You say always 1 person but the website lists the studios as '1 roommate' same as the 1 bedroom apartment? which is accurate?

Is there air conditioning in the studio units?

Hello, I'm not sure about the AC in the units themselves, but most of the campus buildings do have central AC and have lounge areas that are open to students. I would double check with the Court 17 Housing Staff, their email and phone number is located at the bottom of the page on www.tacoma.uw.edu/housing . Thank you. :)
