@@Sunflower_vally this was all around (beam section) not event final. And no, I think many a gymnast in that situation under that amount of pressure would have fallen/had more balance deductions.
Trying to do her characteristic eponymous mount, Zamolodchikova once failed and remained hanging under the beam. After a few seconds she was able to rise her doby over the beam, displaying a huge amount of upper body strength and perseverance. Mistakes on BB event were not rare to her, though, and her fall on 2000 Olympics is somewhat remembered as a pitty failure, but not an unexpected one.
So I know that Jordan got credited for doing a triple, but did she get CV for doing a single-triple? I'm not good with scoring rules so if anyone knows, would that be a thing?
Man Suni literally had the best save of her life when it counted most.
Suni's aa wobble was only minor and any gymnast could save that. And her ef wobble costed her a medal.

@@Sunflower_vally i dont think she cared much abt the beam final atp. she already had plenty of medals so its unfortunate but she did great
never forget the wolfkino
0:30 wow the sheer strength to be able to land on your one foot and still manage to stay balanced.
2:25 Michael Phelps is Quaking
I literally laughed out loud
@@d00f60 me too😂😂
😆😆😆
1:04 Nastia had the best save🔥
Chellsie and Ellie Black landing front somis on one foot is amazing. And they both just kept on like they meant to do that!
That turn that Jordan Chiles did at 2017 Nationals was when I first fell in love with her gymnastics. And now, she's an Olympic Silver Medalist!
1:07 She made it look like part of the performance. 🙃Balance beam is so dangerous.
Such a demanding and dangerous sport!! I admire them all, but my favorite is Nastia Liukin!! ❤❤❤👏

Jordan to this day, retains the crown for the queen of saves. That was actually beautiful.

wait wth she went up exactly when he waved up
black magic??? 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
My favs are: 1:06 and 1:14
Best ever.
The arm swings are always so funny. It's like they're swimming.
this are the best saves montage
Impressionnant 👍 quel courage et quel aplomb pour rattraper ces risques de chutes. Bravo à toutes ces gymnastes
1:05 best ever
My guys got MyKayka Skinner’s back
Don’t forget Shayla Worley’s save in the 2006 American Cup, she changed her 2nd LOSO into a Korbut
1:59 should be a new skill
Why is nobody talking about 0:50, I've seen Nastia's before and this was very similar (but a nicer handstand).
edit: looked it up, Silviana Sfiringu
3:00 auch JAJJA
you should add credits to each moment
Oh my goodness, the Gymnasts wants to saves on Balance Beam.
Now Ponor, that IS A SAVE. nO HANDS ON THE BEAM. well donw
Her save in the London bb final is amazing too, no hands, just like the master she was in this apparatus

I think she got .1 CV for connecting a single wolf turn to a triple turn!
@@fishtail1129 Thanks.
Man I can't watch this whole thing my nerves are shot 😅
57 seconds to 1.02 - was that an accidental 720 degree spin ?😂( 2x round)
Who was that at 1:07 ?
Nastia Liukin
@@little_sleepy_lee Thank you. That save was absolutely amazing!
Нічого страшного красуні, головне що утримались.
