Awesome work! This recovery gets my vote as the most technical one I've seen you tackle. NEVER QUIT!! NEVER GIVE UP!!!! You and Alex did an AMAZING job on this one! Go easy one step at a time and you'll get it. I agree, without Big Flipper this recovery doesn't happen. Brut strength and 42 feet of boom were essential. Very nice job with the video and the wrap up at the end was cool too. Be safe out there!!!!
Awesome job! Yeah, these people wonder why fire trucks can't get to their house fast right? Let alone furniture delivery trucks when I used to deliver up there years ago from a company called Barker Brothers then Ethan Allen. But yeah I've delivered a couple of neighbors up there and getting my truck up there and tearing up my box and trying to get around traffic but that's life in the hills and you do a great job every time. Fire trucks are cool because they can just ram your car lmao they don't care Alex and I would get sued if we even touched a centimeter on these cars. Box trucks aren't even allowed here yet we did it with 2 rotators. Always good to hear from people that know exactly how hard traveling this is.

Thank you for the kind words! We did and we didn't. Based on the location, access and all the risk factors, and the fact that no one else could do it, I said I want $20,000 for the job. We were there for almost 12 hours. That includes the hours it took to even park there plus leave, and all the rigging and putting away the rigging. It's good money, but how do you put a price on all the risk factors?
It helps recovery work is our bread and butter. Opposed to a normal heavy tow company that does 95% towing with the occasional wreck, all Alex and I do is this type of work and 5% towing.
Guys, this is the most extreeme recovery I've ever seen, & I'm willing to bet 90% + of your viewers would agree- Absolutely amazing! I'd be willing to bet Pepe's is the ONLY recovery Company in the lower 48 that could pull this off- VERY IMPRESSIVE!!!
Glad you didn't quit !if you had failed that machine would have had to be dismantled and cut up for scrap in order to remove it, big savings for the operators and the owners. Great job and perseverance, you guys are rock stars.
I thought about quitting and how that would impact the scene. Would they have to set a date, get permits and bring in a huge crane? But those huge ones needed for this need a huge area for the outriggers to extend out on each side which isn't possible here. Cutting it up? Horrible option, next step would be to see if someone much farther away could do it like Ten West or Van Lingen, for a lot more funds. I love those guys and am sure they would have brought it up too, but I'm glad we didn't quit.
Great job coll the neighbors warned you but not cool that guy just watched Alex fall the first time. Really nice the lady went and got water for you all. Thank you for sharing. Much love hope the family is doing well.

It looks like the attachment is too heavy for the machine, in the first place. Also I don’t know if it was possible but they should have disassembled the attachment first while it’s on its side. Just a thought.
It was a fantastic job and it’s always wonderful to see you and Alex together and yeah that had me on the edge of my seat and I’m sure you must both be really exhausted but also really proud of yourselfS
A lot of companies would have laughed and drove off seeing this mess, but you found a way to make it work! Well done! I used to work in that area and it is tough working in that neighborhood of LA.
Thank you sir!! Was brutal, but like I say if it ain't hard it ain't fun. And this was FUN
Thanks!
Steve, you da man!!!
Thank you for allowing us to follow the amazing deliveries you made and by the way I come from Hope chapel in Ontario and thank you for many men's breakfasts
Fire trucks are cool because they can just ram your car lmao they don't care Alex and I would get sued if we even touched a centimeter on these cars. Box trucks aren't even allowed here yet we did it with 2 rotators. Always good to hear from people that know exactly how hard traveling this is.
pepe you are the man, first or second generation? You are the blood we need in this country. Another great American
Like the way you guys bounce ideas off each other
True team work
I’ve got to hand it to you, operating in that type of environment AND worrying about capturing good content for your channel was and is amazing.
✌🏽🇺🇸
Absolutely incredible. I have been watching here for so long, and this is by far the most technical lift I have seen here, and way beyond any other channel. Great work, and awesome video too. Near impossible, but done!
Thank you! I know my channel doesn't have as many subs or views as the larger ones, but I agree in that no other one gets the type of hard jobs I do. They'll get a regular car upside down near the street and get 5x the views I get on stuff like this lol. Not hating, but it feels good to see my fans love and appreciate the work we do.
One of the most intense recoveries! I was amazed that the machine had NO PICKING points! Great job guys!!
Super recovery on impossibly difficult Excavator Rolls Hardest!!
Josh and Alex the best video ever! You guys work so well together and have fun together, the amount of energy you both have is amazing! The other group of workers were very helpful! Thanks for sharing! Kevin
Good skills. Good professionalism. Team work makes the perspiration worth it.
Amazing work. That was the coolest lift I have ever seen.
I think if the smaller excavator had the bucket forward and pressed into the ground it would have slid less. But it did its job in the end. It's insane how few lift points that excavator had on it.
Man oh man you guys really pur the R in Recovery on this one. That's next level professionalism.
One of the realist channels out here.. You guys rock and are humble AF.. Keep it up!
Way to win people over Josh!! ABC Always Be Closing!! Customer Service is always part of the job. Bravo !! Question: whats with the plastic covering the bottom of the drilling excavator ? Josh, Great Video!! One of your best!!! Busted the front drivers side marker light on Hulk...
Ya, and people say Alex is the saint of patience Just kidding, but man if you only knew how frustrating that entire beginning part was!
Amazing, amazing work, so inspirational to see such determination and ingenuity to solve complex problems, reminds me of the greatest generation. Great job men! I also want to acknowledge your sincere courtesy, respectful commentary and kindness. I hope you got paid a lot for this job!
I don’t think you would find people that you could hire to do as efficient job as you guys do.
You guys are the Michael Jordan of Recovery... BEASTMODE... Most Impressive... Stay SAFE...
👮🏽♂️ ⚜️ 💪🏽
What a fascinating job, out and about and every call is a unique problem to be solved. These guys are good at what they do. 👍🏼
I like the breakdown at the end. And I hope you told them if they do it again it's going to cost 4x as much.
Thanks, that idea just came to me because there's always so many questions in the comments I can't answer and figured why not beat them to the punch?
You have done an amazing job guys.
I have 20 years of experience in FL
God Bless you guy's
Well, watching that did my blood-pressure no good at all. Goodness knows how it was for you!
We got confidence in you. You guys know what you’re doing you’re the best.
@@PepesTowingService Could you have removed the drill from the end of the boom to reduce weight and then up right the machine?
Great job coll the neighbors warned you but not cool that guy just watched Alex fall the first time. Really nice the lady went and got water for you all. Thank you for sharing. Much love hope the family is doing well.
It was like a full length dramatic movie. I was on the edge of my seat during the whole video. 🤓
Absolutely amazing, but it required a. lot of knowledge of equipment and angles. You two are incredible. Great video, thanks Josh
Josh, with the quality videos you put out theres no reason you should not be able to get to 250,000 subs, you have the best recovery videos on You Tube.
GREAT JOB!!! I been watching you awhile, but never commented until now, and very much enjoy your hard work in trying to figure things out!!!
This is how I am with computers, I am a computer troubleshooter since 2003, most the time I can figure things out, but there are rare times, I really have to think about it, to get things to work again, but in the end I win!
Just like you guys did, It was nice of them construction workers to help you out as well and the neighbor bringing you water, that was a blessing too!
NiceSeeingYou aka JustUs
Thank you for taking the time to finally comment, glad you enjoyed! Seems everyone is in agreement this job was beyond HARD in every sense of the word and still we got it done
If you didn’t film this it would be hard to believe you pulled this off. Crazy job. Nice work
I love how the two site workers became more and more involved. Kudos to them.
Great video💯 Great driving💯 Great work💪 Stay safe 👍
Outstanding work Josh and Alex. The level of teamwork and refusal to give up is what made this incredibly difficult job a success. You deserve all the accolades in the comments, and the construction crew was a great help as well.👏👏👏
I had a good laugh when the kind lady tossed the bottle of water and it bounced off a board down the mountain at 1:11:47 and seeing Alex's shadow following it. Priceless
Alex is one of hardest working young men I have seen very impressive to watch
Gracias amigo
A TRULY PROFESSIONAL JOB, Excellent Team Work
"Hey, Mr. George, how much you pay for the new guy?"
😂😂😂
IKR!!!
$20, Mr. George?? Too much Mr. George, $20 too much !!
I don't get it
Don't care about what anyone has to say you guys didn't an awesome job with that excavator a job site like that, amazing work guys !!!
Thank you, appreciate it
Handing out some Pepe’s merchandise such as a hat, t-shirt, sticker is a great way to show some gratitude for a civilian who is able to lend a hand, even if it’s just moving a car.
1000000%
Tough Tough job!! Great to see you guys brain storm the process of recovery on the fly! Yes it was all a cluster to get to the site but all and all, a great job!! Kudos to one and all!!
Remember-leaves of three leave them be! LOL! Nice recovery guys.
R.E.S.P.E.C.T. !!! What an amazing recovery job!!!
You need some of that Star Trek technology - beam me up.
Outstanding recovery!
What a great team effort by all!
Love the way you rigged it!
As a retired Fire Service Technical Rescue Specialist cudos to you all!
