Wow, Wow, wow! I love this 2023 Dodge Durango R/T! I want this Hemi V8! I currently own my 1999 Dodge Durango SLT 5.2L with 224,000 miles and still going! Well done!
Our 2017 new was $48,600. You showed a 59,000 plus one. Big price increase in 6 years for the same RT model. We love our Biggie he is a very well built suv.
Oh yeah! Sold my 2016 Durango R/T and bought a new 2023 R/T... I thought my 2016 was great but the improvement in ride and handling is substantial. The perfect connection to the road while being remarkably isolated from the rough spots. I am tickled to own the last of the hemi SUV's... should prove to be a major investment! Dodge Rules!
October 2023 I bought a new Dodge Durango R/T Premium AWD and love it all the way. Your video reviews did help me lean towards buying this awesome SUV. Always wanted to buy a Hemi V8. But was unhappy with Dodge wrt the O/E Bridgestone Ecopia tires which are horrible (more like Summer like tires) ended up with bit of a fender bender during icy road/weather condition in December. So I got them replaced with Michelin CrossClimate2 tires... really great tires. Improves the overall driving experience on my Durango, even in wintery roads!🙂
I have a 2006 Dodge Durango base SXT 4x2 and it's still running. I finally took the plunge and purchased a '23 Dodge Durango R/T Plus and it's SOOO different, lol. I definitely wanted a V8 and I hope that this one treats me as well as my '06 has.
In the performance, 3-row, mid-size SUV market, the Durango R/T and Explorer ST are the only choices. I've been a Ford guy for years, but the current generation of Explorers seem to have a lot of quality and reliability issues. That's why I'm considering the Durango. BTW, the Hurricane 6 is an inline 6, not a V-6.
When I said the "Durango R/T and Explorer ST are the only choices", I excluded offerings from Audi, BMW, Jaguar, Mercedes, etc. as I don't consider those vehicles to be in the same price category as the Durango and Explorer.
WHAT??? Why??? The V8 is peppy, very sporty drive experience… is there another midsize SUV under $80k that would blow this away!?! I’ll wait…. The audacity of this guy🤨
Watched 2hrs of videos on these vehicles and you're the first to actually fold all the seats down. Thank you for the thorough review
Thanks so much for watching. Much appreciated.
Just bought my 2023 durango RT Plus and absolutely love it.
I’m definitely getting this dream vehicle this summer taking it to the south !
I have a 2023 rt awd plus for sale

I'm doing the same thing summer 2023

Chubby has no clue. You can order 2024 Hemis right now.
I got a 2017 Jeep SRT and I love it that 6.4 475 HP is no joke

They’re not the same at all. I had a 2020 rt and the got a new 2023 and the 2023 is def a upgrade worth the price difference
Not the same... tons of changes and upgrades
I have a 22 blacktop same color and everything, and I'm glad I got out that maxima I'm very pleased with my R/T.

An amazing vehicle with a luxury feel, very smooth and powerful. I like it almost as well as my Charger 392, which says a lot!

Glad you’re enjoying it. The Cross Climate tires are great. Perfect choice. Thanks for the feedback. Much appreciated.

@Chabby's Rides: I like the Digital Gauge's in the Durango.
Ordered my 23' R/T Tow N Go + Black Top Package, can't wait! My first domestic... always been an Audi/BMW guy but don't like their SUVs.
Congrats! Thanks for watching.
Just bought this exact same thing except I went with the 6 seater with 2nd row captains chairs but in a 2024. Got it for 49k out the door
Great deal! Enjoy it. Thanks for the feedback!
Well built
Is this the R/T Plus?
Either Plus or Premium cause it has the fog lights. They deleted them for 2023 base R/T
So i just bought the rt 2023 black top an i was so disappointed it feels exactly like the gt. 😢
Not at all you must have got a dud. I would have it looked at
Не расстраивайся. Зато ты можешь порвать любого GT в потоке!;)
У тебя классный авто.
Я тоже надеюсь сменить свой Хайлендер на такой.
Think I just got mine
Last call eh? Well i just ordered a 2024 RT Plus.
The Durango is gone in 2025 anyways.
They made a liar out of all of us with that last call bit. Looking forward to driving a 24 Durango. Thanks for tuning in.
@@chabbysrides Looking forward to your review!
Way overpriced. Needs a major overhaul
If you’re broke just say that then
@@Jordanfiend361 I do have the cash but it’s overpriced for the age of the vehicle.
Slow V8 in that heavy dinosaur RIP going out over priced and underpowered
