This would fit perfectly in an RPG (like Xenoblade). Hear me out. Acoustic Guitar (17:50): A casual shop song where you can replenish your party and buy upgrades to help you vanquish the evil sorcerer. The shopkeeper is nice to you and always has something new to say. Original version (0:00): When you arrive at the top of the castle, you meet the shopkeeper, which reveals he was the evil sorcerer all along. Your party starts to fight him in a tense battle. The sorcerer's theme is a remixed version of the shopkeeper's theme Rock (3:35): The second phase begins when the sorcerer uses his magic to transform himself into a beast. The music shifts into a twisted rock version of the sorcerer's theme. Piano (19:13): A softer and slower version (about 0.75x) of the song is played when this form is defeated. The sorcerer apologizes to the hero for all the evil he's done (the player can tell his apologies are fake) and finishes by «If I must die... Then you are coming with me!» The sorcerer then causes an earthquake and the castle then starts crumbling apart. The party needs to exit the castle as fast as possible. Nightcore (9:13): The player must maneuver around the castle to exit until it collapses. A timer is displayed at the top of the screen. Some parts of the castle are blocked by giant rocks and other paths fall apart. At a point, the sorcerer will appear inside a mirror and launch magic spells to destroy more of the castle, that the hero must dodge. He will end up using all his magic and being unable to get out, thus being stuck in the mirror when it falls down and breaks (we can hear the Nooo! of the sorcerer). When the party finally comes down, the ending starts playing.
@@RayleighJones I'm glad you asked... Starcraft Version (7:18): After the main campaign is over, a New Game Plus (or a DLC campaign) begins, which eventually leads the player to a warped goofier version of the final castle (towers shaped like rockets, made of toy blocks...). At the top of the castle, an alternate version of the shopkeeper, wearing a futuristic space outfit, starts the battle without warning. At 8:27, the shopkeeper falls down. The player thinks they won, only for a mechanized beetle to arrive out of nowhere (singing the song heard at that moment) and fuse with the shopkeeper to transform it into a beast (Phase 2 begins). When the shopkeeper is defeated, he begins talking gibberish about parallel worlds and stellar universes, then takes a remote out of his pocket and presses the big red button on it, before fainting. The whole castle starts shaking and crumbling apart. The crew must get out of the castle before the time limit hits zero, as a speedier "nightcorish" version of the music plays (like in the base game). When they finally escape, they see the entire castle blasting off into space (a bit like in Tetris NES). They question what just happened (was it real?) before going on with their adventures. (You're welcome ;P)

My guess, unless ALL the flute players have ungodly lung capacity, they likely had a system included in the sheet music(or made their own system) where group A of flutes would play the first _____ seconds, groups B would play ______ seconds, etc etc, with a slight overlap in their timings, that, or the flute players were able to coordinate their breaths accordingly whilst playing. I haven't seen the sheet music, and don't know where, or if, there are breath markers in it. Still, the original sounds the best ^^
AochiNyan I agree! it's so original ( literally )
Actually, the "original" was a piano version, much like the last one in this clip, but it was classical piano, not electrical piano like here
Obviusly :3
the Nightcore is better because it is in the same tonality as the original piano version.
My fovorite is the nigthcore version
The Starcraft version is mainly just random Starcraft sounds thrown in at random times xD
At least it's on beat!
And it´s freakin great
That's why it's the worst one there, it's not music, it's just noise
It has the best changeups and fills in that weird lull that sounds like it devolves into tango
The rock version makes me feel like I’m doing a boss fight I can’t be the only one
it actually reminds me old school jrpg bossings :o
