the presentation of the sprinters was so nice to see. it really highlighted the achievements of each one of them. in fact, getting to the 100m finals is generally more competitive than winning gold medals in some other sports, so all eight of them are champions just to achieve that.

I can't believe how many crazy (probably american) users have commented about him being "black" and "not italian". Maybe it's time to be humble and learn something about the rest of the world. In America "italians" are people who are not italian at all, but "italian-americans" i.e. descendants of immigrants coming especially from small villages of southern Italy. In this sense an Italian (meaning italian american) cannot be black. And that's why you get confused. In Italy an Italian is just a person who has italian citizenship, who was brought up in Italy, speaks italian, identifies with our nation and with our culture. So you can be Italian AND black, just like you can be French and black, for instance. Jacobs is Italian, we can say that he is half american because his father is american but we italians don't give a f** about identifying him as black or putting him in a box for "ethnicity", "race", "colour of the skin", "appearance" and all this nonsense and paranoia you have overseas about it. He's Italian. Period. Besides that, he has always trained in Italy so I guess Italian coaches are phenomenal if they did this with him, while in America they have lots of african american athletes and you were not able to win this medal or the 4x100. Sorry.

Brit knew he stands no chance of podium so he told Italian sprinter in advance that he will False start ( you can see how intentional that false start was) , to drain other sprinters Energy.
Everyone except the Italian ran when false start happened another hint
and last hint is see how Italian sprinter gives a smile in background when everyone ran after the false start except him 😅.
