi Michelle- I really enjoy your videos. I haven't started yet, so I'm gathering info at this point. Question: Many of the folks who do resin seem to wear respirators because of fumes. Since you narrate the videos as you go, you don't seem to wear any "fume protection". Does UV resin have less fumes?

    • @glitznglitterbymichelle1
      @glitznglitterbymichelle1  ปีที่แล้ว

      Honestly, I don’t smell fumes from any of the resins I use. I know technically it’s a safety precaution even if you don’t smell them but like you said narrations and respirators don’t work out well together. That being said I do have a whole house air filtration system running 24/7. Hope that helps a little. Time to get started and do your first project!! Join my new Facebook group so I can see you work when you do!

    Hi Michelle I did my first ring (mood) for a friend of mine and she wore it in the shower/dishes and she said her finger got sticky and that it smelled like resin. Can you please help me on what went wrong? And what I need to do differently. Should I scuff it up a little for the resin to have something to bite into? Plus it peeled right off. Thanks.

    • @glitznglitterbymichelle1
      @glitznglitterbymichelle1  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      It didn’t cure. Maybe too much pigment and the UV didn’t penetrate it or the layers were too thick to cure. Or the UV light wasn’t strong enough. There could be multiple reasons unfortunately.
