I don't care how old it is, the Durango is still a beast of a midsize SUV. It is the only 3 row with 4 engine choices, THREE of which are V8s. Can tow up to 8700lbs, has mostly up to date tech, has plenty of room for the family, and still maintains its macho-styling very well despite so many new entrants.
it lacks most modern tech in cars that are at a cheaper price point lol

Ford Explorer ST tuned will absolutely annihilate this. It's not even a fair race tbh. ST tuned with bolt ons run down Trawkhawks my friend! Mine is easily pulling 4s 0-60 and I don't even have much done lol. Now it doesn't sound as good as the Durango V8 but it will surely leave it behind.

One of the benefits of not changing everything drastically every 3 years is that Dodge has the Durango dialed in (much like the Charger and Challenger). It will be a sad day when Dodge stops production of the current Durango with its V8. Yes - A comparison with the Grande Cherokee L would be nice to see. Cheers-
I agree. I think about cars in American history like the Ford Panther cars, 4th Gen Ram, 88-98 GM Trucks and Full Size SUVs, and the '07-'21 Toyota Tundra. Sometimes sticking with the known quantity is best. That applies to this Durango, which does it all.
Wish they would dial in the quality of the rear backup camera.

its a beutiful suv. i have no idea why would whoever build it got the stripe delete and no orange brembos.. at this point just get the regular rt with upgrades... what a shame

RT. The lack of a flat-folding third row in the sequoia means it has the same storage capacity as a 4runner. With all rows down the Durango surely can store more.
2024's have a V8 too. But thats the last year.

No orange brake calipers?
Orange brake calipers comes as part of the Tow N Go Package with Brembo brakes. Actual 4-wheel drive, upgraded wheels and tires are also included with the Tow N Go Package which I think is a big plus and a better add-on than the Hemi Orange Plus Package in my opinion.

I think the Dodge durangos are awesome but I think they're over price that's a lot of plastic in that engine

And I don't like the design of the engine the way things are set up the average person cannot work on his car that's pretty messed up
It looks like a lot of the interior components and features were afterthoughts! The entertainment console looks dated and old! And there's no hybrid version yet on any of Dodge GMC or Chevy vehicles? How will they survive in 2035??
They should have put the Ram engine in the durango 395hp would be better than 360hp
I agree, however the intake the Ram uses doesn't clear the hood undercarriage of a Durango/GC. Its even taller than the Hellcat Durango.

This doesn't even have the orange calipers. Why even call it the Hemi Orange edition. Dodge isn't even trying anymore. Put this Dinosaur to sleep already. RIP ,, It was a good run Durango.

Pre 06/07 hemi motors were trash they blow up sand run hot. Get a 2012 and up 9/10 you’re good as long as your drive it like a truck and not a viper lol
Mine has 190k miles. Only thing done was change brakes
