Convection oven with a turbo fan which is used to distribute the air evenly... Used to have a GE appliance that did that in a larger scale... This one is contained in a limited space and that is nice. It is as healthy as it gets.
Love the way the frying basket looks twice as big as she pulls it out towards the camera, nice trickery.
I would like to know the difference between the HX9240/94 and the HD9240? The one in the video (HD9240) has that legend in the top left side while the HX doesn't.

can you use this philips hd9240 airfryer xl without the fryer basket? Can I just leave the basket out and put a spring form that will fit inside to bake a cake?

I still have this one after more than 5 yrs and I fully agree with her and even more. I love fresh prebaked bread in the morning in 7 minutes without preaheating an oven! This type has 2100 watt. How the higher, how the better.
She def eats fried food though lol
