The iconic Swedish "Prinsesstårta" (Princess Cake) is a classic and very popular cake for basically any celebrations. Be it a birthday, a graduation, a baby shower or fathers/mothers day. There are some variations in that some have jam instead of custard, flavoured whipped cream or a different color marsipan on top, but the basics are still the same.

It was one of the most delicious deserts I tried and the way it was made was pretty similar to the one in the vid, I'm just wondering what the name of it was cuz my dumb brain forgot :p I really want to eat that cake againn

Chocotorta from Argentina! It’s a cake made with several layers of chocolate cookies (chocolinas) soaked in coffee (some people opt to soak them in chocolate milk like nesquik) but between each cookie layer, theres a layer of dulce de leche mixed with cream cheese. Then you need to leave it on the fridge for a while till its more firm. I personally love when the cake is almost frozen, or really cold, so i put it in the freezer for a couple of hours, and it takes amazing.

The Philippines has a couple of pretty good ones. Ube cake, more known outside of the PH in the form of an Ube Roll thanks to Steven Universe (if there's a Red Ribbon Filipino bakeshop near you, get them).
Yema cake which is similar to Dulce de Leche, and my all-time fave Sans Rival or its little sister, the Silvannas - similar to a dacquoise with layers of nutty meringue, creamy french buttercream filling, and crunchy cashews on the outside. They're typically plain or flavored with ube, pandan, mocha, mango, strawberry, etc.
In Cebu where I'm from, my family loves the durian cake (but I can't the smell).

Hi, pandan cake is both from Singapore and Malaysia! Usually we don’t eat it with ice cream but just eat it on it’s own during Hari Raya or even for normal tea snack! And usually there isn’t really icing sugar top on it, as it is mainly known to be a Peranakan Sweet Chiffon Cake

Coming from a Peranakan background, I've had Pandan cake for as long as I can remember. I don't remember it being that bright green 😳 with no outer brown layer. Yes, we just eat it plain with just coffee or tea to go with it.
